I liked the decorations and staff was great! Loved the valet service and attendants. Everything was quick and easy - thats very important to me. Room service was great. The ONLY thing I would recommend is to make sure the pool water is more clear. I opted to not get in because it was very cloudy - that would have made it an actual 10.

The hotel was beautiful and the eclectic decor gave it a fun cozy vibe.

I am in love with this hotel. It is so clean. Extra towel. Extra pillow and throw blanket as well. The front desk Corey was friendly. He gave me some recommendations around the place.

Everything, staff was amazing and so sweet. The hotel was very clean, i wiped down as i always do and the wipes stayed white the whole time lol. Very comfortable, it’s like a mini apartment so you’re not just laying in bed the whole time. 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

The parking. Parking is extra $30, even when you’re the main one booking there. There is free parking but it is off the property. Even tho you can pay for parking, sometimes the spots fill up and you’ll eventually have to find somewhere else to park.

The blow dryer in my room would not work in the bathroom outlets. I mentioned this to staff but since I was leaving early I used one outlet that would work.

The front desk staff were very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also felt the standard of cleanliness in the hotel is higher than most places we have stayed in the past. The full size refrigerator and ample counter space of the kitchenette in our room was an added bonus since we were traveling with children.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, uniquely decorated, and cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Plus, the staff is awesome. Issac is amazing! He made the check-in process so easy, was incredibly helpful, and had all-around great energy. It was nice to be welcomed to the hotel by such an incredible person.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, everything felt very clean and new. The room was very nice and well equipped.

The attached cafe was not very good. Stopped in for a light breakfast, and found that they did not carry any fresh food items at all. They had a few pre-made items but I believe they must’ve been a few days old as the taste of our parfait and sandwhich was off.

Everything, but the service really stood out! We were there for part of our honeymoon and they made sure every staff member knew we were one of the three newlywed couples. And everyone seemed so genuinely happy for us! Even when we needed help reaching a spider at 3 am. Also, the room, amenities, style, and vibe were exactly what we were hoping for.
