Cute place if you didn't have to deal with the bugs. Nice location.

After dealing with ants for several days which they knew about. I woke up the day after I got there and found bugs all over the counter and sink. Also the unit that I rented advertised with a washer and dryer which did not work so I had to take time away from my vacation along with spend extra money to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes. After going back and forth with the management for several days taking even more time away from my vacation they offered me $100 back. I would not recommend using evolve.

The location was 2 blocks from beach. The host did respond quickly to my request to clean black mold out of washing machine but was not able to clean all of it so it was unusable. She sent an exterminator for ant problem and AC repairman for the poor air quality problem. Pool was good.

This place was a disaster. Crazy ants everywhere. Black mold in shower and washing machine. Air quality gave me respiratory problems and headaches. AC guy came on 5th day when we were leaving. We had a reservation for 9 days but had to leave early because of all the problems. He showed us very dirty air filter installed improperly and had to vacuum lots of dust from unit. Sofa was gross. It had stained collapsed cushions. There was cheap polyester sheets on bed that kept coming off. One of the worst things was I had to walk up to 3rd floor because there was no elevator which was painful because of my health problems!
