As other reviews mentioned, the mattresses in the bunk rooms were a little uncomfortable. It wasn't horrible but could use some upgrading. The house was large enough for a group of 6 and everything was clean and as expected! For the price and location I personally would 100% rent again!

Plenty of space. Beds not comfortable. Didn’t give code for Roku stick for tv so couldn’t watch sports. Not cast capable tv either. The button code for garage was awful. Had to enter it several times, sometimes up to 10 times before would work. Place was nice though. Bunk beds don’t have side railings so not good for younger kids. Hot tub card didn’t work so we had to go get a new one. Not brought to us. Would not pick to stay there again with the bed and tv situation.

Exactly as described. A bit of a walk to the pool, but we expected that. Appliances could use an update (one of the burners on stove was wonky, and ice maker in freezer was always stuck). Very minor complaints. Beds were comfy, bathrooms nice and clean. Walkable to lots of restaurants. A great stay!

Location was excellent for heading to mountain and to uptown. However, garage door was broken which made access to ski and board equipment difficult. Promised a partial refund. Also- on two occasions we could not access hot tubs. Very inconvenient!! Had to walk across Main Street to main building to use hot tubs. Very disappointing. Kitchen window would not close either so very drafty in kitchen. Condo overall needs some updating and cleaning. Location was perfect though

We chose SkyRun for it’s convenient location and excellent amenities, including baths for each BR, in-unit laundry, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and access to fitness facilities. In fact, these qualities were mostly fulfilled, but we had issues with the fitness facilities being a couple of blocks away and admittance to them difficult. There was also an issue in the building hallways our first day which I brought to the attention of property management, and it was quickly and completely resolved.
The beds in the two main BRs were comfortable, but all of the bunk beds in the third BR were not. I’d suggest new mattresses or toppers for all 4 bunks.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend SkyRun-managed properties.

Convenient Property, Responsive Management
We chose SkyRun for it’s convenient location and excellent amenities, including baths for each BR, in-unit laundry, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and access to fitness facilities. In fact, these qualities were mostly fulfilled, but we had issues with the fitness facilities being a couple of blocks away and admittance to them difficult. There was also an issue in the building hallways our first day which I brought to the attention of property management, and it was quickly and completely resolved.
The beds in the two main BRs were comfortable, but all of the bunk beds in the third BR were not. I’d suggest new mattresses or toppers for all 4 bunks.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend SkyRun-managed properties.

I also was surprised we had to walk across a busy street to get to the gym , pool and hot tubs. In the pictures it looked like they were right there. There are hot tubs near our condo, but they were locked with a chain. These are just little things that did not disrupt our vacation stay. Over all I would recommend this condo👍🏼

It was easy to walk to Main St for shopping. The kitchen is big and fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies which worked well for us because we chose to stay in and make our own meals. The downsides are a) the dishes weren’t all clean and there were wrappers, empty water bottle, and other debris behind the furniture b) the furniture and carpets were quite worn and c) the shuttle stop was a bit of a walk and on the return trip the bus dropped us off on the other side of Rt 9 at Sinclair, not near a stoplight to cross safely.

Great Thanksgiving Stay
Wonderful location...within walking distance to everything in Breck. We received over 10 inches of snow while there and the drive was cleared very timely! Check in/out was very easy and all correspondence was professional and clear. The furniture needs updating as it's quite worn, the carpet needs re-stretched and the various rugs in the unit need replaced or removed as they are torn. The unit could definitely use a good dusting but otherwise seemed to be clean. There are some general maintenance issues (door handles, fridge water cover falling off, etc.) but overall it's a great place to stay in Breck.

Nice Mountain Getaway!
We wanted somewhere relaxing to stay prior to tackling Quandary Peak. This was a terrific location as it is on the south end of town and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Very quiet location. Hot tub worked beautifully and the govfo was a great size for our party. The kitchen was really well equipped which was a wonderful surprise and saved a heap of time. Would highly recommend!!

The best accommodations in Breckenridge!
My stay at Mj11 was one of my most pleasant visits to Breckenridge. I have stayed at four different places in Breckenridge, but Mj11 will be the one that I will continue to visit. As a Colorado native it is hard to find new and conformable accommodations when traveling, but Mj11 was not only fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities to make dinner each night, but also offered plenty of room for myself and three others. The best part was that it felt like we were the only tenants in the building, because of the quiet atmosphere and seclusions from noisy streets. Mj11 doesn't feel like a hotel room, but a sophisticated mountain getaway. My friends loved that they could choose from the hot tub attached to the building or the hot tub and pool that was a part of the clubhouse. I loved that I could walk 100 feet and find myself at the beginning of downtown. Don't get me started on the view! Thank you for providing such a warm and homey atmosphere, I will definitely be visiting again.

We love it!
We have stayed at this condo on three occasions. It is perfect for a couple, for the family or with out-of-state visitors (i.e. comfortable with a lot of space). The views of the peaks from from the main room and the large windows in the dining area are spectacular. The location couldn't be more perfect... literally just a stroll to ski, eat or shop in Breck. The kids love the pool, and we love the hot tubs just around the corner. Check in-check out is easy. The place just feels like home! I would highly recommend to anyone needing some quality mountain time.

Excellent accommodations, unbeatable location!
We stayed here with our 2 kids on a recent ski trip and found the accommodations wonderful. Steps away from everything - slopes, dining, shopping, etc. - park you car in the heated garage and you never need it again. Includes access to a year-round outdoor pool, ski valet service, great exercise facilities, etc. We've also stayed here over Labor Day weekend and the location to town and the summer activities make this a great location all year.

Awesome!
The condo was perfect for our group which included two couples (one with a three-month old) and another friend so everyone had plenty of private space via the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 and 3) but loved to hang out together in the wonderfully open kitchen/dining/living room. Very cozy, warm and bright with very high ceilings. The ski valet, locker and location to the Quick Silver lift was very convenient. For us, lovers of good craft beer, the proximity to the Breckenridge Brewery was the exclamation mark on a fabulous long weekend of good skiing and good times with close friends.
