Perched on the third floor of Water House West, this 1,056-square-foot condo will welcome you home from your daily adventures with a light-filled living space, a gas fireplace to warm your toes as you watch TV, and a private balcony where you can sip hot mugs of cocoa. Richly hued woods are featured throughout, as are ample closet space and TVs in all of the bedrooms. Walk home from the slopes each afternoon and relax and unwind in the property's large outdoor swimming pool and multiple hot tubs. Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you unbeatable access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. The king bed in the second bedroom can be split into two twins, and the two twins in the third bedroom can be combined into a king. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was wonderful about this condo but for the mattresses (both King beds). They were extremely soft, thus I headed up sleeping on the couch.

Very comfortable for 6! Loved having ski valet. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Parking is not ideal - 1 car per reservation which is unlikely in a 3 BR condo. Nearby parking is $35 per night.

The condo is beautiful, in a great location, and has numerous amenities. We loved the condo itself. Our only complaint, and reason we likely wouldn't stay here again, is the parking. This is a 3 BR condo, but only 1 vehicle is allowed to park in the parking garage. The City of Breckenridge has gotten very strict with their parking policy and does not allow anyone to park anywhere between 2am and 6am (even on a far away side street). The ONLY overnight parking that is allowed is in the ice skating rink parking lot, which is 1/2 mile from the condo, (at a rate of $35/night F-Su and $20/night M-Th) or at the airport parking lot located several miles outside of town. This is a huge inconvenience for families that have more than 1 vehicle. If the City is going to impose such a strict parking policy, it would be appropriate for the rental companies to provide additional parking in the parking garage for larger units or work with the City to validate overnight parking for those that are paying to stay in their properties.

This condo is awesome! Perfect location and beautiful inside. It was cozy and comfortable for our family and we loved the modern but mountain touches throughout! We will be back!
