An excellent hotel which is close to our family, so it suited us well.

We did not eat at the hotel. We had family nearby.

We have no negative comments. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were great. We will be back!

the overall was not good. and I’m disappointed i had to go another hotel

the view was good.

it not what it used to be. there are some changes: - there was a very wried bad smell, we had to have a fresh air. - the cleaning was not good. - the coffee machine was used and never clean it before someone else use it. - there was a dust on corner of the room. - the balcony was so dirty. - the overall I would not plan to come again. - the first time was super clean and everything was so perfect and really good smell. this time was not.

The Crown Plaza is in a great location with lots great dining options around it. The hotel is well presented and very clean.

very pleasant experience overall. the helpful staff made up for all the down sides :)

we loved the hotel and the staff. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part.

there were constantly little gnats coming in through the vent in bathrooms. it didnt seem like the floor in the rooms had been mopped in a while when we stayed.

Yes it was quite enjoyable. Went down to lobby and bought it back to room. Nice to have clean Bathroom Etc s 2nd morning.

1 very small Bourbon & coke, half being ice @ $14.21 shock shock!! Prices of small extras in room fridge eg 1 Tim Tam $5.00

The beds we so comfortable, pillowes amazing The room had a nice balcony to make up for the weird skinny shape of the room

Too narrow rooms Breakfast was cramped , plates really small , no full buffet where you can just choose your self however the food we ordered was really tasty . I would just have fathered to chose how many pieces of bacon and eggs I had . I only received 2 mushrooms . A bit stingy. Nicely decorated restaurant though maybe just not fit for purpose for a buffet breakfast Very minor concerns. Your staff are wonderful, friendly , helpful and deserving of a pay rise .

Breakfast was good. Several selections to choose from. Great location near Westfield. Nice cafe downstairs as well as the Onyx Grill that we ate at twice - really good food and great service.

My room aircon was not working. Then my room got changed in midnight and the view of the room was not what I had paid for. I had a room booked with a nice view of outside but got a room with a terrace view where I cant even access due to roof machines.

The worst Crowne Plaza ever.

Nothing. It was terrible. I will never stay there again.

The staff were incompetent. They gave me my room key and it was for another guests room. When I went back to reception to tell them they could not have cared any less about compromising someone’s safety or making a mistake.

Amazing food

The food was absolutely amazing! Room service and buffet breakfast was beautiful and the coffee was incredible!

The only thing that would have made it better would have been bath robes 😃

I felt the bed was very comfortable

In room 409 the A/C didn’t work it was hot the vents looked look of dust. In the booking add said private parking didn’t say it was an extra cost.

Excellent and will definitely stay again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Momo was very patient in helping me with the TV and provided excellent service on several other occasions. The breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to look after us. The pool, which has an amazing view, was enjoyed by us and our guests. I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay totally met my expectations with the staff looking after us in their very friendly and caring manner. I would totally recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The fact that I was initially accommodated in a room that had no real City view. BUT after bringing this concern to the staff it was corrected and I was moved to a room with exactly what I had paid for and that was a "room with a City view".

Stay is not pleasant and also not worth for value of money. Not in good taste.

Breakfast not in line with our expectation. Only one person taking care entire restaurant. Not for the value of money.

Disapointing and too expensive for what we got.

Looked nice.

Very expensive. Not enough utilities to warrant the price I.e. no tea towels, no toilet brush etc. I was charged multiple service fees. I think being made to pay for parking when you’re forking out over $360 for one night is rude.

Room we got first , was disgustingly dirty , smells, toilet was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned dust everywhere in the room and mud all over the slippers

The decor and staff

1st night our shower flooded, we were moved to a room half the size and the attendant walked in on me in my towel when coming back after reporting flood. We had breakfast included but were not informed how or where to get the breakfast and was "compensated" for our troubles with a drink voucher that was worth almost nothing at the bar. No invoice but was charged out of bond with no explanation of what was charged.

Great location and facilities plus value for money

Great location close to Olympic Park for sporting events, great food and restaurants near by. Staff super friendly and helpful, especially Lihn at front desk. Thank you will book again.
