About this resort
Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. World-class skiing, year-round cultural events and robust seasonal activities characterize Park City, home of Marriott's MountainSide, providing you the ultimate in Park City ski lodging. The MountainSide offers multiple outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, pool, fitness center, convenience store, kids room, along with daily family activities. There are also many dining options within a couple minutes walk from the front door. Along with being one of the most convenient locations for skiing that Park City has to offer, the MountainSide is a short walk to historic Main Street, assorted shopping and dining, and the free Park City shuttle, offering bus service to the whole Park City area. ** Marriott's MountainSide uses a rotation system for unit location. The rotation system helps give equal opportunity for Owners and Guests to enjoy all the views the property has to offer. ** Please note - that the resort can only store packages for one week prior to arrival. Any packages received before that time, will be returned to sender. ** All guests on property are required to wear a property wristband. The property wristband allows Owners and guests to use our onsite amenities. Wristbands are distributed upon check-in and the number of wristbands are determined by the occupancy of the villa you will be occupying. ** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave. ** Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time. ** The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Sept. 15, 2024, through Nov. 6, 2024, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

The property exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. True Ski-in/Ski-out and great pool/hot tub scene. the connecting rooms were spacious and well-laid out and very clean. It was a perfect space for a girls' trip. When I checked in, the room was ready early so they allowed me to check right in.
Overall a wonderful experience. I would say my only complaint was no bar in the hotel and the bars right in the vicinity closed after apres ski, so you need to go into town (about a mile away). But that has nothing to do with the hotel and property. A+ overall!

Worth the price for being as close as possible to the ski lifts! No complaints about our week long stay there, would recommend for anyone looking for convenience!

We loved the proximity of the resort to the slopes! It was also very close to downtown and an easy Lyft or Uber ride away. The hot tubs and pool were great! The activities and specialties (chili night, hot dog/sausage night, etc.) were a lot of fun and the kids loved it. I would recommend MountainSide to anyone planning to ski Park City/Canyons!

Our stay at Marriott Mountianside was fantastic. You can't ask for a better location next to the ski lift, and has its own ski valet. Great views from the room and loved the outdoor pool and multiple hit tubs. Can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott’s Mountainside Resort in Park City. The resort has a lot of amenities-a nice gym, free Ski Valet, and lovely heated outdoor pool and jacuzzis, to name a few. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. One of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been but that was quickly corrected by housekeeping. Two things stood out about this resort: First was the location-it was amazing for ski-in/ski-out. Second was the resort staff. They were kind and always quick to respond to any requests or questions. We will definitely stay there again!

The listing was exactly as advertised. We had great interactions with the resort staff, both at the Marriott and the Epic mountain teams. If you want real "event", take the Snowed Inn Sleigh Ride & Dinner. We're looking forward to come back next year.

We stayed for one week at the Marriott Mountainside for the second year in a row. Beautiful property, easy ski in,ski out. Ski valet area well organized and convenient, hot tubs are beautiful and relaxing. 2 bedroom unit, each with comfy King size beds, and large living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for two couples.

This Vacation rental is perfect for a family that love ski. Apartments are really clean, Costumer service is great, Activities on side all the time, an location is the best, no need for a car. totally family friendly.

My family stayed in a two bed two bath unit abd could not have been more happy with our experience! The Marriott is extremely family friendly. Between the pool, Jacuzzi, gym, ski valet, and shear proximity to the slopes makes this place perfect for families with children. What takes the cake is the friendliness of all staff that we interact with.

As a family of 3 the 2 bedroom villa was the perfect solution for us. I’m very picky about where we stay and upon entering I knew this was going to be a great fit! From the ski-in/ski-out, hot tubs, proximity to dining, ease of parking in the garage and the responsive and friendly staff at the front desk we literally couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will for sure be back!

Best location and accommodations! Walk out the doors and on to the slopes, so amazing. It was great having a kitchen to make quick lunches then head back out. Had so much space for my family of 4. Hot tubs and pools were great and the staff were so nice and helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that the owner may want to know is that the dryer in this specific unit was very loud and squeaky, but it still dried the clothes fine. We would definitely come back to this location and this specific condo again.

I highly recommend Marriott Mountainside for your vacation travel. Everyone there was extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. From the ski valet to the pool to the hot tubs to the grilling stations, everything was clean and efficient. Underground parking was amazing too.

The marriott mountainside could not have been more perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own space and you could convene together as well. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Marriott Mountainside is perfect for what it is: clean, dependable, location next to the main lifts. The property is a bit dated, and the beds are worn out, but the location, convenience, and 'at home' features (full kitchen, laundry, ski-valet) is unbeatable. You will pay, but folks on a tight schedule, it is worth it.

Lodging is ski-in/ski-out, so convenient to the Payday and Crescent lifts and to the town bus to take you to/from restaurants and shops on Main Street (no restaurant on site). Property has 5+ hot tubs and heated outdoor pool which are great but get crowded.

The 2 bedroom unit was great for our family. The location near the Park City ski school made the location perfect for getting our young children to ski school everyday.

It is an ideal ski-in/out location and ski valet convenient. The unit was clean and adequately equipped. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant/lounge on the property.

We went with our children and skied all week. Location was phenomenal! Skied in and out at the slope, heated outdoor pool was fun, and the family lounge was a great place to hang out.

This place was so amazing and convenient to slopes. The ski valet was key and helpful to not have to carry skis to room. The front desk was very responsive. Rooms very clean and comfortable. No issues at all!

Loved this hotel! The 2 bedroom was spacious with plenty of room to relax by the fireplace, cook and eat. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms were roomy with great bathrooms. Very clean and several activities if you aren't skiing. Loved that the slopes were right there and the courtesy ski valet was helpful. The concierge and front staff were super friendly and helpful and lots of good snacks in their little shop. Loved our view overlooking the ski lift, slopes, and pool. We will definitely stay here again and so grateful for the owner who shared this and for Vacation Candy who managed the process so smoothly.
