К выбору жилья подходила тщательно)) , реальность совпала с картинкой)) просторные апарты, чисто (самый главный аспект!) и уютно. Полотенца и белье белоснежные, ароматные(для меня это было важно, чтобы не было посторонних запахов) , матрас и подушки удобные)) Фен приличный ))) был.

Выключатель света в ванной комнате немного )) замыкал, с первого раза не включался), и мог сам вырубиться)

WiFi is extremely bad!!!!!!! I stayed only one day, otherwise, I would change it. I don't know how other apartments, but this one was very bad. I am spending 4 months in a year in Armenia and wanted to find a good place to stay all the time, but because of the internet, this place is a no-go. Also, place needed some maintenance.

The apartment was so nice and comfortable. Fresh and new renovated. Reservation manager was in touch anytime. Also the apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay.

I stayed at this apartment with my wife and my relatives, a total of four persons. The host company was very responsible and helpful. For example, we had a problem with the stove. They came to the apartment in the shortest possible time and solved the issue. The apartment was very large, with two bedrooms and a very large living room which is great for families. It was completely equipped. You will have everything needed during your stay. The apartment is situated in a great location with a nice view of an energetic street with a lot of bars and restaurants. It is just a few steps far from Republic Square and the most important attractions. The apartment is located in a very nice and modern building with a 24-hour watchman. The bathroom is so clean, and all the equipment is new and modern. The air-conditioning was great.

We had to pay deposit (However, it was stated in advance and we were aware of that). The refrigerator was small which did not match the apartment. The apartment did not have a balcony.

This apartment was amazing, fresh, cosy and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay. Manager was very operative. I will come back soon ♥️

The apartment and the place of the building are perfect overall.

The deposit is unnecessary. I've stayed in many apartments before and never gave a deposit for it. I think it must be written in the description and not after booking the apartment because maybe some people don't want to pay a deposit but they are knowing about that after the reservation.

two minutes from republic square, nice, clean and spacious unit, good wifi too
