From the beginning to the end of the trip was amazing. Easy Check in and very good communication with the owner. The cabins were clean and comfortable, felt like home. What I loved the most were we was super close to town and near the strip with all the festivities. The kids is already planning on going back for the summer! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your cabin and giving my kids a Christmas to remember! Will definitely book again soon!

WE LIKED:
1.Customer service is excellent! Justin communicated well, very polite & responsive (we never felt alone & his assurance was really important for us)
2.Overall aesthetic & coziness is great. A relaxing place to spend late night talks, movie & acoustic nights 3.Drive to the cabin is easy & not steep. Driving home is easy after a long day.
4.Check in process is smooth, no issue on this at all
5.3 back porches on every floor for a dose of sunrise
6.Jacuzzi is working, complete kitchen utensils & amenities listed are mostly accurate
7.Fast WiFi, Netflix is signed in for easy access & watching
WE DONT LIKE:
1. Shower Water Heaters not working
2. One of us was bitten by bed bugs found in lower bunk bed
VERDICT:
I recommend and will still choose to rebook on this cabin in the future. We appreciate that the host is polite and answers all our queries. Regarding bedbugs and water heater, the host assured that they will have it fixed and treated for the next guests.

Very nice cabin and convenient. We all enjoyed it. Should have booked a 5 bedroom cabin however. We had adequate beds for sleeping but one was a loft bedroom which presented a need for an extra bedroom. Loft bedroom had 2 queen bunk beds which adults and older teenagers had to share. Just be sure to consider that as I did not. Would definitely rebook with them again. Communication excellent also.

The cabin was very clean and well-equipped. Our family enjoyed it very much. It's very close to Dollywood and the Island. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very nice. Easy to find and close to all things in Pigeon Forge. We were very pleased as the cabin was SUPER CLEAN! Perfect for our family. Our kids LOVED the game room with Bunk beds. HOT TUB was added bonus and very clean and ready for use on arrival. We all loved the gas logs in the FP. Made for a very cozy feel during our stay. Hot water for bathing was the best we've had in rentals. What can I say, this place is AWESOME and we will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to tennessee for 15 plus years now and this was by far one of my favorite stays the cabin was exactly what it said it was and more super clean in a great location! Just 10 mins outside the main strip! It was amazing! And the staff so easy to work with!! I highly recommend staying!!!

We had the BEST time staying in the "Bear Hug" Cabin. It was very clean and just as advertised. There was ample space for our party of 7. Justin checked in with us multiple times and made all of the check-in/out procedures easy and clear. The neighborhood is adorable, it's nestled in the trees, and we have nothing but great memories from our stay.
Would highly recommend this cabin and owner in the future. Will definitely rent again if we get the chance to visit that part of the country again. Thanks for a wonderful stay in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Great location—very easy drive to Dollywood. The cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything that we needed there. Kids loved the game table, foosball table, and hot tub!

When I first started planning our trip to Pigeon Forge I was challenged with finding a cabin large enough to accommodate five adults , one of which is disabled, and five children which included two toddlers and a baby. Sleeping accommodations were a big factor due to bed times for the younger ones etc. This cabin met our every needs, with bathrooms on each floor, bunk beds for the two teenagers, plenty of space to accommodate the port-a -crib and toddler beds. It was very clean and a quick drive to most everywhere we went. Traveling with such a large group can be hectic, but having a nice place to stay help make things a little less so. Thank you

I can’t say enough good things about this property!! The only negative comment I have is that the pictures don’t do this place justice. We have plenty of room for our group of six and everyone raved about their accommodations. My mom (who love to get out and have fun) said she felt like she could stay in and enjoy the hot tub the entire trip. The location is phenomenal! A short trip to the parkway and and you are in the heart of the best Pigeon Forge has to offer! Justin and Kari have a real gem in this place and they are great hosts; very responsive and will give you all the info you need prior to your arrival. We are already planning a return trip and would love it if we could stay here again!!!

The location was very centrally located for many tourist attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the views of forest were wonderful from the porches.
The only thing to note is that the driveway was quite slanted, so be sure to have your balance before walking away from the car.
We would definitely stay her again if we decide to travel back to the area in the future.

It is a great place, spacious very convenient to all attractions, kitchen needs to have a few more pans and I didn’t have a 5 star rating because the cleanness isn’t good, ac filter is really dirty, we found a lollipop in one of the beds but the cabin is really functional overall

Felt like home away from home
This cabin was perfect in every way. It had all we needed from space to everyday necessities. The location was perfect; we were only minutes away from every major attraction in the area. Justin’s communication before ,during and after was awesome. He let us know he was a phone call away if we needed anything. We would love to spend our next vacation here.

The cleaning staff could have done a bit of a better job, there were crumbs in the crease of the futon/couch and some bugs in the floor, but nothing that wasn’t super simple to clean up. Overall we loved it and will definitely be staying again.
