Summary: You'll adore this stylish downtown 2-Bedroom, 2- Bath condo, with spacious, open floor plan filled with natural light and comfortable modern decor. Private balcony, and view of the bay 2 blocks away. Downtown, find lively bars, excellent dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Leave enough time during your stay to explore the gorgeous surrounding area, and know that this sweet spot awaits your return. All guests must be at least 25 or accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Space: 2nd floor private entrance, just steps from the elevator. Large primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. No TV in primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, TV. 2nd bathroom has a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen has a large island with seating and everything needed to cook meals, including a drip coffee maker. Smart TVs for streaming in living room and 2nd bedroom. Full capacity stacked washer/dryer. This condo is 1,400 square feet in size. Guest Access: Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security. The Neighborhood: Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are provided. Getting Around: You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. Other Things to Note: Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.

Located in the heart of downtown traverse city. We loved the location. Bedrooms were well appointed and bedding very comfortable! Coffee shop right downstairs! We can't wait to return!

Loved our stay at this condo. Perfect downtown location- easy to walk everywhere. Had every thing we needed - comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, great layout - highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again !

The condo is centrally located in town with all the downtown shopping and attractions within a couple of minute walk. The furnishings are attractive and in excellent shape. The condo is well stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom necessities. There are several parks and beaches within a few minute drive plus several small picturesque villages nearby. The host was very responsive- any small issues were addressed very quickly Overall this is an excellent place to stay when visiting Traverse City

Beautiful apartment in downtown Traverse City. The unit is decorated with gorgeous and modern CB2 ( love it) furniture. Large rooms, high ceilings and a balcony with lake view. We enjoyed the vineyards, restaurants and 3 min walk to the beach. 10 stars- Amazing.
