My high school friends and I meet up in Santa Fe once or twice a year to unwind. We wanted something calming, clean and comfortable. This property was all those things. John was a great host and checked in a number of times to answer questions and make sure we were settled. It was a calming home that was perfect for our stay. It’s not as easy to walk to the Plaza from the residence but you can easily drive or walk to the Railyard part of town. We very much enjoyed the host and the house and would come back again.

This is our third visit to Santa Fe during the holidays and it did not disappoint. The casita is warm & comfortable and easily accessible from downtown, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. The one thing we wish we had known is that the master bathroom does not have a shower - just a tub with a spray hose. As a result, we had to share a shower with my daughter in her bedroom. Other than that, it was a great little home away from home for our family.

Extremely clean, great communications with the property manager, it is a very convenient location for getting to Canyon Road (art street), downtown, the plaza, restaurants, stores etc. There is a walking trail a few blocks south of the property, which is a great place to walk. The only small negative is that there was traffic noise noticeable at night and in the morning. We live in the mountains and aren't used to traffic noise, so my guess is if you live in a city and are accustomed to traffic noise you probably wouldn't notice it much, Also we were there in late December, in summer with an air conditioner running it might not be as noticeable. Other than that it is a wonderful place to stay.

This Casita was such a beautiful landing spot for exploring Santa Fe. Beautifully decorated, clean, and accessible, it was the perfect spot to come home to after our adventures.

Enjoyed staying at this lovely Casita during a Santa Fe trip with my best friend. Location is convenient and the courtyard provides a serene atmosphere. We had everything we needed and appreciated the extras like coffee and a great restaurant recommendation. Hope that we can visit again!

Very nice house. Lots of room, bright and airy! Great entrance, felt very secure and was close to the Plaza. Loved the decor. The host, Tom, checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely, clean, well equipped, quiet. We were happy and close to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time!

The property itself was attractive and clean with a nice art collection. It was very close to a major Santa Fe street and the traffic noise and general busyness was a negative. Wish I could have picked this property up and moved it to a quieter street. That may not bother everyone. And it is central and a short drive to lots of galleries and to the Plaza. The building has 4 units and there was confusion when we arrived as we didn't know if we were in A B or C though the owner was easy to contact for that information.

Upon opening the wooden gate leading to the casita we were immediately drawn into a different time. The casita was absolutely perfect, roomy, every amenity available, decor very purposeful. Art collected from around the world on display, close to Canyon street and galleries. Thank you.

The property is cute and in a good location. I appreciate the dog friendly accommodations. It was exactly what we needed for the wedding weekend. Communications with the owner were perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay and thought about making it longer! Walking distance from Tune Up Cafe, where we enjoyed dinner the first night in. Close to SF and all the hiking spots we wanted to visit. Really comfortable stay with great privacy and pretty little outside sitting area! We would come again.

This casa was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to spread out. The bed was comfortable and a good shower, which is important for us. Only drawback was it is on a busy street.

This property was great for two couples. Nice bedrooms with en suite baths (one with a big spa tub) and plenty of common space. Street outside is busy but inside is quiet. Nice modern kitchen too!

Our first visit to Santa Fe was so fun. We loved this property, it was spotless! It's well decorated and cozy. The bedrooms are great size, comfortable beds and 2 full baths and a half bath! John was great to communicate with and very responsive. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to all the fun downtown places to visit! We will definitely book this place again and recommend it to others!

Very nice property and is described perfectly on VRBO site. Close to everything. Found Frenchy’s Park down the street for walking our dogs along the river in the early morning, otherwise the casita’s courtyard was great for them and us to enjoy outside. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks John.

We had a short 3 night visit to this property and really enjoyed it! The place is tastefully decorated, very spacious and well stocked. The host was super available and communicative. It's kind of an odd location, but convenient to most of the things we were interested in. We loved that there were 2.5 bathrooms and that the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Unfortunately, there was a lot of snow and ice during our visit, so we were unable to utilize much of the yard, but it is dog friendly! The fireplace is also a nice touch. We'd definitely stay again.

Worked great for everything we needed! Decorated nicely, very comfortable and clean. Located in an urban area to be close to everything but the courtyard shelters the house from the busy roads. Property owner was lovely and great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Great property, very clean and as advertised. Owner was finishing the final touches when we arrived, nice gentleman. He also checked in by text the next day to see if we had any issues. Condo has a great kitchen, refrigerator with water and ice. All the necessities and more. A half bath is just off the kitchen which is a nice touch when there are two couples, arriving back from a day out. King bed is very comfortable insuite bath is a large jet "bath". There is not a "shower" in the king bath, but a hand held shower. Second bed is queen with a full shower. Location does require a vehicle, however, we used Uber for one evening and the wait was less than 15 minutes to and from destination. Do not hesitate booking this Condo!

This is a beautifully updated adobe with great proximity to downtown, and to the opera. Very comfortable - the big spa tub in the master bedroom is great. Loved the lack of clutter throughout and subtle Asian themed decor. The host was very responsive and helpful when a temporary city wide water issue arose (not his fault). The small enclosed garden is charming, although the somewhat busy street runs very close by. A small drawback to an otherwise great place. The traffic noise is not noticeable inside. We really enjoyed our stay.

The locations is good - you can walk to quote a lot of attractions. The condo is furnished nicely and has everything you need. We didn't use the whirlpool tub, but it was clean and ready to go. The patio was a perfect little outdoor Oasis with all the privacy you might need. We lived the finches (house or purple, in not sure) and there babies nesting outside the door. The host checked in several times and answered questions readily.
