About this cottage rental
Easy Livin is a guest favorite year after year. It is a traditional cottage in a great location on the west side of Sunset Beach, right at the corner of West Main and 28th Street. Beach access is across the street, and it is an easy stroll to the pier. This 4BR / 2BA cottage sleeps 9 with the following bed configuration: K,Q, D/S, 2S. The bedrooms flank both sides of the common living and dining areas. Bathrooms are accessible from each of the two bedrooms that share them. The fully equipped kitchen was renovated in 2015. The bath that adjoins the master bedroom was totally updated in 2019 with a large shower. Other amenities include 5 cable TVs, DVD/Stereo, and high-speed internet, and Keurig coffee maker. There is a sundeck and covered screened porch, plus a large outside shower.

The location of the house is fabulous! Only a block from the beach in beautiful Sunset Beach. The area is lovely, very quiet, and family-centered. Great place to bike and enjoy the kids. The home is set up nicely, with 4 bedrooms off the main living space. The only downside is that it is pretty musty and not well cleaned. My toddler’s knees and feet were sooty day one. Several of the drawer spaces are filled with “leftover stuff” and minimized areas to use. There was no BBQ grill that we were aware of and that would have been nice. Easy in and out, and great memories with family. I would definitely stay at Sunset Beach again, just maybe not in August!

Enjoyed our stay but never got sent a door code to access property, message properly manger several times with no response, finally got up with a maintenance guy and was able to access property.

Property was as described - very roomy for 6 adults. Location was great, especially with beach access right across the street. We would love to return someday. We did need to provide our own linens/towels, and also handsoap/papertowels/ and trash bags, so make sure you pack things like that. Otherwise it was perfect!

Nice stay!
Property was as described - very roomy for 6 adults. Location was great, especially with beach access right across the street. We would love to return someday. We did need to provide our own linens/towels, and also handsoap/papertowels/ and trash bags, so make sure you pack things like that. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great location! Could have used a little better dusting. For summer rentals, it would be nice to have a washer/ dryer there. Overall, a very nice beach cottage.

Everything was great, only wish the laundry key would have been left inside the property. We never made it to the reality office tonn BM pick up the key. But no complaints. Would love to come back again. Thank you for wonderful stay!

The property was great and great location easy access to the beach it’s just our luck we pick the week with the gas shortage and a little cooler climate than we were expecting not to take away from the property though. it was excellent. we still had a great time

Mobile all I was very pleased with the home we rented it was very clean and beautiful home. The location Was Very good. I was on satisfy . There were no sheets for the bed no pillowcase . No towels to dry off with after shower.

The property was great and great location easy access to the beach it’s just our luck we pick the week with the gas shortage and a little cooler climate than we were expecting not to take away from the property though. it was excellent. we still had a great time

While there were a few little hiccups, they were taken care of by the realty staff and never even caused a bump in our road for the week. I did forget to mention to the realty company that the house smelled a little like wet dog only in the kitchen when we first arrived but eventually dissipated after a day.

Overall we were pleased. I would recommend that the cleaning crew take their time. We found a ball of someone else's hair on the floor.

The house was beautiful and everything furnished
Good location. The kitchen was well stocked. baathrooms was nice. All inn all it was a very good vacation.
