About this condo rental
CasaRubino consists of 3 bedrooms, warm and bright, a kitchen with all appliances and a large balcony. Each room has a private bathroom and you can choose between the bedroom purple, green and yellow. CasaRubino offers its guests the bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing boards, air conditioners, hot and cold, wi-fi. At the table there is room for 6 people and the pantry is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and salt. Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of local wine and regional products, on the house. POSITION: The apartment is located in Via Etruria around the corner from King's Square in Rome (San Giovanni) and famous central square with all kinds of services (supermarkets, McDonald's, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, clothing stores, cash machine) and the known Via Appia Nuova, one of the most famous streets for shopping in Rome where you can find shops of the major Italian fashion brands and foreign. It 'just 500 meters from the Basilica of Saint John in Lateran and Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, two of the four most ancient basilicas of Rome, and milestones for the sightseeing tour of Rome, the Market Via Sannio, very famous in Rome, the award-winning 'Bar Pompi' (Via Alba Longa), where you can sample the famous 'Tiramisu' (coffee or fruits) or try a rich aperitif. It 'is a 15 minute walk from the COLOSSEUM, ROMAN FORUM by, or if you prefer you can go by metro or bus 87. And '4 metro stops, lineaA, from Termini Station. The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and the central Termini Station is 4 metro stops. The nearest metro stop (Line A) is 'King of Rome', just 5 minutes away, with which, in a few minutes, you can reach Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Vatican City etc. The change of bed linen and towels every customer change is included in the price. In case of long stay each 7 nights. Optional services can be made more 'often with extra cost. If you wish, we can organize your transfer to and from airport or train station. A request multilingual tourist guide for groups or individual. We provide service for reservations: restaurants, museums, exhibitions, performances (Casa Ruby is a 15-minute walk from the Terme di Caracalla, where in July and August you can watch shows dell'Opera di Roma) On request we can book the garage. We will do everything possible to make your holiday unforgettable

Very comfortable and spacious location with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms for 4 people and the kitchen was large enough for us to gather when the living room was being used as a bedroom.
The metro was a quick walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The main sights were a bit further, but as a result, the neighborhood was quieter and less stressful for us.
Good communication from our hosts and great food suggestions.

We had a family of 5 staying here so all rooms were used as bedrooms, meaning no “living room” to hang out as a group in. Not a problem
If you are like us and out exploring MOST of the time.
We loved having 3 bathrooms and access to a washing machine. Also loved that each room had its own heating system (as I am always cold and the kids are always hot). The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make small meals.
The location was not close to any tourist areas at all, however very close to bus and metro lines which we used daily.
There were a few markets close by and a bunch of restaurants for dinners. The apartment manager left a list of recommendations for restaurants and we utilized that a lot. We walked around both mornings and night and always felt safe in the area.

The host did a great job of being in contact with us throughout the process and even went with me to make sure my car was parked in a garage less than a block from the apartment. She had good recommendations and information for transportation and restaurants.

The property was exactly as posted without a single disappointment. Lots of small shops and restaurants in the area. Irina was always quick to reply when we were booking and she met us at the door when we arrived. She arranged a driver for trips to and from airport and cruise port. Time is very fluid in Italy and driving is not for the faint of heart.

A nice clean apartment on the first floor of an apartment. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was a nice set up for a family stay. Good restaurants and conveniences nearby two blocks from the metro. Irina helped us by arranging a ride from the airport, and was great with suggestions. Fully recommend.

Irena was a wonderful host who helped out immensely upon our arrival. My mother and father were in a separate taxi from myself, my husband, and our children. She was feeling ill from our travels, and Irena met her right at her taxi to ensure she was escorted to the property safely. The property itself was full of helpful maps and books about Rome. It was clean. There were small snacks, coffee, and wine waiting for us, which is always nice after a long day of travelling. There is a grocery store right across the street and another a few blocks away. There were restaurants in walking distance. This is a wonderful property that I would stay at again. Thank you, Irena!

This apartment is spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again! The host is helpful and thoughtful, leaving us with lots of info and ample supplies for our stay. The location is quiet and very close to the metro and several must visit places in Rome. Our family of 5 was very comfortable thanks to the size of this rental and the three large bathrooms. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

First up, Irina deserves 6 stars for Host Communication - she anticipated everything we needed before we had thought about it. She organised collection to and from the airport - she had an excellent list of local recommendations. Secondly - the check in process was flawless. Thirdly - the apartment is spotless, super clean and has a kitchen that is well stocked with utensils for home cooking. All the bedrooms are en suite, and Air con in all rooms, a god send especially this summer with the high temperatures. Really enjoyed our trip :-)

It was exactly as advertised. The host was very helpful, even helped us with transport to the airport when it was time to leave. The place was nice and clean and perfect for 3 teenagers and 2 parents.

We were 3 couples travelling together. This apartment had 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. (Note 1 double bed is a pull out couch and is where the TV is) It could be used as a sitting room. It has a kitchen that seats 6 and laundry outside on the balcony. We found it comfortable for our needs. It is close to grocery shopping, public transit and many restaurants etc. Irina was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Three quick days in Rome. The apartment was perfect for me, my wife and three older children. Location was convenient, two blocks from Metro, and walking distance to good restaurants. Bar Pompi is a great spot for breakfast or late night Gelato. Irina, our host was super and very accommodating.

Irina is a wonderful host full of great information. The apartment is soacious…3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were very happy. Lots of cafes and restaurants an easy walk and a grocery store …pennys..right across the street. Irina provided lots of coffee tea sugar which we loved. Thank you for being such a wonderful host

Irina has been fantastic to deal with from the first instant: she has been clear, forthcoming with recommendations and arranged a lj airport transfer for us. She even met us on site and took us to find some shops open late on a public holiday.

Very clean. Three bathrooms was very convenient. Quiet place for sleeping and relaxing. Irina answered questions very promptly and the place was well stocked with extras. Away from the bustle which we really appreciated but close enough to get there by walking. Taxi 5 mins away.

Irina is the most gracious of hosts! From meeting us at the entrance to the guided tour of all the apartment facilities, the complete set of necessities (coffee, tea, juice etc) and the lovely bottle of Red Wine, our experience was top notch from beginning to end. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, cold air-conditioning, and awesome internet so that I could work and the kids could play video games and stream movies at the same time. There is a short walk to the nearest metro station which was very convenient and there is a grocery store right across the street! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

This apartment was a great location, space for the 4 of us, and easy to access local grocery store/Metro/restaurants. I appreciate the list of local restaurants and local emergency contacts. Our favorite part of the apartment was a bathroom in each room!
I would suggest having more pillows available for guests.

Excellent location to stay and see Rome's major sites
Irina's apartment was a lovely, quiet, and efficient space for our family of 6. It has a perfect set up with 3 separate en suite bathrooms and one bedroom that converts to a family room. We were out most of the two days we were there and only ate meals and slept there but the location was very close to the metro and we appreciated the cool and quiet space.

Clean and spacious for large family
Great location for walking to all sights of Rome. The host arranged a private airport shuttle that we highly recommend. The met us upon arrival and was extremely helpful and nice. The apartment was very clean and the exterior was also kept very clean and safe.
