Located in Clearwater Beach, this attractive house for R 12,893 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our serene getaway is situated right on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Balconies on each of the three floors look right out over the water, providing a calming sanctuary to which you can retreat any time of day or night. Our home is newly furnished and has plenty of room to relax during your stay. We hope that you will feel at home in our spacious and well stocked kitchen. Easily prepare everything from small to large meals here and enjoy them on the roomy dining table. The first floor is a bonus room with a gigantic scrabble board, table and chairs, along with a queen sized sleeper sofa (no bathroom). The kitchen/family room area is located on the 2nd floor, along with a bedroom outfitted with a queen sized bed, and a full bath. The third floor area has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including an expansive master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional mattress, for a perfect night's sleep. 3rd Floor - King Bed, Queen Bed, Full Sized Bunk Beds 2nd Floor - Queen Bed, Separate Couch 1st Floor - Pull Out Queen Sofa The oversized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. A private two-car garage provides ample and convenient parking. Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of all Clearwater has to offer. In addition to easy access to the smooth sands and rolling waves of the beach, this well-known Florida destination offers other opportunities to get up close and personal with the ocean. Take a boat tour for a guided day on the water, visit Winter and Hope - the stars of Dolphin Tale and Dolphin Tale 2 at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or get adventurous with a trip out in a kayak or canoe. Slow down with a walk along the water’s edge before strolling into a restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico to sample the unique local fare. Each night, tourists and residents alike flock to Pier 60 to enjoy celebrations featuring live music and handmade artisanal wares. Our unit also gives you access to a resort-style pool kept at a comfortable 85 degrees and a spa. An outdoor entertaining area features two gas grills with all the space you need for cooking. When you’re ready to get out on the water, make use of the private boat slip to launch your vessel and spend a day enjoying the ocean. We were a family of 9 that stayed in this property. It is a beautiful place, with lots of room for everyone. Not sure if it is newly built or just renovated. Everything was top quality. Very clean. Walking distance, 5 minutes to beach. Property manager Colleen was great. Responded quickly to my messages and phone call. Highly recommend this place and would rent it again.

We stayed during our trip down for memorial service of our mother and the condo was perfect. We had enough room for all and easy access to all grocery stores and restaurants. We highly recommend Forlini”s and ask for Peter! He took great care of our group. The condo is excellent and is even nicer than the pictures. Recommend for all ages and families. Great place.

The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. The house itself is stunning, very modern and spacious. We had 9 guests and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Our host provided plenty of towels and toiletries to make our stay comfortable. There is even beach equipment that is available for guests to use. Overall, a fabulous place to book for a relaxing trip in Clearwater!

Beautiful property and exactly what the listing details. Colleen was very helpful and answered messages even late at night. Normally we stay on beach front but wanted to try something different and glad we did the stay was phenomenal and the entire Family was happy with vacation. Don’t bring beach chairs, floats wagons etc cause she had it all in garage which made short trip to beach easy daily. Will stay again if we come to Florida next summer.

Beautiful property with amazing view on the marina, beach walking distance (savd us $20-30 per day on beach parking), easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and CMA. Really enjoyed our stay at Clearwater. Colleen is a great host, communication was clear and easy.

Was a beautiful property. The only thing we would have changed was the furniture on the main floor balcony. We would have sat there every morning and evening but the chairs we so uncomfortable. (Also feathers flying everywhere from the couch in the living room)

Great set up m, we had two kids and in our group and the pack and plays, high chairs along with built in gates were amazing. Colleen is super responsive and made things really easy. They have all the pool and beach stuff you need right in the garage. Easy walk to many restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious place. You wouldn’t have known there were 9 of us there as there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Colleen was great to work with and responded quickly to any question we had! The only thing I would suggest is we didn’t have enough bath towels/washcloths nor beach towels for 9 people, but I’m sure Colleen will be fixing that. We also thought TP would be supplied for the week as it said it was included along with paper towel but we had to make a special trip to the store for that. I would rent again for sure, great place and perfect quiet location!

We had a nice time at this spacious townhome not far from the beach. There was some room for improvement however. We could not get a couple remotes to work and the mattresses needed updating. All in all we had good communication with our host and a great time was had by all.

Excellent all around

Excellent property all around. Check in is a breeze with the electronic door code requiring no in person coordination or detour to pick up keys. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked. Furnishings and bedding are top notch, unexpected for a vacation rental. The unit is on the west end of the complex, so closest end to the beach, and a short, little walk over to the pool in the center of the complex. Parking is a little tight if you have more than one or large vehicles. We fit a full size truck and minivan, but it was tight loading and unloading. Overall it was great and we'd come back in a heartbeat.
