Genialni gospodarze, bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi. Pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i wspaniałymi materacami. Przekąski w pokoju i nade wszystko ekspres do kawy 😍. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu niedaleko stacji metra c. Na pewno tam wrócimy.
Nie było takiej rzeczy.

First of all, thank you very much for such hospitality, for the neat and cozy environment, my wife and I are very satisfied to return to our country, we highly recommend your apartment, we will definitely visit you again

Our stay in the apartment was pleasant. The evaluation their business has received is absolutely fair. This is a value for money option, away from the center of Rome with easy access to transport. The metro station is quite close. There are a few shops in the area for everything you need as well as one for coffee and drinks that also works as a mini market that stays overnight and you can find anything you want. Giorgio and Eva were welcoming and we felt them like our own people. Especially when we needed them for a difficult case we faced. I wish them the best.

A nice, clean, spacious apartment. The host responded quickly to questions and requests.
The location is a bit far out of town (about 1-1.5 hour commute to the center of Rome) and the air conditioning system turned off automatically during the night.

We visited Rome as part of our honeymoon and saw the Colosseum, Roman forum and the Vatican in our two day stay, however one of our biggest highlights was being the guests of these hosts. They are a lovely couple that go out of thier way to help you and provide great advice from avoidng tourist traps, best methods of travel to reach points of interest, (even got us metro passes for us in advance so we could use them as soon as we got there) the best affordable restraunts to try in rome and even went so far as to help us with a toll issue we had after our stay. They are by far the most helpful and generous hosts we have come across on our travels through Europe so far.
On to the room itself, modern, clean, snacks and drinks provided, capsule coffee machine, comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. They had even left a personalised message for us welcoming us and a bottle of sparkly to celebrate our honeymoon.
If we ever have the chance to visit Rome again we would definatly be staying here again.

Perfect! Comfortable bed, spacious shower, air conditioner, very helpful and responsive host. Especially appreciate snacks and croissants which helped us survive for a few hours when we woke up late and had to skip breakfast.
Only the location. Took around an hour to travel to attractions, good thing is there will be lots of empty seats as the station is nearly at the end of the metro line.

self check in was very straight forward! the host messaged a couple days before with all the details needed, they were also very responsive throughout our stay. The place was very clean, close to the tube station and supermarkets.
it did take 2 tubes to get to central Rome (45ish minutes), we did have the unfortunate experiences of catching it in morning rush hour where it gets extremely packed.

We booked the apartment for the night and it was far better than we expected.
We had a separate living room with a kitchen to ourselves and our own bathroom. We were spoilt for space and felt that it was a bargain for the price, especially in such an expensive city as Rome.
The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities one might need. We were kindly provided with snacks, breakfast foods and wine. We appreciated the hospitality of the hosts.
Distance from the centre. It took nearly an hour to get to the centre of Rome on 2 different metro lines. Travel was affordable (at only 1.5 euros for the whole journey one way).

The room was fantastic, couldn't fault it at all. Lovely selection of treats & some soft drinks in the fridge & a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Very clean fresh towels, nice bed.
The metro is just down the street but it's alot of stops like 10-14 ( forgotten) but not less than that and changing over trains to get to Rome city. It's a good 40 mins or more ( can't rightly remember) definitely no less on that either.
One suggestion I would offer is, more pillows! One is definitely not enough. I had to use a hoody under my pillow for added elevation.
The location is awful. I felt uncomfortable going out at night. Nothing much to do around there either. Very dirty & rough looking. The room definitely made up for the location.
If the room was in a different location, I'd happily stay there again.

our stay was very good. Personal contact with the owner only via WhatsApp, but that didn't bother us at all! the owner was very helpful and we were able to contact him if we had any questions or needed new towels and bed linen. In addition, the way to the accommodation was explained to us with pictures, so that we arrived quickly. However, it takes a little patience to get to the center of Rome, but there is a subway station 5 minutes from the accommodation, so this is not a problem. The accommodation was clean everywhere and had a lot of free drinks and snacks to offer. The shower was very big and nice. The bed was also very large, perfect for two people

Free snacks and drinks. Big TV with Netflix. Nice and quiet in a great area for eating out.
The air conditioning wasnt very cold

We liked most of it.
The apartment was super comfortable and extra clean.
Everything looks really new, from the bathroom (non stop hot water) to bedroom (new TV with Netflix accounts on it) and the kitchen (Caffe Maschine, hot chocolate and tea).
It was not accurate information that you need 10 minutes to city center by metro. We were there for 5 days it takes between 35 to 40 minutes from metro station near apartment to the city center. (Plus, you need 15-25 min more to reach Vatikan, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseum it depends where you want to go. But it takes 1 hour more or less to the popular locations.)
For 5 days room was never cleaned and they never changed our towels and sheets or refill water and snacks, never cleaned floors, etc... (Btw, it was sparkling clean when we got there on the firsts day.)
Even if we agreed to free shuttle from and to Airport, they only organized us shuttle from airport. (Better option because we get used to metro and buses, so we could reach Airport with no problem, but still it was not fair.)

Very clean, quiet. Comfortable bed. Metro station few minutes walk. Bus stops. Small shop around the corner. Free airport transfer. Very good overall.

It was 3mins away from the train. The room came with so many snacks and drinks that were all included. The check in process was super easy. The bed was outstandingly comfortable.
It was just a bit difficult to find, you have to go down a driveway and we didn't know that.
