Our stay at this town house was great! It is on a quiet little street and felt very private and comfortable. Everything looked like the photos, and there were tons of supplies in the kitchen and closets. The beds were comfy and things were well laid out. I had a bit of trouble with the lockbox initially and one of the property managers quickly called me to assist and even offered to drive out to help me get in (luckily I got the box open before that was necessary!). We had plenty of space for our 4-person work retreat/hangout, and everything worked really well for us! Thanks!

We appreciated the place. It was great to gather in the Livingroom to talk about our experiences and have enough places to stay to have space. Upstairs bathroom shower needs some scrubbing to remove the mildew and smell from the corners and the curtain.

The house is situated on a quiet side street in one of the nicest and most walkable parts of the city. As a Philadelphian whose house was undergoing renovations, it was fantastic to never need an Uber for a change, but tourists would love the spot too. The checkin process was easy, just a lockbox and a keyless deadbolt. The house itself was tastefully modern in design, with new appliances and pleasant decor. However, one should note that though it has ample space, it’s largely distributed vertically. Our dog certainly got tired of going up and down the stairs, and I imagine it would also be difficult for those with limited mobility. For us, though, it wasn’t an issue. Also, since I had to work there during my stay (I work from home), I often found the wifi too slow for my needs when on a different floor than the router. Overall, my partner, my dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. Even though I was staying in the same city that I live and was still working, it felt like great getaway.

Actually, we were scheduled to stay at a different VRBO property that was nearby, but they canceled at the last minute due to the air conditioning breaking down and it was going to be 98 degrees that weekend.... Luckily, we discovered that this home was available on the VRBO listing and we feel very fortunate that circumstances worked out so well! It is in an ideal location in Philadelphia with a quiet neighborhood and in easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants, such as Ten Stone and The Dandelion Pub. The interior of the home has been masterfully renovated with lovely hardwoods and has a tasteful decor. There are four floors, including the basement, and they are all pleasant to be in as the air-conditioning is excellent and the furniture is comfortable. These were the best beds we slept in during our two-week tour of the East Coast and the master shower, in particular, was a relaxing hot-water sanctuary. The kitchen was well-stocked so that meals were easy to fix. Throughout the stay, the owners were communicative and helpful in making it a reassuring and comfortable experience. We certainly would come back here again.
