3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, spacious dining and living room perfect for 6 adults. Close to the ski hill and town. Only downside was the hyper chlorinated hot tub.

The location was perfect for us. The mountains and the stars were visible through the glass window. Plenty of places to sit in the main room. The place was clean and everything worked. Enjoy!

The condo is large and well equipped. There is a pack and play in one of the closets. The neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to many things. The spa and sauna are wonderful. The garage parking is much too low for a truck & most SUV’s. You will need to request a street parking permit for a large vehicle.

We really wanted this last minute rental and first trip to Park City to be amazing. It had everything we wanted and we listed on our search : Fireplace, hot tub, dog friendly, close location to slopes. While the home was in fine condition (except for a broken coat rack at the entrance, broken towel rack and broken refrigerator door handle, and no kitchen towels or storage for skis ), what was really upsetting was that the hot tub heater was turned off and we couldn’t use it the first 2 nights. It took the manager 24 hours to get the hot tub specialist to call us and guide us on how to turn the temperature up then another 24 hours for it to reach a comfortable temperature. Written instructions should be provided. It was also very dirty and when the hot tub specialist came by to check on us, he cleaned it out as he was embarrassed at the condition. He was extremely kind and helpful. For the second (last) two nights of our trip, the Living room fireplace was broken and was never fixed despite numerous calls and emails. The local VACASA management has very kind staff on the phone who sound like they want to help, but they really don’t know how to. My trip was so disrupted by calling them about the hot tub and fireplace, taking breaks from skiing and then getting frustrated that our evenings would not have these amenities that I confirmed prior to the trip would be in working condition. Finally any emails sent to the VRBO website took 24+ hours to get a response and at that point it was too late. For our troubles, we were promised a refund for the amenities and that was never delivered. We received a pet refund because we told them the day before arrival that we were not bringing our dog, however this small refund was not fair given the poor service and time spent on the phone during a short 4 day trip. Not sure who is at fault… VRBO or VACASA. Also, most places have a welcome basket with a local specialty like coffee or chocolates, a rental manual for the hot tub or FP, and a listing with local favorites or contacts for problems … we got nada..

Lots of space for our family trip with our adult children (3 couples). Everything we needed to fix meals, eat at a large table and relax in the living room. Fireplace and private hot tub big plus on a ski vacation. Location is great can walk to PC resort or main street but taking the bus also super easy. Had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We booked the condominium for our family Christmas-New Year annual ski holiday. If coming for skiing, this location is the furthest I would be comfortable renting …the challenge with this location is that there is no easy way to access Park City Mountain as a pedestrian. The sidewalks in front of the condominium were rarely shoveled. The day it was shoveled, there was so much ice that my spouse fell while carrying his skis. As you get closer to PCM resort, there are no available sidewalks, which poses a safety danger to skiers trying to access the resort- we all walked with the buses and cars, hoping not to get struck. The buses are not practical in this location for a variety of reasons, mostly that they come only once every 30 minutes and the station is out of the way for skiing. The condo is cute. The common area is inviting for family time together. We like to cook meals together, which we did while some of the family enjoyed the hot tub or sauna. The sauna was especially nice and having a shower entrance from the sauna was lovely. A few issues: overall the condo is tired. It is in bad need of an update. The rooms are drafty, I suspect due to the old large glass windows/skylights that probably need double glazing or improvements. The master bath has no heating duct and is extremely cold, to the point where I chose to use the sauna shower because it was warmer There is poor ventilation in the hot tub room and it smells strongly of chlorine. The kitchen could use organizers as there are utensils strewn around in different drawers. It would have been nice to have a salad spinner and a cutting board. The knives were dull and a knife sharpener would have made our trip easier. The lower pantry is locked off. I am short, so I was unable to use the upper pantry. It would have been nice for the owner lockoff to be higher so that guests could access the unit that is at eye level. It was also difficult to operate the television to get the Apple TV we wanted—cords all over the place. Although the design could use an update, this did not bother me. It also would have been nice to have dedicated ski storage (a locker outside the unit), as well as a coat closet-- the hooks provided are slanted so that guest coats fall off the hooks. Both coat closets were locked off. Overall we created nice family memories in this condo. I suspect most of the issues noted above are more pertinent for skiers. I think the condo is better suited for summer travel.
