This was such a cute property! The backyard is nicely landscaped and we enjoyed the yard with the fall weather. Everything in the house was nice and clean, and in working order. I appreciated there being coffee for the coffee maker, and some condiments in the fridge. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and a great location. My only complaints would be the neighbors barking dog, and the back door is hard to lock, so it took me a long time to figure out how to make it stay locked. Other than that, the owners were helpful and communicated, and we had a great stay!! I would definitely book here again.

We arrived at different times , and everyone found this property to be fabulous. It is immaculately clean & owner has thoughtfully provided cooking essentials: olive oil- vinegar, coffee-sugar & even a spice rack.
This home is just on the back door of a beautiful park & hiking trails.
Very quiet neighborhood & grocery store is nearby.
Would recommend this property to anyone who needs to enjoy privacy, easy access to great hiking-biking trails & well maintained property.
Thanks! Will definitely return with family again.

Nice neighborhood everything was perfect

First of all, one of the reasons we booked this property was the hot tub listed in the amenities. Unfortunately unless they mean you can fill up the bath tub with hot water, there is definitely not a hot tub anywhere on this property. Overall the house is nice, it's in a quiet neighborhood and was convenient for our trip to the last Reno Air Races. Our only complaints were the lack of the advertised hot tub and the beds and pillows were super soft and not particularly comfortable.

Stayed in June. 4 adults and 3 teenagers.
Nice location. Quiet street. Neighborhood seems peaceful with well-kept homes. My teenage daughters ran five miles every day so we got a nice feel for it.
The home is well prepared for guests. Everything works well and the host does well to anticipate their needs. Garage is clean with room for one vehicle and table tennis too. The patio is well maintained and has plenty of room with tables and chairs and string lighting. The kitchen is efficient with everything you’ll need with a large table and spacious dining area.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

Jon's home was a great place to stay! Clean, spacious, and a beautiful backyard and patio. We also loved playing table tennis! The home is in a great neighborhood just across the street from San Rafael Park and a quick drive to downtown and just an hour to North Lake Tahoe. Jon was so accommodating and always responded promptly to communication. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Reno.

For families that enjoy being outside, this house is perfect. Not only is the property beautifully landscaped but also super duper close to Rancho San Rafael, where we all enjoyed our morning runs and walks. The house was spacious and convenient for inviting friends & family who were also in town for our daughter's wedding. The ping pong table was a huge hit!

Wonderful neighborhood, home is very clean, special touches, with a tranquil backyard. Just steps to a beautiful park. Easy freeway access, close to amenities should you have forgotten anything or need a midnight ice cream run. We really enjoyed this home.

We stayed here because our son was getting married at the botanical gardens less than a mile away. The home was clean, well laid out and the kitchen was stocked with everything (and more) than we needed. Beautiful back yard and open floor plan for visiting with family. We would stay here again.
