Lovely home with incredible view. We were three adult couples and the home was spacious, comfortable and accommodated us well with room left over. Very well appointed. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was large and convenient for all to work in. Sarah was very responsive to our questions and even put up a Christmas tree and stockings for our family. Amazing to see the wild foxes and moose! We highly recommend staying there.

The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. They had a pack and play for our grandson and a booster seat for feeding. House is very open and has lots of natural light. Kitchen was well equipped with various pots and pans, blenders, storage containers, bowls, plates, cups, coffee maker etc. Everything we needed. House was extremely clean. Property manager was extremely helpful with information about Breckenridge and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with me right away when we arrived. She went above and beyond making sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. We loved our time in Breckenridge and loved this home. We would definitely stay there again.

This home is situated the perfect distance from town which was easily accessible by car or free shuttle. The views are spectacular and the kitchen well appointed, which made cooking a pleasure. The pictures don’t do this house justice, it is truly beautiful and meticulously maintained. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and answered. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next summer

The property was very close to town for restaurants, shopping & gondola. The hot tub was very relaxing after a full day of hiking. We enjoyed watching a family of fox in our backyard.

Sarah was the best host! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with any questions before and during our stay. The home was quite roomy and a perfect set-up for a large family. We had 12 of us (4 family units) and we all had plenty of space. There were a couple of issues w/the house, but Sarah was quick to address them. Overall, highly recommend.

Our family planned a trip to breckenridge and booked this house. We had great communication with the host checking in to make sure everything went well and we had no questions. The house was amazing for our group of 9. The house has amazing views with nature all around. Our family made life long memories on this trip.

From the time we got there the property owner had been in touch with us. She is extremely helpful and very nice. The house is great and the views are incredible. There is nothing more we could have asked for. The house is 9 mins from downtown breck and 10 mins to the breck connect gondola. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you all so much

Our group truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house and property. The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was clean and very spacious, having more than enough room for our group of 3 families (12 people total). The basement set-up with bunk room, tv room, full bath, and additional bedroom was perfect for the kids to hang out in their own space, while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The house is a little ways up the mountain ~about an 8-10min drive from town in winter conditions, but we felt it was well worth being a little farther out for the extra space and gorgeous views. We used the bus that stops at the end of the street multiple times- it makes several stops in town and will take you right to the gondola! We found it very convenient for skiing as parking near the gondola is a bit tricky, and also for going into town at night. The property manager is great to work with and very responsive. It was a beautiful week!

We were able to enjoy this property the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely LOVED it! First, Sarah.....!!! Her communication from the day we booked the house through check-out was spectacular. We knew exactly what to expect and she ensured that the house exceeded our expectations. I've already booked two more of her properties for future stays because she was so accommodating, professional, helpful and just awesome!
We also loved all of the amenities in the kitchen which made meals for our two families and Thanksgiving day prep so much easier. You never know what to expect in a rental and they literally had every single thing we needed for the week.
Next, the house was so CLEAN and well-kept. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable house, gorgeous house.
The room layouts were perfect for two families and there was so much space for adults and kids to relax.
We were also blown away by the kitchen amenities which made our Thanksgiving meal prep so much easier! I was also so thankful for the stocked bathroom essentials, which was unexpected and oh so appreciated!
Lastly, the foxes. We fell in love with them and looked forward to their visits! They'd visit several times throughout the day and were so friendly. They looked/acted like they've been well fed by previous visitors and certainly made our week more enjoyable. They were so friendly and their little faces peeping in the house through the downstairs sliding glass doors never got old!
We made memories of a lifetime this past week and we are so excited for our next stay(s) with Modern Retreats and this house! Thank you, Sarah, for helping make this trip wonderful!

Spring Break 2022
We had an amazing week! We had 3 families (6 adults / 6 kids) staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Easy access to downtown Breck and peak 9. Sarah (property manager) was great to work with! You will not be disappointed with this house.

Splendid Ski Vacation
I can't say enough about Sarah, and this wonderful property. Sarah was by far one of the friendliest and helpful homeowners we have ever delt with. From the check-in to the check-out everything was super smooth. Sarah was always available to answer any questions regarding the house, and Breckinridge in general.
The house was even better than the photos. Our family had a fantastic time in the hot tub, and playing pool...in between skiing that is. Each evening we enjoyed making dinners in the amazing kitchen. We even grilled a couple nights in the snow. The house was fully stocked with towel, linens, and kitchen appliances.
The views from the property were breathtaking! It was certainly a vacation we will always remember. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future. We highly recommend it others as well.

Breck at its best!
This house is truly spectacular! Eight of us (two families consisting of 4 adults, two teens and two tweens) had more than enough room. There are three levels. The main level has an entry way with great cubbies for all the outdoor gear, a bathroom, a large beautiful kitchen open to the dining area and a living room with a cozy fireplace (plus a deck with a grill). Downstairs is a family room with glass sliding door out to the hot tub, a bunk room for 4, another room and a bathroom. Upstairs has two king rooms with bathrooms, another bed and bath, PLUS a game room with pool table, shuffle board, a wall of windows and balcony with a million dollar view of the slopes, and laundry room. Everything was very clean and the decor is a great western-rustic/modern blend. We loved watching the red fox visit every day from all of the windows! Lastly, Sarah the property manager is fantastic. We’ve stayed at one of her other properties in Scottsdale and we are never disappointed. She always makes sure we have what we need and is really knowledgeable about the area - our kids’ snow boarding lessons were cancelled (not enough snow) and Sarah sent a list of a bunch of other activities for us to try, including finding the Breckenridge troll (fun!) and going ice skating at the Breckenridge ice rink and arena - we went back 3 times! The house is really close to town/groceries. There are trail heads for hiking or cross country skiing walking distance from the house. We will definitely be back… thank you Sarah!

Amazing house with amazing views!
The house is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing! They have thought of everything in this house! The shuttle is at the end of the street, so you don't even need a car to get around. Sarah was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!

The views from this property are amazing. House was perfect! A lot of space, super clean, well stocked with amenities and a great property manager. Sarah checked up on us throughout the week and service was excellent. We felt right at home. Pictures online do not do this property justice. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Breckenridge.

Winter Break Getaway
Loved this house. Beautiful inside and out. Sarah was wonderful. Quick to respond and very helpful with anything we needed before, during, and after. 10 minutes to downtown/skiing. We had two cute foxes that we loved watching every day outside. Highly recommend!

The perfect mountain getaway!
We were very impressed with our stay and Sarah was a delight to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful and only outmatched by the view. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice. The views from every level are different, topped of with the view of the Breckinridge ski mountain. The house is very high up in he mountain across the way, but there was a bus stop at the end of the street and it took less than 10 minutes in our car to get down to town. We were able to do for delivery with no problems.
The kitchen is well stocked and little touches like towels by the door to the hot tub and nice fluffy throws on the couches were appreciated. Our kids loved the ‘kid lair’ downstairs with a fun bunk room and open tv room. The highlight of their trip was the nightly visit to the back door by two super friendly foxes and the sledding hill we created in the back yard when we got a ton of snow our last day (there are sleds in the garage). Sarah had already arranged to have our driveway plowed when I texted to ask. We hope to visit one of her properties again!
