Erinomainen sijainti, upea näkymä aamupalaterassilta, hyvä aamupala.

Our triple room was large and clean. We loved being just a few steps away from Piazza Navona! The rooftop breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of foods and drinks. Having an elevator was great!
Our room would not get cool (and this was before the crazy heat wave in Italy in mid-July).

Excellent location near Piazza Navona. The room was a little dark but of ample size with a rather extravagant decor that I thought was strange at first but then quite liked, and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. There is room to put your things around the sink and the shower is easy to use and good pressure. The flat-screen tv actually worked and had Netflix in English. A continental breakfast is served between 8 and 10 on the rooftop terrace with stunning views and great coffee!
The lift is a little scary and the air-conditioning was weak. There was no suitcase stand or comfortable chair, or a kettle, which would have been a nice touch.

The location and the facility are good, nice, but they are a little weak in meeting the demands. They did not give me a room that appears in the photos 6 months ago, even though I specifically asked for it. They did not return the messages I wrote on Booking. They did not answer to me and they did not give especially that room.

The location is great. The room was clean and the stuff was really helpful to make us comfortable.

The breakfast on the top floor was lovely. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and assisted with a special request to make a birthday celebration special. The scenery was out of this world. The fact that the hotel had an elevator made it exceptionally comfortable.
It would have been unforgettable to go up to the roof to watch the sunsets.

Location was great. The room was beautiful and charming and comfortable, and the staff were lovely.
There was one issue with the room? Just a small one that I won’t specify as I don’t want to leave a negative review but the issue was a little serious in nature - health wise - they sincerely apologised for situation but they should’ve compensate us in someway and didn’t.

The decor, the location, the stuff.

The location was wonderful! It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Pantheon. The Trevi fountain was easily accessible also. The rooftop dining was lovely. There were so many amazing restaurant choices around the corner in Piazza Navono.
it was a bit dark in the room.

The ambiance and decor of this hotel are incredible. We ended up in a very dark room with strange, black peacock wallpaper and some of the most morose art work I have ever witnessed. It would have been perfect for Halloween, but it still had a very unique feel that I thoroughly enjoyed after the holiday. One of the young ladies that worked at the front desk was delightful and very friendly and we had a very long conversation with her about the nuances of Italian culture and specifically about Rome. Quite close to Vatican City, Piazza Navona and Castel Sant Angelo.
The rooftop breakfast was fantastic for the view but the food was not particularly good, nor was the coffee, compared to other hotels that we stayed in.
NEVER order a cappuccino / espresso on the roof! I was absolutely swindled. I asked for a cappuccino to take to my room and the guy responded that they did not have cups for that but he would be happy to make me one al barco (to be consumed at the bar). This is usually around 1.4 euro. He then set my cup down on a table and charged me 5 euros "for the view". That may not seem like a lot of money, but that is an absurd rip off compared to anywhere else in Rome.
The location is quite a bit out of the way, all things considered, when you are trying to travel around Rome and the nearby cities. It's roughly a 20 minute (25 euro) cab ride to get to Termini or a 40 minute fast paced walk. That walk is perfectly within reason as Rome is a walking town but just know what you are getting into before booking. It is quite a hike to most of the highly sought after monuments like the Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, etc.
Aside from one employee who was great, the rest of the service was awkward, uncomfortable and sub par.

the space of the room and its decorations, the daily cleaning of the room. The location was excellent. The breakfast could have included a better variety of choice. The staff were excellent and very cooperative. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

The hotel is well located in the historical city center, close to Piazza Navona.
My room was very clean.
The location is not too noisy compared to other hotels in the same area
Beds are OK
Windows are equipped with blinds to block the light
The breakfast is good (but not fantastic), the view on the rooftop is very nice
Staff is helpful
We can still hear some noise from the street, but fortunately not too much
soap / shower gels in small plastic pouches, I would have prefered refillable containers to avoid the plastic waste.

Location was good for visiting the main attractions of Rome and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooftop had a great view of the city.
The room and bathroom were poorly lit even with all the lights turned on. We went to have a drink at the rooftop bar (which was one of the reasons I wanted to stay at this hotel) and sat there for 45 minutes with no waiter coming to serve us. We ended up leaving instead. Also the front desk receptionist was very unhelpful when we had basic questions (such as the nearest tabacchi that sold bus tickets). The front desk should have been able to help with basic questions about the area.

Location is one of the main advantages.
They recently changed the management and they completely scaled-down their breakfast compare to 3 years ago. No butter was provided. Sometimes they would have eggs and sometimes not. If you want ham or cheese you have to pay extra. Bread was not fresh every day. Lots of stale sweets. Very disappointing compare to other hotels in Italy.

poor breakfast selection, rooms dark & no proper shower

Location is amazing. Central to everything. Older building but that's ok. Friendly staff speaking more than one language. Roof top breakfast area is great. Views over Rome. Room was very clean along with the bathroom.
Breakfast. That's the only niggle. Very limited choice and lots of sugary pastries! Maybe an end of season thing but ended up having breakfast locally instead. Not a big drama but worth confirming

We have been in Italy for 6 weeks now and it was the best nights sleep we have had. Room is somewhat dark..bed was great..pillows lovely.
The staff was great…rooftop bar for breakfast…just lovely.
So close to Piazza Navona..(just pop around the corner) so convenient without the noise from the piazza.
Charming place, we were both quite pleased.
One thing..a soap dish..that’s it.
