We came here for a competition. My daughter and I own the gym that attended. Everything was great. The house was just beautiful. Plenty of room and something to do for everyone. The tiki bar room and movie theater was so much fun. Now a couple of things I would mention. We went to the store once in the six days as we were at the convention center all week. And whenever we have a house I try not to even use much of what’s there. But for the money we paid I think one black garage bag, one white garbage bag 3 dishwashing pods, etc. was a bit ridiculous. Not even a windex or some kind of disinfect spray. Guest even had to buy cleaning supplies which unfortunately I forgot at the store. ( I do not like checking out with finger prints on windows.) And the second thing was there was mold in the pool enough to know that the pool was serviced recently. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

We loved this house! Everyone from age 3-65 had fun playing and swimming together. The Disney parks were so hot and it was a great relief to jump in the pool when we finished parks. We wish we could have stayed longer and took two days off from parks to just enjoy the house and all of the amenities. Book it. You won’t be sorry!

We had three families 6 adults and 6 kids with the oldest being 10. This house had everything you can ask for. The pool alone was worth the price. Then when the kids were not in the pool they would be up stairs playing in the video game room. No one was ever board. Every night we were there we had a movie night in the theater room. Then in the evening the adult could have a beverage and visit while relaxing in the hot tub or taking in a game of pool. Everyone gave me a high five for finding such a great place. You should also take advantage of the main pool. The life guard keep the kids entertained so u can relax and enjoy the sun and friends. The down side. They really need better tv remote controls. Just when you thought you had them figured out they would stop working. There were a couple of TVs upstairs we never did get working. All a person want / needs is the user guide and what premium channels are are available along with along with the up/ down button and volume all the other buttons just Make it confusing. They were also out of saw dust for the shuffle board game. We never really called for a restock. So it was not that big a deal. Would we rent this again? Absolutely a great time was had by all. You really don’t get all these amenities staying in a hotel!!

Great place. Great location. Some small things like some of the games are starting to break and the AC in the movie room leaks constantly leaving water on the floor. But overall I’d recommend as a family get together location we had a great time.

Great property with a lot of thought into the on-site amenities. When we were not at the theme parks the house itself was full of activities from arcade games to the pool to the movie theater in the garage. A very well thought out design. I would give the property a 5 star except for the management team. Poor communication on check-in. I received an email on day of arrival that it wouldn't be cleaned until 6:00 that evening and they were sorry about that (we had perishable groceries in the car and nowhere to take them while we waited). They did manage to get the house ready by 4:00 so it turned out OK. Then, during our week stay, strangers walked into the house 3 times unannounced. They just had the code to the key lock and walked in. An arcade game repairman, a pest control man and a general contractor repairman. They all said they had work orders but Jeeves had never told us someone was coming by. It made me wonder how many people had the access code to the front door and would walk in on us at anytime. Very disconcerting. But if Jeeves fixes their communication processes I would raise my rating to 5 stars.

We loved the house. The arrangement of the bedrooms worked so well for us. There was always something for the kids to do. We loved the pool and it was especially nice to be able to use some of the amenities at the club house. We had an awesome trip and hope to return for another vacation.

We’ve been renting houses for 13 years. This property exceeded our expectations in the following areas. First..The variety of games that appealed To everyone from ages 14 to 73 years old were awesome . Second.. all bedrooms and living area were spacious . Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Staff was very helpful in making our reservation . We would definitely stay there again!!
