Beds super comfy and views amazing. Our feet were black from dirty floors within an hour. Tubs had sticky films. Furniture broken and holes. Pool door had broken lock and alarm was not working so super stressful keeping kids out at all times. Had to buy own toilet paper as less than a roll provided each bathroom. Also pool water was 95 degrees when we arrived so had to wait a day to swim as it cooled down. Also note, hot tub is only accessible through one door that is a private bedroom. For the money much more was expected.

No pool. The whole reason for booking this cabin was the Pool. Got an email at 1030 friday stating the bathroom in the pool area was out of order. Nothing about the actual pool. Arrived went to pool and was locked with a sifn that said out of order! Multiple calls and lies saying coming to fix. Still wasnt fixed whwn we checked out. Owner only wanted to give 1 night refund. Told me to be patient when i called after no updates in hours. So disappointed

We had a great time at this house. The private pool and hot tub kept us occupied all weekend. We were able to watch the ball drop on the big screen in the basement with plenty of room for our whole group. The long kitchen table hosted many games and allowed us to all gather and spend quality time together! I would absolutely stay at this home again!

Upon arrival we were able to get in with no problems. We enjoyed the pool, game room and theater room. Having two coffee pots was great. Refrigerate and bathrooms were clean. Most of cabin was clean except for carpet areas which are very worn. That being said we were disappointed in the kitchen utensil, pots and bowl were not enough or large enough for the amount of people that this cabin houses. We had to buy roach traps because of the roaches on kitchen cabinets. There were no extra sheets for sleeper sofa. We wanted to use pit and it was so dirty we cold not use. First night there a circuit blew because an outlet fried when a phone was plugged in. Iron needs to be replace. Balcony rail in master bedroom broken. We had to make sure that no kids go near it. Some had to buy sheet to block out window so they could sleep. The furniture needs to be eventually updated, recliner broken and sofa worn, and floors need to be repaired. I am aware this is a cabin and we expected it to be a lil rough but for the price i guess I was a lil disappointed for the amount of money we paid. I have owned a condo and always kept the right kitchen items and bed linen needed and replaced items that needed to be replaced before the next renters arrived. I have written to VRBO a couple of days ago but have not heard anything. Hope this gets to the right person that can address these problems.

The house was filthy. Furniture very old needed to be replaced. Dishwasher unable to close it. Floors need to be replaced. The entire reason I booked this was for the pool. The toilet next to the pool was backing up in pool the smell was horrible throughout the whole house. People were in and out the entire time we were there attempting to fix it. The host was good at beginning until I asked for a huge discount or full refund. He was not happy with that conversation he ended up giving me one day free which did not include any of the tax or cleaning fees. Truly was a nightmare

This place overall has a nice appearance. You won’t see the flaws until you get settled. Starting with the kitchen, roaches will greet you, the grill is broken but once you finesse it to get it started. The refrigerator is missing shelves and the filter needs to be changed. The ad says 26, I’m counting 20 spaces, unless you plan to use the couch. The shower curtains were all dirty/ actual showers were clean. The beds were ok. The tv’s on the top floor did not connect to any system so they didn’t work. The movie theater was nice, but the center speaker was intermittent. The city is close, Publix does Instacart. This property would be awesome if the owners would reinvest in it!!! Would not recommend
