The single family one level home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and the Tiki Shower in the backyard! All the amenities and right near all the action of Phoenix Open, Westworld, Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training, and right around the corner form the Kierland / Scottsdale Quarter Shopping metropolis; but in a quiet neighborhood. WIFI, flat screens and sunshine everywhere! The Master Suite has King Bed with TV, Guest Suite has Queen Bed with TV, Guest room with two bunk beds (full on bottoms, twin on top bunks), and game-room in separate detached guest casita / pool house room with Queen pull out couch. Additional couches and a cot can accommodate a Max 14-15 people but 12 more comfortable comfortably. Enjoy the backyard with optional Heated Pool*, BBQ grill, outdoor patio TV, and pool house game room (also with Big WIFI enabled TV) - ping pong table, bumper pool table / poker table in office room with variety of other billiard and board games. Both living room and family rooms have cable TVs with surround sound as well. This is our SECOND time renting this location. We chose it for its proximity to stores, restaurants and for its serene neighborhood. This house is great for family gatherings and fun dinners. We were able to swim, sit on the back patio, cook dinner and just relax together as a family. The home has a game room and my husband and sons used their putting area every single day. This house is simply amazing! Everything from Target to Walmart to Costco to Sprouts is nearby. Also nearby are many restaurants, ice cream/yogurt--anything you need for a wonderful time away. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities in this home are fantastic! Working with the management team was easy. No issues! Love this home!

This is our second year renting this location. We were pleased with some improvements that were made but the new outside shower is a mess ... does not work and is only a cold shower (very disappointing). Mattress in game room pull out needs to be replaced (the underside is very badly stained). Would love to see the leather sectional replaced (it is extremely uncomfortable). Despite all that, we are returning next year ... great location and beautiful backyard!

Perfect Scottsdale location in a quiet neighborhood. Back yard w pool is great and fully stocked kitchen . House is a little tired and the 4 th bedroom is misleading (outside in a casita no bath) so think master , guest and bunk bed room = 3. If your out and about and want a good location this so your place .

- The master bathroom shower didn't work well at all. The handles to turn water on just didn't work.
- Handle on the toilet in the bathroom near kitchen fell off several times,
- screen sliding door was broken and I could not fix it.
- All the closet doors in the other bedroom were off the track and did not work.
- The cushions out on the patio need to be replaced. They are just worn down.
-We used a coffee maker. Whenever the heating unit on the coffe maker kicked in all the lights in the kitchen would dim. Very odd and if your an electrician probably would make you concerned.
- TV in the living room would cut out. The picture would stop showing, then start again. Oddly enough this only happened when we ran the washer machine. Very odd.

Had some issues but they were addressed very quickly by Wes the property manager. The home needs to be updated and given some attention. Despite the issues we will be returning next year with the hope that the property will see some improvements.

Not as advertised
Pictures were taken a long time ago, this property is pretty run down and damaged. The 4th bedroom is a joke, its a room off the garage with no access into the rest of the house and no bathroom. The bed is a sofa bed. Bath tub was clogged up. Dusty and smelly. Master TV doesn't work. Fire Alarm sensors were all dead and beeping. No one had rented for a while apparently, the chalk boards inside had other peoples names and Christmas stuff all over it. Dyer was broken, sliding glass door was not very trust worthy. Overall was not happy, especially since we booked it for 11 days so living with the problems that long suuucked.

9 night stay.
There was 12 teenagers and 2 adults staying in this house for 9 nights. The space was a bit tight for all of us but it was a success overall. We used air mattresses for 2 of the kids so that beds weren't as cramped.
The outdoor space was lovely and ready to use when we got there.
Overall, this is a great property to rent!

My wife and I spent a week in this home and absolutely loved it! It had everything we need, was centrally located, and the backyard was awesome! The house was spotless upon arrival, and there were little touches (like having a working printer) that allowed me to work and play at the same time. Additionally, we actually arrived a day earlier, and we were able able to get sooner than anticipated. Super easy to deal with and very accomodating. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Big house for big groups
The house was fine a couple of Munro details here and there, like the garbage was full when we got there and things were out of place. Overall good stay for a big group, but the rental property prefers to communicate over phone calls which was different.

THE HAPPY HOUSE MADE US REALLY HAPPY!
With this season of COVID and all the craziness happening in the world surrounding the pandemic, we also had our son's wedding to attend. In looking for a place to stay, we needed a house that would be nearby to the Gainey Ranch golf course where he was getting married. We also knew that we needed a place large enough to host my brother coming from Texas and my mom coming from Pennsylvania. Well, this house was it! Brian, the owner, was amazing to deal with. We had a large enough area to spread out, socialize and get ready for a wedding. The kitchen was large enough to have a few other friends over and the dining room served more than once as a space for us to just relax, drink some wine and eat a dinner TOGETHER. I don't recall a time this year that we had a space to enjoy each other's company as much as we did in this home during our stay here. The game room was also amazing--one night we played Texas hold 'em for over 3 hours. We used the barbecue grill, the swimming pool, watched a little TV to relax. The shower in the master bedroom is also amazing--relaxing and big enough to never feel squished in. The back porch is so inviting and was truly a gathering space for our family to sit, have dinner, breakfast, coffee or wine and to just enjoy each other. We were lucky to find a location so close to the wedding venue, that was clean, refreshing, inviting and certainly helped to create fantastic memories that we will cherish forever. This house is HIGHLY recommended. It is big enough for 2 families to share in the fun! Hoping that we could rent this home again in the future. 5 stars! Lovely getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Brian's property. He was very responsive throughout the week and hanging by the pool was perfect! While there are neighbors close by, the corner lot and the walls make the backyard feel like a quiet getaway from it all!

