Advertised as a one bedroom with a futon bed in the living room. It was completely broken with springs popping and sink holes. Impossible to use as a bed. Fortunately my adult daughter is small and slept on the tiny side couch. Was shocked that the host had that futon in the unit, not even useable as a couch to sit on. Very disappointing because the rest of the unit was lovely.

Very clean little house. The neighborhood seemed safe. Only stayed 1 night. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It has one queen size bed and a futon. The futon was okay for over night but for more than one adult it would be very uncomfortable. It would probably be fine for a couple of kids. Overall it is a nice little place.

I was headed to Reno for a workshop, and my girlfriend decided to join me. The location was perfectly located near downtown, it had everything we needed, and the host was great. We’ll definitely be checking with this host for availability next time we’re in town.

It was nice, organized, & clean. There was bottle water in the fridge & little blicking light on the living room wall to welcome us in. The bathroom has a nice big tub. The only thing we would change was the bed that squeaked when you sat on it. It was a very nice cottage, I would recommend it :)

It was clean and modern and had a nice kitchen. I have a disability and use a walker. There are a few stairs getting in and out that I was able to navigate but the bedroom was pretty tight with a walker to get to the bathroom. If you are not handicapped, it is great for a short stay.

Place is cozy and quaint with great midtown walking location. The hosts provided everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing setting in the backyard, convenient parking and great communication with our hosts. There’s manuals for operating the stove, TV’s and A/C. We would stay again in the future.

We are relatively new to VRBO and didn’t know what to expect. Luckily for us, between the reviews be the pictures, we got a hat we hoped for. The location was in easy driving distance for all the things we needed to attend for the baseball tournament. If there is one critique, the electrical outlets by the bed would not hold our plugs. It was not a major issue for us, we worked it out. Communication with Michael was easy and he responded quickly. This was a great stay for us.

Not that these would stop us from staying there again: 1. More comfortable couch with more cushion, the couch was not soft enough 2. Rubber mat for shower/ bath tub 3. Maybe they had instructions to watch the different tv channels, but we couldn’t watch local tv channels Otherwise, excellent place to stay

Location was great. Host was easy to communicate with through e-mails. Place was clean and had everything you would need. I would suggest purchasing a better bed and getting a coffee pot in addition to just the singles. Would stay again!

Mike & Lauren’s place was perfect for my little family! It was so wonderful to have a backyard for my son to run around in; restaurants and the Discovery (a children’s museum) in walking distance. Mike was quick to respond to any questions I had and was always pleasant. This place will be our go-to the next time we’re in Reno, for sure!

This was a very cute, all inclusive rental. Everything we might need was anticipated. The only thing I would add (if it's even possible) is some type of grab bar when exiting the shower.

An excellent property accommodation and location wise. The neighborhood architecture (on your stroll to Two Chicks for a breakfast experience extraordinaire) is really cool too. I will plan my next visit to Reno/Sparks based on the availability of this 'Oasis'.

This is a great little place. Very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed, even an assortment of Keurig coffee pods. It was very quiet at night. It's a converted garage, and it was done extremely well with good fixtures. Midtown Reno is a neighborhood that is on the rise. We will stay here again.

The property is absolutely adorable and we were very pleased with the accommodations! It is close to midtown, main streets and the freeway. A nice, quiet neighborhood. We has a chance conversation with the property owner who was very pleasant. We hope to return in the future!

This was the perfect place for my short trip to Reno - close to great bars and restaurants, check in and out were super easy, and the wifi was really fast which helped when I had to take a few work calls. Definitely recommend!

The property is clean, newly renovated, and in a great location. We never had to drive more than a few minutes to reach our destination! It was stocked with all the basics and includes a beautiful soaking tub and wifi, making it a perfect place to combine work and pleasure.
