About this condo rental

From our apartment you can reach all world-famous sight and monuments in the historic center of Rome, from the Pantheon, Saint Peter or the Imperial Forum all the way to the Spanish Steps. On Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main street near the building, you will find bus stops for several bus lines which will take you to even the farthest corner of the city. This apartment is located in the perfect location if you want to stay in the historic center, relax on one of the picturesque Roman piazzas with a glass of wine in your hand and take advantage of the huge offer of typical Italian restaurants in the area around Campo de’ Fiori. Located on the third floor of a historic building of the 18th century in via dei Baullari you will find our beautiful apartment with Piazza Navona to your left and Campo de' Fiori to your right. This apartment is extremely spacious with its five bedrooms and three bathrooms. You will find one bedroom with two single beds, three bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with one double and one single bed. One of the double bedrooms is linked by a glass door to the twin bedroom, and they have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower. This is a real family room where parents can keep an eye on their kids. The living room invites the whole group to relax together on the two sofas and in front of the flat screen TV. The roomy kitchen is equipped with all traditional domestic appliances, such as an oven and a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, an espresso maker (moka), as well as everything else you need to get to work and prepare a real Roman dinner. Our holiday apartment is completed by two additional bathrooms with showers and a small balcony. The ancient thick walls of the apartment help in keeping a comfortable temperature inside the apartment in the summer as well as in the winter. The autonomous heating system and the ceiling fans in all rooms contribute to a comfortable experience for our guests. The windows facing the street are double-paned and perfectly soundproof. This apartment has a real antique fascination with wooden beams on the ceiling and high-quality teak flooring, furnished with a great attention to detail. Every room has been decorated in a different color, for example a soft rose pastel, green or cerulean. The modern beds in faux leather have been refined with headboards carved from old doors, the vintage lamps from the sixties blend perfectly with the wardrobes and modern bedside tables. And after a long day of roaming the alleys, museums and monuments of Rome, what could be better than relaxing all together in this welcoming vacation apartment?

We loved our stay, everything was perfect. We've stayed in this same apartment building before, different apartment, and you can't beat the location, a short walk to everything. We had worked with Romac on our previous stay also and they were wonderful to work with. There is great bakery downstairs, a delicious gelato shop across the small street, and a fantastic pizza by the slice shop also across the street. The market at Campo de Fiori, around the corner, is lively and fun and the night life couldn't be better. If you want to mix things up go across the main street to the beautiful Piazza Navona for fun with nightly street entertainers and fantastic food. Follow a very fun path to the pantheon a few blocks away and go just a little further to see the Trevi fountain. There are wonderful shops on the street outside your door and small grocery stores within a few blocks. Being in the heart of Rome is the only way to truly experience the city. It feels safe, lively and comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and well laid out. We had everything we needed. Be aware that it is a walk up, on the 3rd floor, but it does have a small elevator for two. But who doesn't want the extra exercise after your nightly gelato! Grazie Romac for a wonderful vacation!!

Great Location
Great Location
It's about a 20 minute walk from everything you'd want to see in the first 3 to 4 days in Rome. So, location is excellent. It was noisy in the apartment. There are businesses on the main floor and late night music. The tenant above operates from 2am to 8am. The sounds travel through the building. I don't know if there is anywhere in central Rome that would be quiet, but a strictly residential building would likely have been better. Still, we loved it for its location and we loved Rome. The location of the property is great and the price was great. The apartment is very large. The kitchen was excellent but who uses that when there are thousands of delicious bakeries and restaurants.