Perfect family holiday getaway...
We spent Thanksgiving in this home with family and it was perfect! The backyard was beautiful and the home was cozy and well stocked. Lots of space for us to spread out and cook for eight people. Location was excellent and close to Kierland and the Quarter for some of the best shopping and restaurants in Scottsdale. Brian was a great host!

Multi family vacation
We were very pleased with both the property and Brian. He was able to respond to any and all questions as the came up during our stay. The property was very nice and had plenty of room for our 11 guests. We look forward to using the property for any other trips we plan to the Scottsdale area.

Great place to stay
Stayed with our kids and another family. Eight of us in total. The kids had a blast. Loved the pool, ping pong and even learned how to play black jack at the poker table. Brian was quick to respond and helpful. Would come stay again.

Spacious Home but needs some TLC
This home has a lovely backyard pool and deck area, beautiful outside landscaping, and the internal rooms and casita are spacious. It has good working washer and dryer and lots of towels and items such as high chair etc., if you were travelling with small children. It is, however, in need of some general maintenance, updating & TLC. We did not have enough utensils/cookware/dishes to eat at the same time so purchased paper plates, lights burnt out, pots and pans that are there are very worn and few in numbers, patio furniture tired, drawer handles & batteries missing, garburator not working and continually clogged sink. The grill needs to be seriously cleaned or replaced. We did try to connect with the owner about these issues but felt uncomfortable with the response/reaction so made the most of the week. We love Arizona so did not let these disappointments affect our stay. If anything, it taught us to be even more diligent in our research.

Great home!
Wonderful home, had everything we needed! I’d recommend this home to other groups or even vacationers! Minor set back our last night with the AC going out due to insane rains (which never happens in a AZ!) but we all understood and it didn’t effect our stay! Thanks for a great few days!

Great family place for teenagers and young kids
We rented for our boys volleyball team. We had 10 teenage boys at the place plus my husband. They had a great game room with a ping pong table and darts. A great swimming pool and great back yard.

We'll definitely come back!
We had 5 adults (ages 68, 68, 49, 33, and 33) and two children (ages 4 and almost 1) and spent Tuesday through Saturday at this home. The biggest complaint was that they didn't have Golf Channel (it was Masters week)! The home itself was very comfortable and the two living spaces, including one of of the kitchen, was perfect for relaxing days spent at the pool or just inside.
We were delayed in arriving due to weather and flights so we arrived at dark. I couldn't locate the digital keypad and text the owner after 5-10 minutes of searching. I should have done so earlier because he responded within seconds. I had another question about the outside television (awesome, by the way) and he responded immediately.
Location was great. 15 minutes from Fashion Square and 15 minutes from two of the best golf courses in the area. 5 minutes to Scottsdale Quarter.
House was fully stocked with towels, linens, table and flatware, etc. It was very clean and organized. Everything worked and I even asked if they had games, high-chairs, etc. which was accommodated as well.
Overall, we all left today disappointed we couldn't stay a few more days and all agreed that we would return. At one point, the question was asked if they would rent it out for a month at a time. Needless to say, we are fans.

Great experience and perfect setup
Great experience all around. Brian was great to work with. He was always available to answer any questions we had and did a great job leaving instructions regarding house operations. The house was perfect for our group. It slept 10 people comfortably and the outdoor tv, pool, and grill was great for watching sports and hanging out.

Perfect Family Getaway
My wife and I stayed here at the end of February 2018 with our two young children and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Brian was extremely attentive to our needs! Brian's attention to detail prior to (and during) our stay was outstanding. The house was extremely clean and welcoming for our family (age appropriate toys and books, high chair, children's bubble bath, children's pool toys, etc...). These small details may not seem like much to some, but, it shows the kind of attentiveness these owners have and it was much appreciated! It was a great size pool with ample sun during the afternoon. The pool heater worked great and there was plenty of privacy for our family to relax. The kids also enjoyed having some room in the grass to run around and burn some energy. The house is minutes away from a nice grocery store and walking distance to various parks. We had a great time here and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect house and location
Our family loved the house, pool and location for our family reunion/spring training visit. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for our group and the house was comfortable. The location makes for easy access to almost everywhere in the Phoenix area.
