The service was lovely and had a great restaurant and cafe. However I will not be staying here again. Renovations only appear to have taken place where they take pictures for the website. I had a Riverwalk view double queen. The entrance and bathrooms showed extensive signs of damage, paint, floorboards, broken closet hardware and rusted drop ceilings made it feel like more of a budget hotel. Hopefully they invest in some more repairs soon because it's such a cute lobby.

It was ok. Pretty sure there was a cockroach. It’s really old and doesn’t appear Ike the pictures. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable! They do have a white noise box in all rooms which our a nice touch to things. Overall things were breaking and not kept up.

Great location. Customer service was ok but not great ! Enjoyed having a restaurant in the hotel and the pool was really great. It was heated and fun for kids.

Everything about the hotel is tired, worn, old. One elevator "bumps" which makes your heart skip. The cameras outside the elevator areas can be unplugged by anybody. Hallway carpets are disgusting. Rooms were at least OK and seemed clean, but trying to operate the window shade was difficult and made me think it was going to come crashing down on me. Water pressure was good and temp was excellent - but they just could not spring for a handheld shower head and have those super-tired ones that you try to rotate to change the shower. Restaurant is serviceable but they need to introduce the chef (cook?) to some spices and flavors. The hotel is just tired and in need of somebody to spend some $$ on it.

The hotel was nice, the only problem was that the power went out in Saturday morning in our room and also the power strip in the room did not work. Other than that it was fine.

Staff were helpful. Areas of the hotel looked tired. Corridors needed cleaning. Rust in some of the taps and plugs made the bathrooms look unclean even if they were clean.

Not as described on picture and liquor bottles amd beer in the fridge and i had a 16 yr old and a 12yr old with me. The latch was broken reported it to front desk and their response was they were all like that. The uron was broken. When i check out in the morning Seleha clerk was very rude did not provide receipt,and stated "ugh you went through expedia,so now you have to wait for receipt-this is why you shouldve called us directly". I asked for her name and she was like "SO"! VERY RUDE ROLLING HER EYES I ALSO MENTIONED THE LIQUOR ALL OVER THE ROOM AND SHE IGNORED ME.

They were having elevator problems. Only two and one wasn’t working. As we tried to check out both were down so had to go down six floors with bad knee. On the plus side, staff couldn’t do enough to help us

Very underwhelming hotel. Pool area very lacking. Cooridor carpets were extremely dirty. Elevators out of order on day of departure and stayed on 6th floor. Wouldn’t give us a late check out considering the inconvenience.

Our stay was ok. Upon check in we asked for a river view room and the desk said that they were all booked up.. but online there were several available. Don’t think it would have been a big deal to upgrade a room on a Tuesday night to make a guests experience that much better.

Terrible hotel. I paid $380 to stay here. If i wasnt so exhausted i would have checked in elsewhere or slept in the rental car. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me. Bathroom shower was on when i arrived and greasy shoeprints all over the floor. Rusty hinges, outdated everything.

Great location and easy, laid back, stay. The reception and downstairs area were sparkling and really attractive. While the sixth floor and elevator were rather worn. Really nice coffee shop on site. Happy with stay.

The room itself looked nice and was fairly clean. The beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds ive ever tried to sleep on. The second day we were there they had to work on the ac and it was down about 5 hours or so. Granted they did message everyone and apologized for the inconvenience. But it still got hot in the room. They didn't cleaned the room or bring fresh towels while we were out. They charged 37.50 per night to park your car and there was no open parking around the hotell. All in all not a good experience probably wouldn't stay there again. I never given a review like this before , but ive never had this kind of experience before

It was more of a safety issue for me. There was a leak in the ceiling and water was pouring from the ceiling into my tub and shower in the bathroom from upstairs at 11 o’clock at night. The hotel had to move me to a different room. This is something that should’ve been taken care of before they put customers in the rooms.

Great service and excellent staff! The building is dated, and not in the best condition, but still overall a good stay. The beds and bathrooms could use an upgrade, and an onsite store could really help.

The room itself was cozy, clean. Bathroom was ehh.. not the best. Service, i’d give a rating of 1 star out of 5, no one seemed interested. anyways, valet was 5 stars, the overall experience could’ve been better but it was so loud, kids running back and forth, the walls are super thin, so you could literally hear everything in the hallway, or bathroom or bedroom from an entirely different room. Appearance of room was nice, but bed was also not comfortable., at all. it was all very different, i’d likely not stay ever again.

The stay was not up to my expectation. The hotel did not look how it was advertised online. The carpet in the hallway to my room was dirty full of stains. The front desk staff did not explain where any of the amenities to the hotel were located.

Excellent customer service! Staff was amazing from valet, front desk, housekeeping including restaurant waitress. Clean rooms & comfy beds and pillows. Hotel is dated, desperate need of remodel but it was clean & parking is $37.50 a day! It’s at end of riverwalk which explains the price so not the best location however walk is 15 mins to most of the spots!
