Just across the street you can find famous golf courses as Rosen Shingle Creek . Located within the theme park area , 1 mile from Sea World , 4 miles from Universal Studios and only 8 miles from Walt Disney World . We are about 45 minute from famous Florida Beaches and Kennedy Space Center. There is a Publix market and a Walgreens inside the condo area, and its include a clubhouse with heated pool , GYM , Tiki bar and convenience shop. Vista Cay is a gated community. Relax , enjoy , have fun , this is a place to call home away from home!

The property was as advertised. Everything is modern. All of the beds are platform beds and very comfortable. The pillows are flat, and the unit could use more pillows per bed. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants and a Publix, which are all on the property grounds. Approximately 13 minute drive to the airport and Universal, and 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. Owners replied in a timely manner for any questions.

Our family of four adults had a great stay. Upon arrival for 4p check-in we encountered the cleaning team still finishing up - which delayed our access by about 15 minutes. The property was as-listed - a couple of notes: decent water pressure but temp not very hot, beds were extremely soft, proximity to groceries and dining (all within walking) was fantastic. All in all, a great stay, and would visit the same complex again in the future.

This place looks just like the pictures! It was very clean, nicely decorated and roomy. It has a nice balcony area that was perfect for gatherings as well as enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Since the apartment is on the 4th floor it was a peaceful retreat after hectic fun filled days. Reservation was quick and easy and the owner provided all the information we needed before arrival. Entry codes worked perfect and all the supplies provided were as promised. In addition, a small mall area is only a 5-min walk away for supplies or groceries. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed and upon contacting Paul, he ordered the filter right away and we got it the next day. Paul and Ana were very kind, attentive and replied right away to our texts. If we go back to Orlando, Florida we will definitely stay here again!

We were 3 ladies attending a convention at the Orlando CC. The condo was as described, clean, remodeled and stocked for our needs. Security was good! Could have used better quality TP and soaps. Other than thst, all great!

If you’re looking for a clean, spacious, fully functional and equipped second home to keep you cozy and refreshed after long shopping days….well, you’ve got it right here. It’s secure and conveniently located, minutes from the airport and minutes to all major shopping areas.

There are several aspects of the property that are desirable... The location was excellent for what I needed in terms of being close to the Orange county convention center... Having a gated community was also very nice... Upon entering the property, you can tell it was updated and very nice as well as being quite large.. it had a nice balcony as well... The bathrooms were good sized and clean... The washer and dryer were also very nice and large...
There were many issues with the place that would be red flags in terms of ever staying there again...
If you want to cook, this is not the place... the appliances were fine however there is a huge lack of items to cook with as well as china... the bowls, for instance, were suitable for a child but definitely not a grown up... there was a lack of cooking items and the pans were definitely not suitable to cook in...
The couch was about as comfortable as lying on cement.. i have never sat on such an uncomfortable couch...
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep on...
There was a lack of towels, as well as toilet paper and paper towels along with no dish soap to wash anything by hand... we had to buy several things to accommodate this....
If you are wanting a very clean place with a good location at a good price, this would be the place but if you want any sort of comfort and accommodations, it would be difficult to recommend...

This condo and resort were perfect for our family vacation. The condo has the perfect amount of space and amenities. It is in a great location, close to all the amusement parks, without having to stay on their property. The resort itself had great pools, easy parking and so many restaurants close by.

The place was nice and pretty clean. Could use a deep clean with under beds, which were gross. I also tried to contact the owner via text regarding a broken blind, but no response. Like all the other comments regarding the extras, minimal toilet paper, only one dishwasher pellet, no laundry detergent and no extra blankets or pillows. Publix is close and so are a lot of other ways to get around. Would recommend a fan for separate bedrooms and beach towels if you want to use them for the pool.
All in all this was a very nice place and would recommend and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We received quick responses to any questions we had or info needed.
I loved the large veranda and ate breakfast out there almost every morning. It's 15 minutes from the airport and to Universal Studios. It was about an $11 Lyft ride to Univeral Walk and the parks.
The pool and spa area were clean and nicely kept as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Property was exactly as pictured and portrayed in the listing. Could not beat the location as it is close to all the parks and many restaurants as well as store in walking distance. Owner was quick to respond for any needs that we had during our stay.

