The house was perfect and essential has everything you need. I reached out a few times and got a quick response from the owners and the whole place was a beautiful and everyone that was with us couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. We cannot wait to book another stay. If you’re looking for somewhere in flagstaff I highly recommend.

Nice sized house for adults and kids. Good location in Continental. Wildlife outside with a nice back yard hangout space. Only issue we had was not having enough comfortable places to all sit in the living room. This house would benefit from a large L couch or something comparable for everyone to relax in one place while inside.

Our family enjoyed a long weekend here in August. Plenty of room and large beds for all, plus many extra touches and kitchen supplies helped us feel right at home. The thorough labeling of drawers, cabinets, and switches made it easy to use all the amenities. Location was convenient and scenic and we enjoyed the trampoline and outdoor space. Our check in was stressful and disappointing as we were not sent a door code by 4pm as promised, and we spent 30 minutes waiting while frozen groceries melted, those who needed wifi to sign on to work meetings could not, while we repeatedly tried every contact option with the owner and VRBO with no response. Several other challenges followed, which made the first day of our trip pretty crummy. Beyond that it was a nice weekend in the pines.

We stayed this summer with 3 families, children ranged from 7-16 and everyone had a wonderful time. The layout is such that everyone can be as together as they'd like to be but also can "get away" if they need a break. Perfect for larger groups. The house was overall well stocked with kitchen ware, towels, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was relaxing and well furnished. Lots of dining seating inside and out for larger groups and space outside for games, etc. The smaller kiddos loved the trampoline and bocce ball was lots of fun! Location was great for access to all sorts of things, we did the Flagstaff Extreme (actually don't recommend - and we're an adventurous bunch), Bearizona (highly recommend!) and Williams, and hiked the Lava caves (also highly recommend). The owner/manager was quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful! All in all we had a lovely stay and would absolutely book again!

The house was great. Very clean and had all the amenities. One thing to watch out for is if you book on the VRBO app the location pin has this house on the green of hole 15. This is not the case. The home is a few streets from the course.

The house matched the pictures. The location was serene, neighbors were friendly. All of the amenities provided by the host went above and beyond. The backyard was our own personal retreat. Family of 11 ranging from age 4-73 and we all had the space we needed to be comfortable but plenty of space to gather together.
