Complete property, spacious rooms, great shower. The area is suburbs so quite and pieceful. We stayed over with family inclusive of two young kids.

Every previous review listed is very much accurate. - Tight parking down an alley street - Neighbor parks their vehicle in front of the gate. Makes it hard to get in. - The chickens clucked all night. - There are step downs throughout the inside of the home. - The Uber driver couldn’t deliver our Walgreens order. Thankfully we had rentals. - There are only 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with the 2 beds. - There is no master bathroom. One bathroom is in the hall, and the other one is on the room with the 2 beds. - Here is the part that made this a 4 rating. We did not have enough face towels. Overall, it is a great home for a day before the cruise. Everyone loved it!! If we ever come, we will rent again.

Clean, easy, and where we needed it. For atte ding a festival in Wynwood, it's great! Inside the property is nice, outside is not a destination. This property is for staying close to where you want to go. Its not a destination itself.

This home is perfect for when you need a place for a night between cruise or air travel. The host was very responsive and check-in was no problem. The home was as described. Clean and neat. Air conditioning worked well, gated parking and an enclosed porch. The kitchen inventory needs to be updated. Little things like no mixing bowls or measuring cups make it hard to prepare food. pots and pans well used. but if you are only there for a day probably not a problem The location is fine. The neighbors do like to play music rater loudly throughout the night but is was a weekend. I would rate it 4 stars for a overnight stay and 3 stars for an extend stay.

We stayed for a night before a cruise. Area wasn’t the greatest but it was comfortable. The stairs to the house and in the rooms made it difficult for my parents to get around wish I had know. It was clean but could use some TLC. Ordering food was a nightmare so if you don’t have a rental or a car good luck.

Overall good value for what we were there for. Tight parking in the alley. A neighbor parks right behind the gate. Chickens are a bit noisy early in the morning.

Wonderful stay

We had to stay for one night before our flight, but the place was great, clean, enough beds, towels for everyone. Not too far from downtown. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Will stay there again. Thanks to the host out stay was lovely

We can not describe how happy we were with our stay. Communication with the host was great, responded to every question in a short time, location is good, apartment was so clean and tidy. Beds were extremely comfy, we really didnt want to leave. Kitchen and the bathrooms were greatly furnished. Recommend 100%! Definitely looking forward for staying again in the future.

We stayed two nights in this duplex. You get to the duplex you have to go down an alley, and then get through the two fences to get to the house. Although I do appreciate the security at the house, it was alarming to know that we needed that much security. The bedrooms were as described and the beds were actually comfortable. To be honest, this is the least equipped house I have ever stayed at with any rental app. I had to message the host about extra linens as they do offer extra pillows, but no pillowcases. I couldn’t find extra washcloths and hand towels in the kitchen And we when we went to cook, there was literally bare minimum tools in the kitchen. Once our kids found roaches in the kitchen, I did message the property manager, and she offered to send an exterminator out that day, which I declined as I didn’t want all of them to come out of hiding. I do hope that she handled the situation after we checked out. Overall, I would not recommend this house. For having enough beds for 10 people, the one couch in the living room doesn’t seem appropriate. If you know you’re going to have that many people. It serves our needs for the two days, but I would not recommend it.

Everything was perfect

Place is not what the pictures show It’s older and can use some TLC and deep cleaning but it was comfortable The beds were great! The neighbor has chickens & roosters and they will wake you up early! It’s not in a fancy neighborhood but it was not dangerous one bedroom has a full size-bunk bed so not suitable for adults to sleep in

Everything was so neat and clean and right next to so many great restaurants and local attractions. Would love to come back for another stay

This was a quick overnight for our family before we set sail on a cruise. Clean, basic and comfortable. Would stay again if only in the area for the night before the cruise. Enjoyed the fresh mango tree. There were some old mattresses piled up out front from an adjacent building but the home exceeded our expectations. Host was thoughtful enough to add a coffee pot for our group!

We spent as little time as possible at this rental. It absolutely reeked of Marijuana smoke, making it hard to breath at times. The thermostat was set to 83 when we arrived and it took 2 days for it to drop below 75 in the house. The first night it was 80 degrees inside, too hot for any of us to sleep. The host was slow to respond and did nothing to resolve our issues. They didn't send the checkin information until less than an hour before checkin and only after we asked for it. The rental itself is fairly nice. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked so we could cook breakfast. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The alley by the unit was piled high with old mattresses and broken furniture which seemed a bit sketchy, but otherwise the area was pretty nice. We were able to easily walk to Wynwood Walls and several great restaurants including Versailles.

Pulling up to property I was not sure I had selected the right rental but was I truly surprised. The surrounding neighborhood can use some work but this property was well kept and secure. Very comfortable

Beautiful home! Located in an amazing location. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean, updated, and close to downtown. The beds were a little low for us, but it was nice for the night we spent.

In additional to this place being nice, clean and with comfortable beds, it was central to lots of places around Miami and near the highways. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having a regular kitchen with full size fridge and range, plus microwave and hot water kettle. It had lots of toilet peper, garbage bags, soap and shampoo. Perhaps we would have likeed some disposable cups and paperware so as not to have to wash dishes. So we went to dollar tree and picked some up. Thank you very much.

We checked in around mid night and there are people on the street where this property is located which make us nervous. Since house we rented was on the back of duplex from main street.

We had a great time we stayed from 4/20 - 4/27 I would recommend it to everyone hopefully when we come back down in the next few months we can stay at this location again

Very clean and comfy. We worked at a near by project evenings and returning to rest during the day was great. Host was always available when needed. Lots to see and do near by. We lived in Miami before so we know the area much. It’s definitely has grown and changed for the best.

House was good for our quick 1 night stay before heading on a cruise out of the Port of Miami. We had a family of 6 and there was enough room/beds for everyone and having 2 bathrooms was nice in the morning to get ready. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but we had no issues at all. Used Uber for transportation and even had pizza delivered. Great communication with Kaya as well. Only recommendation I would give is the kitchen could be stocked with more essential items and house was short on toilet paper but for 1 night only we were fine.
