La ubicación es muy buena, afuera mismo se toma el transporte hacia Machupichu. Incluye una tienda de artesanías donde puedes comprar lo que te falte para subir al Machu. El personal muy amable, me fueron a buscar a la estación del tren.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to the bus queue to Machu Picchu and is within a comfortable walking distance to/from the train station. The breakfast was quite good. It’s a smaller hotel of 6 floors, one room per floor with the breakfast room being on the top floor. Made for a quiet stay.

That there were additional charges for paying by credit card. Had to pay in USD to avoid service and conversion fees. A service fee I can understand, but a conversion fee for paying in soles didn’t make sense to me. Especially when there were no fees incurred for paying in US cash. While not a huge issue, it was a little frustrating.

Very comfortable, clean, well located and good value for money. The staff is very kind and helpful

TUTTO! La struttura è proprio davanti alla fermata del Bus per Machu Pichu. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata fantastica, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni e ci ha preparato la box della colazione per la mattina seguente. Hotel pulito, centralissimo e mantenuto davvero bene. Qualsiasi tipo di servizio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ho avuto modo di valutare altri hotel in zona ma lo consiglio vivamente!

Se vi può far noia il rumore del fiume, l’hotel si trova davanti ma noi non abbiamo avuto problemi!

Que surpresa boa! Ficamos apenas 1 noite para realizarmos o passeio para Machu Picchu no dia seguinte mas foi uma estadia maravilhosa! O Eduard é extremamente prestativo, nos deu várias dicas e estava sempre disponível para ajudar. O quarto era grande, moderno, bem equipado e a cama era super confortável. A vista era linda, tanto do quarto, quanto do café da manhã que também era bem gostoso. A localização era excelente: do lado da fila do ônibus da subida para Machu Picchu e bem perto da estação de trem também.

Não tem elevador e era necessário subir 4 lances de escada, mas não atrapalhou a estadia em nada.

The host was kind enough to let us keep our luggage while we were visiting Machu Pichu. First, it was difficult for us to find the place however it seems all the hostels are on the same buildings. Surprisingly the location is actually very strategic facing the main road where so many restaurants and shops around the area. Room is quiet spacious for Aguas Calientes size of rooms however the bathroom is super small eventho its clean. The view of the room is to the river and we got white noise from the water every night.

The manager was super nice and picked us up from the train station. She also helped out one of our group members with a leg issue on a lower floor. The machu picchu bus stop is right outside the door so it’s hard to find a better location. We also had balconies with amazing view of the river

The glass balcony doors did not block out much noise so you could hear the river, but the area is otherwise very quiet

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and it included a good breakfast (eggs, fruit, ham, juice, yogurt, coffee). The bus stop to Machu Picchu is less than one block away. The lady at the front desk was friendly

My overall experience was good.

Very helpful and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, the location is the best - less than 1 minute from the bus station. From the other hand, it can be noisy, because the buses start at 5:30 am and people standing in the line to the bus to Machu Picchu can be loud. But if you stay for one night and leave early as well, this place is perfect!

Excellent location! Very close to the bus station to get to Machu Picchu and also conveniently located close to (both) train stations! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Picked us up from the train station and also prepared an excellent packaged breakfast early in the morning before we had to catch the bus for MP! Staff also provided kettle and heater in the room on request. Excellent hospitality all round.

Bathroom was a bit basic, and the temperature and flow control in the shower was a bit erratic. Sliding windows to the Main Street are not sound proof, so you will hear the stream of the water at night! Not a major issue.

They received me right from the train station and walked me to the hotel. They packed me breakfast because my Machu Picchu visit was 6 AM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The breakfast was packed and ready for us to take with us for an early start to Machu Picchu. The location is excellent. Relaxing sounds of the river can be heard from the room.

The location was excellent, the room clean and cozy, and Edith, the host super nice. She came to pick us up at the train station, and because we left very early in the morning, she packed our breakfast up in advance so we could grab a bite before our trip to Machu Picchu.

Amazing location, right between the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu! They even came pick us up when we arrived at the train station! Just perfect 👌🏼

They do pick you up at the train station when you arrive to help you with luggage. Walking distance to the hotel. Very quite at night even when it is right downtown. The bus that goes up Machu Picchu is right outside our hotel. Breakfast is good on the 6th flood with a great view of the whole town. Surrounded by lots of restaurant and massage places. Good reception who help me with printing out the ticket up Machu Picchu and also where to get the bus tickets. Free hot water and coco tea leaves. GReat view from our room.

IT does get cold at night. No heater.The cold tiles in the room. You have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel.

Perfect location, friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also, they prepared a good breakfast box for us because we took the first bus to Machu Picchu in the morning (5h20 am). I recommend this place for your stay in Águas Calientes

It is a nice, small hotel conveniently located to everything. Edith met us at the train station and helped us get a private guide for Machu Pichuu.

The location was excellent as there was a beautiful view of the river. The host was extremely helpful. We had to leave at 4am and we were delighted to find that they packed breakfast for us. Attention to detail was so good.

Location, service, view, everything was excellent. Alondra served us delicious fresh breakfast. Definitely recommended
