This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Sea Pines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests. This updated villa is a spacious 1600 square feet on a single level – perfect for a get away vacation. The villa boasts 3BR, 2 full baths, hardwood floors, stylish upscale furniture and neutral décor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home. Our kitchen is well-stocked with every kitchen gadget, solid surface dining counters and an adjoining dining area. It includes updated appliances allowing you to prepare your meals. Yet our Villa is also within walking distance of all the restaurants that Harbour Town has to offer. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy chairs, a 55 inch smart tv. Upgraded internet WiFi service is included for all your family's electronic gadgets. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds, a flat screen tv and is perfect for the kids. Perfectly located, just a few steps from the harbor and its restaurants, and furnished well. My wife and I and our adult daughter loved it and will return in the future.

Fantastic location in Harbour Town. The unit was very comfortable for everyone in my family. We traveled with 2 kids and a grandparent. Elevator was a plus. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was difficult finding parking as Harbour Town is very active this time of year, but if you stay during the spring/summer when the trolley is running, you wouldn’t need to move your car.

In town for a long wedding weekend. Place very comfortable, clean, pleasant, quiet and well appointed. Location is A+++. Easy and great to walk to restaurants, bike rental , boat excursions and easy trolley elsewhere. Never need a car . Owner very responsive and helpful.

Vacation here a week. The location was great, it was a lot to do for the everyone in the family. The parking was definitely an issue guess didn’t have designated parking space which we knew but didn’t know we would have to literally wait 45 minutes in our car upon arrival for someone to move. So that issue alone I would think twice before booking here. Let’s address the elephant in the room. Anyone stayed at this condo and didn’t mention anything about cockroaches is not leaving an honest review. There is definitely an issue with cockroaches. We saw 1-3 a day! We contacted the owner and he was responsive and had the exterminator come out and do a treatment. After the exterminator treatment we still saw at least one a day. This place is located above a store and restaurant so that doesn’t help. We knew we had little chance of getting any kind of refund so we made it work. Plus everything else was booked. Based on that alone no ma’am, I would not stay there or recommend this place. We live in SC and have no issues with cockroaches/palmetto bugs (the same, just a another nice name for them) in our house. These places are charging way too much money to be dealing with any type of bug issues. This is not the way you want to start your vacation. Save yourself the headache and find another place!

We loved the location and layout of this property. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the air does not stay on well at night. We woke up each night in complete sweats. The thermostat would adjust slightly, but even at the temperature it read it didn’t feel that cold. We luckily had fans with us which I would suggest bringing if you like it cooler when you sleep.

I spent three wonderful days with my Daughter-in-law, Daughter and Granddaughter in the Lighthouse Villa. We were all pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness! It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything as advertised. We chose it for the location which is in a busy area and the lack of a dedicated parking space wasn't an issue as it always worked out. There weren't any check out instructions, so we did what we thought was best. Thank you Sam for sharing your home with us!

I feel that we paid a premium price for a rather outdated and tacky accommodation. There were no supplies such as sugar or coffee. No wine bottle opener. Kitchen utensils and cookware substandard. Paper products like toilet paper and paper towels were as cheap as you can get. Multiple cockroaches found each morning.

Amazing trip!! Relaxing. Best sunset and sunrise views. Loved going by the cafe/bakery in the mornings and sitting in the red rockers overlooking the harbour as we ate our pastries; it was so calming. Loved the proximity; right in the heart of Harbour Town. Hated when it was time to go home. The week seemed to fly. We would absolutely to come back and visit again.

Wonderful, well appointed, equipped and spacious unit. Outstanding communication from owner. Only drawback, and it is manageable, is the parking situation. Parking lot was habitually full all day and into the night often necessitating a long walk to the unit since there wasn’t designated resident/guest parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was much larger than what we were expecting! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals in. The shops downstairs were great! The location could not have been better! We could walk to restaurants, shops and the lighthouse in minutes! We will definitely book here again!

Sam was excellent to work with, replying to questions prior to our stay and at check-in when a few small issues arose. The condo is on the 2nd floor above Harbor Town stores but quiet and easily accessible via stairs or elevator. The Sea Pines trolley line picks up close to the condo and the pool is easily within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, plates and cups). We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is fantastic! The location is in the center of Harbor Town but when you get inside the noise from downstairs vanishes. Walk to so many restaurants, shops, and rec options (pool, playground, stables). The unit itself is well furnished and communication with Sam couldn’t be easier! We will be back for sure!

We had a great time at the Sea Pines Lighthouse Villa in Harbour Town. The condo was a perfect fit for our family - my husband and our 2 young children along with my mother and father. Within walking distance to many shops, a bar and restaurant and fun activities off the pier. The kids loved having a playground just a few feet from the front door, and especially loved the toy store and ice cream shops below us. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay there again.
