Good location
The pool was so dirty and not fit to use, the walls are thin & you can hear the neighbors & outside traffic, there is stickers everywhere saying don’t do this or that, the thermostat would not go below 73°

The home was super clean and inviting. We felt as though we were right at home. Everything was just as shown in the pictures!!!! Perfect.
Not really anything to complain about other than a noisey guest next door but that isn't the owners fault.

Comfortable, clean and convenient. Although we spent much of our time engaged in conversation and game playing with some long time friends we don't live near anymore, we found it very convenient to the resort attractions when we chose to go out to them. The house was well stocked which made meal preparation easy. The screened porch, dining room table, and living room furnishings provided an abundance of comfortable places to spend our time. The beds and adjoining bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The community was very quiet even though it was close to the busy Parkway. We paid no more for this booking than we would have had we and our friends each stayed at a hotel which would have been far less accommodating, and we'd have spent far more on meals by eating more of them in restaurants.
Having to end our stay.

We absolutely loved how comfortable this home was especially after being on the road for 7 hours. Everything was so neat and clean and it just felt like home. The master shower was definitely a favorite as it was very spacious and open. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of it all with the location being literally right at everything we had planned to do. Definitely will be staying here again in the future!
Honestly there wasnt anything that we didn't like about this house!

location was nice, rental was ok, it was clean
mattresses were old and lumpy. need to replace them, need more supplies of bath towel
otherwise it was a nice stay. the house keeper was an hour late for us to get in kept us wating.

The facility was nice, plenty of room and good location
The living room had two recliners. One did not recline and the other was was broken and stuck in the full recline position which made it difficult to get in and out of.

The location was exceptional and the house was clean and comfortable.
The neighbors made it uncomfortable and weird. Not enough wash clothes to accommodate the amount of guests.

Location, location, location. Excellent , close to everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings as a way to wind down.

Beautiful home & great location. Just minutes from most everything. Nice well kept surrounding area.
I only have 1 complaint. Replace the king bed in the master suite. It is absolutely horrible. There is a down hill slope in the middle of the bed. So you find yourself trying to not roll down to the middle of the bed all night long. Not allowing your guest to get a good rest.

The location is great. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge but on a very quiet off street just off of the parkway. It was just as it was advertised and the pictures that were shown were very accurate. I was very pleased with everything.
It was just what I wanted. I found nothing that disappointed me.

Very nice home away from home... Hopefully next time we go up we are able to rent the same home...
Check out was too early, felt very rushed... Didn't realize until last minute it was 10:00 🤪 My son slept on the sofa bed and had to fold back up due to feeling the wires through the mattress... He was a very grumpy 17 year old the next morning..
