Everything went smoothly for our week stay. South-bay Condos are conveniently located across the street from Winn Dixie grocery store and many other stores are just a walk away. We enjoyed the beach, pools, and local attractions like Harbor Walk and Crab Island. It was perfect.

House was very spacious had plenty of room for the ten of us. The beds were very comfortable, location was great. The townhouse was clean with one exception there was rat poop in the oven drawer, we vacuumed it up. The towel rack down stairs was coming down when we got there and there were two holes in the down stairs ceiling that the repair man came to fix. He told us he could wait until we left to fix and we appreciated that. Those were only minor things we would definitely stay again a beautiful place.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are small, but are manageable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Water heater can't keep so you will need to space out your showers. It's a fairly long walk to the beach, but if you bring a cart it's not to bad.

Place was very clean and just like the pictures showed. We were text early that our house was ready which was a plus since we were already in destin. Anytime i had a question i would text them and they were alway good about texting me back. The one big plus was it had a ice machine built under the cabinet we never had to buy ice. Would recommend this place if you have a large group of 12

Overall, my family and I were pretty happy with our stay at Southbay 10. It was nice being a fairly short walk to the beach, and we all loved being able to go to the pool right out our back door! Though it was a little tight for our group of 12, we made it work and were all comfortable. They provided everything from kitchen necessities and bedding to movies, games, and pool toys. (Though we did notice that it looked like the DVD player did not have a cord to plug into the TV, as far as we could tell? So we were unable to watch the movies provided.) And the only other small inconvenience was how low the ceiling is going down the stairs to the basement. (I hit my head twice on the first day before I got used to ducking my head!) Other than that, nice place, nice location, and friendly manager.

The lower level patio connects to the pool deck and the upper level has a great view of the pool. The beach is just a very short walk away and all the activities are a short drive in either direction and there is a store and places to eat within walking distance. We loved it.

There was spray paint on the walls and it looked a little run down. We came to the conclusion based on the units behind us that it appears the property is being updated on the outside and the spray paint was marking maybe things that needed to be replaced or repaired Once we entered the home it was much nicer than I expected even from the photos that are online. Those photos do it no justice may want to update those pics. We absolutely loved the home it had everything we needed and then some. The kids loved the stash of pool and beach toys and being able to walk right out of our 1st level door to the pool was a huge plus. The beach access was not as close as we thought it might be but it wasn't horrible. The best part of that kitchen was that free standing ice maker. That was a game changer as we were in town for a baseball tournament and we took a cooler every day. I would basically empty the ice maker each morning and by the time we got back a few hours later it was already full again ready for the next day. The kitchen was very well stocked with things. I was hesitant about booking this but so glad we did!

the property has the pool right behind it so you can walk out the patio door into the pool area. the walk to the private beach is easy and scenic as you pass over a pretty lake full of turtles and fish. my children enjoyed their time here and we would stay again.

Loved this condo! Plenty of room for multiple families. Pool was awesome to have for night swimming. Loved the 3 levels. We were able to set up kids downstairs and them have their own area. Everything was very clean. Only small issue was almost all the chairs on balcony were ripped and unable to sit on. Other than that everything was great. Great location to beach and stores etc.

Having separate living areas was perfect! The property was fairly clean but does need some maintenance. It appears a lot of maintenance is being done on other properties so I'm assuming this one is on the list. The property managers were responsive and friendly. The property is super close to many amenities but still feels a little secluded, which is nice. The pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing experience staying in this property. The location is right in the middle of pretty much everything you may want to do and beach access was easy. The place was clean and the office staff was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Would definitely come back to this property in the future!

The condo was in great shape and clean. They had pool toys and floats available to use and it also came with 2 reserved chairs and a large umbrella down at the beach!!!! That was a nice surprise. Walking distance to a souvenir shop and nightly ice cream! It was a hike to the beach so we drove down most days. We had 11 guests ranging from 6-97 years old and had plenty of space.
