Great hotel. Clean rooms and super friendly and helpful employees. Excellent location for walking to Fell’s Point or Inner Harbour and beyond. Breakfast was good but not great. An extra chair in the room would have been useful.

I felt as if the lady at the front desk was not as courteous to me as she was to the previous guest that were signing in. I live here in Baltimore and I come here to stay just to clear my mind. The feeling I received from her did not make me comfortable a significant change from my other experiences.

-The folks at the desk were helpful and friendly. -The lobby area is nice and welcoming -The gym is nice and welcoming -The breakfasts were great -Would really like a room safe -No coffee maker in the room was okay, until they ran out of decaf in the lobby in the evenings! What to do? :( :( -****The conditioner and shampoo containers were very difficult to get liquid out with my normally competent, but apparently smaller and weaker hands. Then we ran out (the day after housekeeping came!?!). We asked for them to be refilled, but only one was :/. After getting them filled, I realized they are difficult to use mostly if they are not more highly filled. So, I like the tubes in concept, but found them not senior/kid friendly enough -- I literally could not get my own conditioner out! :(. At least keep them over halfway filled -- I truly found them physically challenging and didn't know to ask for them to be fuller, which at least helped a lot.****

I loved that the Tv Welcomes you when you first come in! I also really appreciated the plastic bag for laundry! Most hotels don’t have that! My stay was very comfortable! Would love to come back!

Was in B-more for a short stay. Staff were friendly, informative, and patient. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the gym was perfect for our volleyball weekend.

This hotel was very new, updated and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. I think Hilton skimped on sound proofing measures tho. It was SO loud both nights, I didnt sleep well at all. I could hear one man blowing his nose and another one's conversation. Because there is no carpeting, someone above me constantly tapping their foot and/or dropping something was quite loud and annoying to hear when you just want to go to bed. Also, their curtains and shades are on a metal chain-type pulley system. Anytime someone in the room above me or beside me opened their curtain, it sounded like it was being opened from inside my room. I woke up so scared on our first morning, thinking that someone was in our room & had opened the blinds! THE loudest, zipping up a zipper type noise!! :( The breakfast was okay, typical breakfast fare-juice, cereal, bagels and scrambled eggs. I will say the "wave your hand in front of the pancake machine" to get hot, fresh pancakes was pretty cool! Parking was cheap and super convenient so that was a plus. Idk if I would stay here again bc of how thin the walls and floors are. I just couldnt get a restful night's sleep either night of my stay, but the staff was always very welcoming and kind.

If you are staying in Baltimore on a weekend, and want to be close to Little Italy, the Inner Harbor or Fells Point, give this hotel strong consideration (with some caveats)! Pros: - The most reasonably priced hotel in close proximity to downtown, hands down - Although your room rate does not include parking, there is a parking garage right across the street with very reasonable weekend rates - The hotel is clean and modern, and the common areas are nice and open. Rooms have nice touches like coat hooks and open hanging space (I had a jacket and slacks to hang, very easy) - The staff are polite and very responsive - for example, we wanted an extra pillow, called down to the front desk and got no answer, I figure they are busy. In about a minute the front desk calls back, and in under 5 minutes I have an extra pillow Caveats: - The rooms are on the small side, and our room had only had a bed and a desk chair for sitting. If you're just crashing at night, this may not be an issue. - This hotel is pet friendly, and has a "dog floor", which means there might be unwanted dog noises. We asked to be moved because the next room over had yippy dogs, and we got a new room on a new floor quickly (staff is responsive!) - Breakfast is OK, eggs were meh Tips: - When you arriving at the hotel, come from the south on S. Central and pull into the "drop off lane" on the right as soon as you cross Eastern Ave to unload OR make left into Little Italy Garage. - Whole Foods is really close!

Great staff! We always love a Tru! Comfy beds, good coffee, nice free breakfast, VERY clean. The only thing we didn’t care for were the folks partying in the room next to us until 2am. They were having a great time though! 😂

I love the room. Very spacious. Very clean. I have one negative. The next morning(Dec. 15, 2023) breakfast was not ready. Apparently the worker did not come in to make hot breakfast. I picked this hotel because it of it. My husband is diabetic and needed to eat to keep his sugar level from dropping.

It was just a quick booking for a last minute work change and it was easy booking and when we arrived there was what im assuming a cheer competition and while the lobby was insanely overwhelming in sound, i could tell the desk was overwhelmed but still highly professional and the rooms were sound, best sleep in a hotel in a loooonggggg time
