(1) Shower is little cold
(2) When I put “Do not disturb “ tab on my door, your staff entered and bed-making or something. That’s not my expectation.
(3) Haven’t received receipt PDF file yet. Your staff did not provide the receipt since she couldn’t print. Please send me ASAP!!!

Clean, nice room. Tv reception didn’t work.
Was several hours before service person came and never fixed it. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

The WiFi access was flaky at best, disconnecting every couple of minutes. Parking fees were on the high end

Very very clean, kind, friendly, and very accommodating staff. I arrived early was hoping to get into my room to shower and rest before a dinner meeting and they were great moving me to a different room that was vacant.

Car stolen in garage. They would not even give me a late check out so that I could take care of the situation.

Overall, our overnight stay was excellent. Parking was sort of expensive but is expected for hotels around downtown Austin.

We were in town to attend my son’s wedding and had a fabulous stay: I have stayed at this location several times and have never been disappointed. The king suite with the balcony is a mus!

Room was super clean, breakfast was great! Super convenient location for my travel needs

I chose this spot because it was affordable, free breakfast, and close to the Moody Center (walking distance). The only negative was that the TV reception was horrible -pixelated throughout our stay (only one night). I reserved a king suite and it was spacious!! I would stay here again

Rose assisted me from the front desk, she was very kind and helpful.

A one-night stay in order to attend a conference at the Capital Annex. Great location, the hotel is right across the street from the capital building and it has underground parking. Glad I did not bring my F250, it would not have fit.

Pretty good for a downtown Austin property. If you can overlook the homeless and crappy Democratic policies of the City itself - this is one of the safer places to stay.

I spent ages researching where to stay in downtown Austin. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great.
The rooms are large and well equipped plus the bed is very comfortable.
Easy walk to the Moody Centre for concerts and the bars and restaurants on 6th Street.

Stay was great! Staff was extremely hospitable and our room was great.

Nice convenient location close to UT, museums and not too far from sixth. The rooms were a nice size but the pillows were super flat. My neck was very stiff the next morning. I didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled lovely.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location for the University and around town. Hotel is a bit dated.

Drapes are hideous and gives the room a dated look. heating/cooling unit made noises throughout the night — I think whenever it turned on. Made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast and staff and pool area were excellent and bed comfortable

The accommodations were very nice and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. Unfortunately, parking was not included in the trip reservation and is paid for separately

Everything was good except for the balcony door, which couldn't latch securely closed. I followed the ad hoc directions on the door handle to pull it upward, which did help, but the door would still open on its own sometimes.

Michael Vo was excellent as well as Percy both had an awesome attitude despite my girlfriend and i being difficult people upon checkin. The room was clean and quiet, all of the functions of the room worked as they should no issues there. The only complaint i have is how inaccessible water is to get, there was no water on our floor, and the 2-3 floors above/below us the water wasn’t working so we had to go to the market and buy water which wasn’t very convenient early in the morning. Some bottled water upon checkin would be nice. Other than that everything was awesome!

There had been some kind of snafu with my reservation and, I have to say: the man who checked me in was so kind and so helpful. His congeniality and assistance persisted though our short stay.
We had breakfast each morning and the variety was good: yogurt, muffins, granola, eggs, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast (and other bread options), and fresh waffles.
It was a bit chilly outside, but the pool was kept warm enough that it wasn’t problematic at all. I didn’t use the fitness room but it was in use each time we passed it. It looked decent— nothing fancy but the equipment wasn’t outdated.
The building itself isn’t brand new (or super-updated), and you don’t have too walk far to encounter vandalism or people who look a little “down and out”— but it would be the same with any big city. The proximity to the Capitol building, the UT campus, and the Bullock Museum cannot really be beat. We would stay here again.
