We had a lovely stay.
Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic.
Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice.
All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man.
On checkout we were able to leave our bags in the luggage room to pick up early afternoon. This was really good as we were able to round the art gallery at Belverdere without carrying our suitcases.
The hotel is very well situated for the train station and Metro, although a nice walk through Belverdere and you are almost at the Opera House Hofberg palace.

Amazing hotel, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable and pleasant to be in. We had a city view room and the view is incredible, not a stretch at all to call them 'city view' like it is in some hotels. Everything was really clean, and the whole city was in easy reach on nearby public transport. 100% recommended.

Great view of the city. The circular window is unique, and makes for a great place for someone to sit and read or pose for photos.
The aesthetic is very cohesive and pleasant, with a calm, chilled feeling. I can attest to the sound-proof claim of the hotel, as I didn't hear a pee from any neighbour.
The staff were friendly and quick, and checking in was very easy.
Its location near the Hauptbahnhof means getting to the airport is very easy, as is getting to the centre of the city through the U. It is just a short walk west of a few huge castles.
The one negative was that it was a little dusty and there were a couple of noticeable stains on the carpet.
As for the price, I think it was very reasonable. I'm certainly glad I paid more for a better view.
I would absolutely stay here again.

Great city views. Good location. Close to metro and shopping. Vegan breakfast didn’t offer a lot of traditional options but still good.

Had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very professional and kind. Room was a good size, clean, fresh, quiet, the fridge was realy cold, the shower had good pressure, the seat in the window was a nice place to sit. The locatioon is great! Just a few minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof, close to the subway, tram just outside the hotel. Overall was very satisfied and will stay again next time in Vienna.

It's near hbf, and it's easy to find because of the building looks like moon. The concept of hotel is moon, so it was quite cute. Room condition was perfect and the hotel had elevator. I really touched with the staffes, they were always smiled and had energy of kindness. I was satisfied with staying here.

Very stylish and super friendly hotel, the staff were great and the hotel is a beautiful place to stay.
Really convenient for arriving by train from airport and easy underground to centre of the city.

A fantastic breakfast is served and on Sundays it's open until 1pm for a lazy lie in.
Great rooftop bar in summer too.

Solo female traveler, stayed for one night. I opted for the breakfast buffet and it was the best breakfast buffet I have ever had in my life. It was fully vegetarian and as a vegan was able to find more than enough options. The room was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and safe.

Is located right across the street from the main train station. The moon theme os throughout the hotel and the cool portal windows were nice.. too
The rooms were quite small and the mattress is very firm. The breakfast is vegan so if you want meat, look elsewhere.

A great modern clean hotel within easy walking distance to a main train station which will take you to the airport or places like brataslava also a underground station. A good hotle with great tourist places around it and also some very good restaurants and bars near by.

Had a lovely 4 night stay in the Mooons. Staff very friendly, whether that be at check-in, breakfast or for a drink on an evening.
Room was lovely and clean throughout, only thing was that our TV didn’t work - not a massive issue at all.

A beautiful hotel with a lunar theme. Really enjoyed 3 nights here. Quiet and very relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and modern. Booked a city view which was picture perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke English perfectly. Thought the vegetarian breakfast would be an issue but didn’t miss the meat - so much choice with gluten free options too (you can ask for ham and salami if you really want it).
Location was great for hopping on a tram or for using the underground to get into the heart of Vienna - so easy.
I found it a very warm hotel but that seemed to be the same in every building in Austria.

Very clean and efficient property. We were able to check in when we arrived at midday and the room was very clean and very organised. Easy access to tram and main railway station and just outside of all the business of the city. Also very close to Belvedere palace which is nice to walk to an attraction. Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport - 20mins by train

Hotel itself was nice but a little on the small side. The location is close to Vienna central station and Belvedere but that’s about it. Most shopping and tourist sites are a little distance away.
The breakfast is vegetarian eggs and you can request cold cuts of ham and salami - this wasn’t in the description.

Great stay nearby the central train station of Vienna! 20 minutes walking from Karlsplatz and only a few minutes from Belvedere palace! Room was nice but small, also needs a chair or a small couch. The round facade window is totally mind-blowing though! Breakfast was good. In my opinion a bit pricey but this is Vienna...

MOOONS was the perfect place to stay for my first visit of Vienna. All of the staff were incredibly courteous and kind, the room was clean and had a great view, and the breakfast spread was absolutely wonderful. I will be sure to book here again the next time I have the privilege of visiting.

The hotel was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in early. The staff were always friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy and cool.
The bar didn’t have much food or drink choice but was a nice place to sit and rest after a busy day of sightseeing.
Did I mention it’s only a short walk away from Vienna Central Station which had a direct train to and from the Airport.

Unique property, staff were so friendly and around 24hr for help. Rooms are modern and good sized with great amenities by Rituals. Property was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient being directly opposite Wien Hbf (Vienna Main Station) great for direct access from Wien Flughafen (Vienna Airport). We mostly decided to Bolt/Uber though we walked occasionally. 10 minute walk from Belvedere Palace and 30 min walk from centre.
Would recommend highly.