Great location for a family trip to Universal and only a 20 minute drive to Disney Springs. We were overall happy with the condo. The floors were not cleaned properly ( lots of crumbs & dirt) the the last renter. Due to this the floor in the kitchen/dining & living room was covered in small ants when we arrived.

I loved the overall property. Very close to parks and grocery store in walking distance. Pool was great. Property was nice but well worn.
My only real issue was my experience with the host. The unit that I reserved was not the unit that I received, but the posting never stated that I could receive a similar unit, so it should have been the exact unit pictured. I reached out to the host right away when I noticed. He claimed that this was normal. Luckily, I had researched all of his units at the property and knew he listed them at different prices, so I pushed the issue. The one I requested was his most expensive unit and had a much bigger balcony. He still was argumentative and unwilling to make the situation right. I had to contact VRBO to assist with receiving a refund for the difference. Then the host, after several days of back and forth, offered a partial discount. This really impacted my enjoyment on those first few days of vacation.
I would recommend this property, but use a different host.

This property was clean and well represented online. It was a great location for Disney, Universal, and Sea World. It was also right next door to an grocery store so you could grab food easily. My only complaint was that the beds were too soft and the shower stall in the master shower was awkward.

Place was nice but guest bath needs Shower head replaced . Barely any water cane out. Shower door in guest bath squeaks so loud you can hear it outside unit. Towels in guest bath had huge holes in bath towels. Other than that place was nice.

Overall very pleased. Very convenient location, gated access and the property is impressive. Five stars. But one maintenance item that the owner may not be aware of-- master shower pan moves a bit and likely needs maintenance.

Good restaurants and grocery store with in walking distance! We all felt very safe. It is 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) to any theme park!

The condo was a decent place to stay. Close to all of the parks (we did Seaworld, Universal, and Disney parks) and it was nice to have Publix so close. The beds were very comfortable which was nice after a day on your feet at the parks! I will say I cannot imagine staying at this property with more than 4 people. We stayed for 8 nights and were only given 4 rolls of toilet paper, one trash bag, one dishwasher pod, and no refills throughout our stay. Luckily the owner communicated this a few days before we left, but it was odd to add those to the packing list. I understand not leaving a lot of extras, but it would have been nice to accommodate based on length of stay or number of people. Also the walls and windows are paper thin so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend. We could hear the phone conversation of someone down in the parking lot and this unit is on the 4th floor! Overall, it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but I think we’ll look for somewhere else next time we go to Orlando.

The condo is just as pictured. Very clean, spacious, and comfy beds. Location perfect for walking to store and easy ride to theme parks. My only complaint is lack of “amenities”. It isn’t a deal breaker- but when you stay in a property with a full kitchen you want to be able to cook - however you would need to buy everything from salt/pepper to dish tabs and trash bags. They could have spent an extra $10-15 to make the stay more comfortable. They provide 2 trash bags, one dish tab, small dish soap, no dish towels, but one sponge, a one inch bar of soap and empty soap dispenser for hand washing, 1/2 ounce shampoo, and four towels for a 3 bedroom 4 night stay. Then they leave directions to have dishwasher run (with your allotted dish tab) and any trash not in your allotted trash bags will incur a $50 fee when you checkout. I’ve stayed in several places and in comparison they skimped too much on the amenities you should get. Other than that, the place was great! Just be aware if you don’t want to buy trash bags, soap, and condiments on your vacation!

Property was gorgeous, spacious and was perfectly placed near all areas wanted to visit. The property did have some minor issues, the shower handle was loose, the toilet seats were loose and there was a dent in the wall in the first bedroom on left. But other than those very minor issues, property was spectacular and would definitely book again!
