Unpleasant fully paid stay

It was clean and close to the beach even though there were some cockroaches fumigate the place before its late

On arrival we found that room 81 was perfect for 4 guests and room 123 was not enough for 6 of us the sleeping arrangements were not meeting our needs it was only one double bed and a small sleeper couch enough for kids not adults and as an organiser I struggled to reach Thonipho and when I finally did he told me that we must use the couches to sleep and he will send someone to assist us so that we are comfortable a guy by the name of trust arrived around midnight and he told us that it was already late and the next day he will bring a mattress for us to my surprise he lied and disappeared and Thonipho ignored all my communications it was a disaster for me and other 2 ladies we would wake up with sore bodies every morning as if that was enough the 3 of us our clothes remained in the suitcases for the whole stay because 2 wardrobes were locked with a chain I forwarded all my concerns to Thonipho to no vain he didn't care a bit about us worse the electricity got finished in the evening while our pots were on stove I left a msg on Thoniphos phone while we sat in the dark later on he send a voucher for electricity our stay in Oceania was unpleasant, disaster and that whole experience spoilt our vacation I believe that if we were white things would be different after a long journey that we took we were so happy to reach Durban only for our excitement to be turned into sorrow as if a favour was done for us we did pay for the booking .....the whole of social media must know about this it was ok to find some things not in order but for us to be ignored and lied to when we raise our worries and concerns it was terrible and very sad because there was no one by the reception to assist....

Perfect stay

The rooms are clean but please attend to leaking roof at room 81. Very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We'll definitely come back again.
