My complain statement 2025

View of the ocean 🌊❤️

To stay without wifi and Television some of us was looking forward to see omnibus but the place is good and we didn't see the reception area.beside that it was fine we enjoy!!!

Our stay was terrible, we paid more than we should have.

The owner doesn't properly maintain the property. - We had trouble unlocking the burglar guard at the main door, sliding it open is also an issue. - Unusable braai stand with corroded and broken mesh. - No television, the property owner lied to us about the television. - Non-functional sound system. - Blankets peeling off the insulation. - Dust accumulation on ceiling fans, indicating poor cleaning. - There were no clean towels.

Stay was uncomfortable from arrival till the end. I have never experienced such poor service!!!!!!!
