Just two blocks from beautiful West Bay beaches. *ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. *See parking info below The Space: Located on the fourth floor of a new luxury mixed-use building, this condo is a relaxing retreat right in the middle of all the downtown action -- truly the best of both worlds! It’s easy to get comfortable in the space, thoughtfully furnished in an upscale, yet playful style. Enjoy the expansive view of Park and State Streets from the huge living space windows, with the gorgeous natural landscape in the distance. Sip your morning coffee on the cute private balcony. Relax and catch up with friends in the comfy and light filled living room. Cook up a meal in the modern kitchen and enjoy it at the marble breakfast bar. Unwind in the spacious guest bedroom and get cozy in the queen size bed, or claim the primary suite with its flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, king bed, and spacious en-suite bathroom. Perhaps most importantly, step right onto Park Street and take advantage of all Traverse City has to offer! As a great bonus, this condo has a large in-unit laundry room with some essential supplies to make sure you can keep your clothes fresh! This condo is 1,450 square feet in size. Guest Access: Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security. The Neighborhood: Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. Getting Around: You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.

The condo was perfect, better than we could ever have imagined. It was bright, sunny, spotless and had ever amenity we could have ever wanted or needed. Professionally decorated, right out of a magazine.
And the property manager (owner) was so nice, kind and extremely patient with us as this time was our first renting this kind of property.
Our first visit to Michigan and it was better than we ever expected. Lots to do, warm friendly people.

We enjoyed our stay in Traverse at this property. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. If you need a place to stay that is centrally located to Traverse, I would highly recommend staying at this property. Both bedrooms are adequately sized for a small family’s stay.

Great place overall. Nice furnishings and amenities. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken and the entire time. Going up and down 4 flights of stairs 6-8 times a day was a bit challenging. But we made the best of it. I will definitely check into renting it next time I am in town.

Amazing Condo! The pictures truly don’t do it justice! We parked the car in the garage at check in and never needed it until departure. Everything is so close! All the shopping and restaurants that Traverse City has to offer and the beach is just literally across the street. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!!

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Traverse City and were lucky enough to find this condo for our stay. The property had everything (and more), that we needed for our family. It is spotlessly clean, and offers comfortable beds (with extra bedding) laundry facilities, a beautiful kitchen & living room space, entertainment (TV & game consoles), all with in steps to all of the shops & restaurants of downtown Traverse City. Made for a very comfortable stay while we enjoyed our time in Michigan!

Can't say enough good things about this property. The decor is upscale & well thought out. Multiple outlets with USB charging throughout the unit was an extremely smart addition. Super clean, great location & terrific communication with management. The pictures in the listing do not lie, I'd even say better the unit is better than advertised. We will absolutely stay here again!

Second time/year stayed in property. It is very well maintained, comfortable and well suited to enjoy all TC has to offer. Very clean, lots of amenities and would definitely visit again. I believe we had a parking pass to use last year which wasn't part of the package this year. Be aware parking downtown TC is expensive - the garage runs about $26 per night.

The condo is in a perfect location Downtown for walking to local restaurants - bars - beach. Great correspondence and very neat and clean. Coffee shop right outside the door very convenient and covered parking (for a few) connected to building. Would definitely stay again.

Modern spacious condo
Katy reached out before our stay and communicated during stay to make sure we were taken care of. Check in was a breeze. The condo was spotless. Elevators made getting our luggage to the room convenient. We have stayed in condos down the road and had to haul our bags up 3 flights of steps. We parked in front of condo to drop off bags before finding a spot in the parking garage right behind condo. It was $24 for overnight parking (per night). The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Master bed was very comfortable and I am super picky about beds. Located right in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and the lakeshore. We highly recommend staying in this condo and will return next time we are in town.

Immaculate apartment in absolutely perfect location
The pictures don’t do the place justice. The place was immaculate in every way. Everything was clean, the checkin was seamless and the decor was fresh and inviting.
The location was perfect as well and once we parked the car we didn’t even touch it except to drive 12 minutes to a winery. You are within walking distance of everything including the marina and with a little research you can find some really great places easily.
Highly, highly recommended and worth the price.

This place was first class from the minute we walked in. Clean, clean, clean. Spacious and inviting. Every little detail covered down to matching cutlery and glasses. Recommend staying here to anyone looking. Just please don’t book the same dates I’m trying to book it for next time!

Property has a great location. Walking distance to anything downtown. It is rather loud. Especially in the morning. 6 AM garbage trucks and a lot of birds like to sit right next to the window. Other than that ideal location.

Great location, well appointed and exactly as advertised. Would certainly recommend/stay again. The only "challenge" is it can be difficult to park and unload open arrival just based on where the property is however minor inconvenience in grand scheme. Very walkable to everything you need from this property.

This is a fantastic condo in a prime location! Everything about our experience here was perfect. It is very spacious, clean and has beautiful views of the city. Outstanding find for a weekend getaway. The condo is in the heart of Traverse a city and a perfect home base for area activities. Exceptional amenities including a well stocked kitchen if you want to prepare meals on site. Very stylish and comfortable...especially appreciated since the early spring weather decided to be uncooperative!
