Four friends and I were in town for a sporting event. This house was great for us. No frills, but plenty of comfortable beds, two full baths and a kitchen with a gas stove/oven. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. But, we knew that going in, so we just packed accordingly. Would stay there again.

It was an amazing stay for our group of 15! When we first got to the house, it was very clean and everything at the house was described on the listing. It was a big enough space to be able to hangout with a large group and there was a smart TV for entertainment! Overall, it's an amazing weekend stay for a large amount of people! During your stay though, I would stay quiet and not disturb the neighbors because there are signs around the neighborhood street saying "Neighborhoods are for neighbors. This is not your weekend vacation". During our stay, a resident across the street yelled at us for 'having too many people' (when we were leaving for our event), even though we had under the preferred amount of people during the stay. The neighbors are somewhat hostile by giving stares and putting up those signs, but I would just keep to yourself and not bother them/make tons of noise.

We had 12 people in our group go. Plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the Property Manager was better than a 5 out of 5! All of the appliances work, so that is always a plus! One thing that needs to be mentioned that you will see throughout the other reviews is the neighbors attitude for this house being a rental. We actually found it funny after the initial "what is going on"? phase passed. I just want to add that I don't think it has anything to do with the Property Manager/Owner of the Property; the neighbors just appear to lack any real hobbies. In our 4 days there, we only saw 1 neighbor out and they seemed friendly enough.

The home is surrounded by people who make it VERY obvious that you are not welcome. If you are uncomfortable with signs in the yards (on every side of you) letting you know you are not welcome as a short-term rental, be prepared and come ready to keep your head held high. ;) The listing itself is mostly well-represented. It is outdated in some ways/cheaper quality furniture... and needs a little detail in non-important ways. ie: Some finishes (paint, trim, old stains in carpeting, very old towels, etc) could be cleaned up BUT it was clean. The space was great. The best areas are definitely the main living area upstairs and the kitchen. Owners left K-cups and basic seasoning which was super kind. Overall not bad, just not boujie. :)

The online pictures of the place is not what it looks like now. Alot of wear and tear on the place that could use some attention. The neighborhood is not a friendly environment and there is nothing outside to sit on besides one bench. This is definitely not a kid friendly place at all either. People travel and should not have to bring anything besides just food/drinks and basic needs.

The home is situated in a very cute mid income neighborhood. There are signs in the immediate neighbors yards letting the owner know that they are not happy that it is used as a short term rental, but no one bothered us! The house itself is very cute. The beds and pillows are so nice. I never sleep well when I’m not at home, but I sure slept well on these. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and even spices. There was a bottle of wine on the counter for us upon arrival which was a great perk! The house was very clean. We would have loved to add a night, but a few of our crew had to return to work. The zoo was 20 minutes away. Grocery store 8 minutes away. We will rent this house again! Very enjoyable stay!

convenient location on/off the beltway. The house it self is dated in some areas and could have been a little bit cleaner but that would not stop us from staying here when we are in the area again. We had a total of 9 adults and 2 kids under 6 stay in the house and it was comfortable. The kitchen was conducive to making our own meals to save money on food.

Overall, the property served its purpose in housing our family for our stay in Ohio during our sons wedding. The beds were comfortable. We basically just slept there although, we had hoped to cook some meals and spend more time enjoying the home. The house has potential but needs some work. The pictures do not reflect the current state of the house. The entire property could use a good paint job and a top to bottom deep clean. The downstairs futons are so stained that we didn’t even want to sit it on them. The kitchen was disgusting. The toaster looked like it had never been cleaned, the oven was gross. The kitchen sink had crumbs in it, the refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned and the bottom of the freezer was full of crumbs and melted ice cream. Needless to say, we did not cook in the kitchen. We used the toaster after attempting to clean it. In addition to the state of the house, it was very disappointing to pull up and see signs from the neighbors, expressing their dislike of the house being used as a vacation home. There were signs from across the street, on the side fence facing the house and on the property of the house behind us. No one was unkind to us, but certainly not friendly in the least. It is obvious this house being a VRBO is not wanted in the neighborhood. Jordan was easy to communicate with and responded promptly through Vrbo. Hopefully he will make sure the house is updated and clean for the next guest.

House is dated but has everything you and family need for a comfortable stay. Each surrounding neighbor has a sign facing the house which displys their displeasure at having a rental in the neighborhood, but no words were exchanged and the neighborhood is very quiet. We would stay again if we had an event in the area.

Only here for a short trip, house was the perfect size for my family of 7, plus dog friendly with a huge yard for my dog! Jordan was very accommodating and gave the perfect set of directions and making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for your family and we will absolutely stay again!

We were in town for a wedding and stayed here with our family of 9 adults. While it was a little tight on sleeping quarters, we knew that would be the case before we booked. The kitchen could be better stocked with pots and pans and cups and dishes for the number of advertised guests.

Jordan communicated so well with us before our trip and was very clear on expectations. The rental was exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious. All the beds were very comfortable and there were even futons for extra sleeping spots. Although we didn’t utilize the outdoor space, it was very nice as well. We had a group of 7 and had more then enough space. Such a great value for the price: highly recommended!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Driveway for parking. Easy access to local restaurants, groceries, etc. The house had all necessities needed to cook at home. Bedrooms could use fresh paint and there is no washer/dryer but it was very spacious and open living room/kitchen area. Owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Well worth the money.

Very basic. If you have several guest you may want to take extra bedding and towels. The house holds 16. We had 11 - we need to go buy 2 bath towels as there were not enough for each to have 1 bath towel. Also we bought 2 sleeping bags as a sheet and light blanket on the lower level futons are not enough to keep warm in December. Kitchen needs pot holders - once the item is in the over we discovered there was nothing to get the hot item out as there are no kitchen towel or pot holders. The house was clean and in a great location to go shopping at the Easton etc.

The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. We had enough towels. Bathroom was clean. Utensils in the kitchen were sparse. Coffee, cream, and sugar was provided. Very nice. Also a bottle of wine was left for us. TV was easy to use.

We rented this home for a family Celebration of Life. The location was perfect and close to the freeway but not right on a main road. The living room and kitchen we perfect for gathering together. It’s a quite neighborhood and not a lot of “traffic”. Great for family to retreat to a peaceful location. Jordan was amazing and answered all our messages right away! We would definitely stay here again.
