No plates or stove to make breakfast. Not enough classes or towels.

it was ok sharp

the place accommodated both my partner and the kids. it was suitable for the family

the entrance to the property is too steep and difficult to drive in and comfortably park.

Worst stay ever.

The only thing that was nice is the pool and the large shower.

No space to relax, one chair at the bottom and one upstairs, one small table to work on that is very low, the accommodation is set for 4 people but there were just 2 mugs no glasses, 1 plate and they don't even offer coffee or sugar, there was also no cutlery. For the amount that we paid you would expect a lot more. The entire place smelled like mould and you can't sleep upstairs unless you want to die of heat exhaustion, there were just 1 aircon and no additional fans. The bathroom had 2 hooks for towels and it then hangs over each other which means it does not get dry at all, the towels are also very small. There is no space to place your toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom and only one dustbin in the entire place. The matrasses are worn-out and you can feel the springs when you lie down, the bedding had dirty spots on and one was torn. When you want to use the kettle you have to unplug the fridge and the same when you want to use the microwave, the TV remote didn't have batteries so if you want to turn off the TV you have to either change the batteries from the remotes or put it off at the TV itself. The stairs are very short and the rail is not solid, so it keeps on moving if you go up or down the stairs which aren't very safe. This accommodation is not child friendly, especially for small children.

Disappointing place and check-in as well as check-out time is ridiculous

We could swim but the pool was dirty

When it was near to check-out time we were rushed to leave

The bedding was so dirty and old they need to improve on that and make sure they do routine checks on visitors .

Just the pool and cleanliness of it.

Its too strick, too far, the rooms are mot private enough for couples. They say its self catering but there are no equipment for it. Was not happy at all.

I didn't like anything.

The pool was dirty, which is something I was hoping for. They didn't have an Iron. There was no kitchen at all. The bedrooms were too small. The bathroom was too small as well. There was no place to seat and eat. Many things were wrong in that place. Oh and the person who allowed us in was not welcoming at all.
