Place was great. The hot tubs are a short walk and are only open from 12-8pm. This was the only negative about this place. Host provided a lot of spices and things to cook with. Moose came right up to the back door in the am! Great location. Cozy spot for 3-4 people.

Our family of five really enjoyed our weekend here. It’s a great location, very clean, cozy condo (loved all the board games and dvd choices), and a great pool/hot tub situation. Hope to be back!

We loved our stay at the very clean, beautifully decorated Tamarisk 102 Alpine Condo. The location was very convenient and the first floor condo a plus! We would definitely recommend!

The unit was well equipped and a perfect proximity to the town of Breckenridge.

Overall a good property. The kitchen was stocked decently and it was clean. One concern we had was the baseboard heating covers were not attached and seemed like a safety concern. There were electrical cords next to open baseboard heating elements.

We have stayed in several locations inside of the Tamarask building. We would definitely rebook this unit. Great location, well stocked, and the beds were so comfortable.

The condo was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was small and really well equipped. The master bed was very comfortable. The location was great-we were able to walk most places. The first night our bedroom was warm and I texted the host that we could not turn off the heater. They were super responsive and gad a repair guy there the first morning to fix it. I would rent here again!

The condo was really nice. It had books, games, and movies that were perfect for my 7 and 9 year old. Parking was easy and the location was close to the slopes and downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location - close to one end of Main street (we walked to Breckenridge Brewery), and within walking distance to Peak 9 (the Village) but we ended up driving because it was a bit too far for our 6 year old. Loved the 2 beds in the guest room for our kids. And we really loved the gas fireplace - we used it daily to keep the living room warmer (on really cold days, it can be chilly in the main living space because of the glass sliding doors) but the fireplace helped warm it up. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having 2 bathrooms with shower/tubs so multiple people could shower at the same time. We never ran out of hot water. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It is on the bottom floor of the condo which means you do not need to climb up stairs in ski boots but if there is someone in the condo above, you can hear them walking around. We loved being on the first floor so we could go out the sliding doors and play in the untouched snow right outside the condo. We also enjoyed the board games (Battleship, Sorry, and a couple others). We would stay here again! It had everything we needed and was in a great location.

This was our first time using Vrbo. The communication before and during was great. The unit was clean and even better than we’d expected. The location was perfect! Some other reviewers had mentioned the noise from neighbors and while we did notice this, it was not an huge issue. We enjoyed having the extra room versus staying at a hotel or resort. We used the pool a few times which was awesome for the kids, it was heated so the two of us adults enjoyed it as well! We played a couple of the board games that were in the unit which was an added bonus. Would stay there again!

Nice place
Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend would be better directions for where the washer/dryers are located

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The beds and livingroom furniture were all in good condition making the stay comfortable. We enjoyed the nice decor touches, selection of board games, good quality kitchen items like nice big crate and barrel coffee mugs, and the gas fireplace. We had trouble getting the dishwasher to turn on to run it before checking out- it just made a noise for like 30 seconds and the light never came on when you pressed the power button. There are radiator heaters running along the floorboards and some of the covers were half way off and not secured showing exposed heat coils (?) which felt unsafe with a curious toddler. Additionally, the bedroom temperatures were kind of hard to regulate with one room being comfortable at night and the other being too hot. The caulking in the showers could be re-done as they look kind of gross/dirty though I probably only noticed this due to bathing little kiddos in the tub. It would also be nice if there were a keyless entry and way to check in/out of property without driving to the Summit Mountain property management office. It was nice being able to walk to the ski school and Quiksilver lift.
Overall, I thought the property was a good stay and would recommend to others especially if a few of those small details could be fixed.

Listing is exactly how it is in pictures - location is close to town and walking distance from a lift. Have to pick up the keys from downtown, but on the way to the unit. Biggest issue was the upstairs neighbors. Unit is on the ground floor and we could hear all the running beginning at 6am above us.

The condo has been updated and has all the basics you need for a nice stay. A suggestion would be to add a recliner and a small sectional to maximize seating. Only negative is you can hear the movement form the unit above. Guest staying during our stay had young kids and you can hear them running around quite loudly.
