Our home is located within 5 minutes of Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge....close enough to see the theme park fire works from the front porch in the evening, but just a little off the main road to enjoy some tranquility after a day full of activities. Within minutes of all the highlights that are located in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville.......you will enjoy having fun with your family or friends. The Island, Cal Ripkin Experience, Leconte Convention Center..... and The Great Smoky Mountains This Vacation Home is a one level ranch style house, no stairs to climb ....and no twisting mountain back roads. Three bedrooms, one king size and two queen size bedrooms. The king has a private shower stall bathroom , the queen bedrooms share a shower bathroom just across the hall, furnished with towels and linens. The kitchen is fully furnished with stove / oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. A double stack washer / dryer for you if you need. Don’t worry , we furnish pots, pans, dishes and utensils.... Living room has sofas and chairs. WIFI......and 3 TVs.....Just outside of kitchen door you’ll find an area with patio table set, grill w/propane, and a fire pit around the back to "roast some marshmallows" This house sits on over 2 acres of land.....Jayell ranch sits on the backside of our property, if you would like to enjoy some horseback riding nearby. We sanitize home thoroughly after each guest. The house was in a great (convenient) location. Very quiet but close to things. House was very comfortable (beds and furniture), very clean, and loved the porch/outdoor areas. In depth on beds, this is an area I frequently have issues with rental homes. This home had good beds. It was a little firmer than I prefer but I added a eggshell mattress pad and it was perfect then. But others found the beds soft enough, medium firm overall. Not sure if we missed it in the descriptions but when it listed coffee maker, I don't believe it mentioned it was a Keurig, would have been nice to know before we arrived. Only real negative is due to my allergies, I hate the plug in wall oil air fresheners and there were 3 (that we found). Permeated the whole house even though we unplugged them for the week. But would definitely stay here again. House was lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a great location.

The house was very clean and roomy for us. It is located close to everything without being in high traffic areas more like being out in the country. We loved it and would recommend visiting here.

We liked staying at this place. The hosts were very nice. The location to Dollywood is unbeatable. I think my Google maps said 3 minutes. The accommodations seemed a little dated but overall very good!

Clean and conveniently located to the Ripken fields and all the Pigeon Forge fun. Well stocked house with all the essentials. The snacks left were a nice touch. We would 100% stay again.

My family and I stayed in this house for our annual vacation to Tennessee and it was everything we could ask for. The location was perfect.....the views from the porch were amazing. We felt like we were at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Very clean. House was older but well kept. Driveway was rather steep--I fell on the last day and spent 4 days in Nashville at hospital. Couldn't get TVs to work but didn't contact owner for assistance.

Very clean, lots of room. Bathroom with walkin shower & bars for my 87 yr old mother was great. Will definitely book again. No loud noise and peace of the Smokey Mountains. You can't go wrong with this rental.

If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay that's close to everything, this is the place to book. We were within 10 minutes of all downtown attractions and Dollywood. Traffic was easy to get around in. We didn't go to Jayell Ranch, but it looked fun. We enjoyed the hot tub and everything was clean and organized. The host was wonderful to work with and we very much felt at home. There were no downsides to this place, it was fantastic.

My family and I had a great time! This house is located just minutes from all of the Pigeon Forge attractions but is still so quiet and peaceful. It is a cozy little house but with plenty of room. I highly recommend.

I just love the location with easy access to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Easy access to the major roadways. Everything in the house was clean and fully stocked. It felt great to sit in the hot tub with the numerous jets going, watching the horses ride by. The view was wonderful. Easy to communicate with the owners. They were very helpful. The only downfall was no TV set in the Master Bedroom. Otherwise, everything else was great. Would rent again!

We always attend a minister’s conference in January in Pigeon Forge. This house was a good place to relax. My hubby enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of towels to use for bathing. Kitchen had all u need plus tasty snacks awaited us. We really liked the carport to park our vehicle under. Linda was great with communication. Overall a good experience.

This home is in a perfect spot. Close to everything but just far enough away from the hustle bustle for privacy. One of the highlights of our trip was horseback riding and ATVs. I was so surprised to find that it was literally in the backyard. We had a great stay and you will too.

Just got back and loved this little house! It was a quick weekend getaway for my little family and this house was perfect for us. Clean, cozy, and convenient to everything! The beds and furniture were all very comfy and the snacks and coffee were enjoyed! 10/10 recommend!

Nice quiet home to rent while visiting for a wedding in Pigeon Forge. Located off the Strip, but not too far away. The Host was great to communicate with and addressed one small problem we had right away. Note there is no dresser in the master bedroom. One package of firewood was provided but no fire starter. Older home but everything was quite nice and comfortable. The snacks were also very nice. Thank you!

Me, my adult daughter and mother were looking for a fall getaway to recharge. The property was perfect! Located away from the main areas of Pigeon Forge, but within 5 minutes of the main strip and anything we wanted to do. The hot tub was perfect to unwind at the end of the day, the fire pit was nice too. Would definitely stay here again. The house was ready when we got there and very relaxing.

This house was a wonderful stay. Clean and spacious, enought room for 2 adult couples and one 13 yr old. Close to everything. Hot tub was super nice after a day of walking around all the attractions.

This beautiful house is in a wonderful location. Close enough to get to everything easily but far enough away to have relaxation time with no noise. Linda Nichols is amazing.
