Great vibe in this hotel for young and old, national/international

Despite a couple of hiccups this stay was truly phenomenal and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms are spacious for NY, the hotel is very conveniently located- and for someone like me who is health conscious the fully equipped gym with barbells and squat racks plus a nice in room dining menu was a huge huge win! The rooms were very quiet and there was so much pleasant attention to detail. I would hands down go out of my way to stay again and even had my packages waiting in my room for me upon check in!

Rooms are fairly small but clean and well appointed. HVAC doesnt work well so room gets very hot at night with heavy duvet. Room service is terrible as they seem to always be to busy to answer and then take 20min plus to call back despite several workers not.lookimg to be that busy in the actual restaurant around the same time. Shower takes very long time to heat up.

This is a very new property (apparently opened in 2022), which means (I think) there are a few bugs that still need sorting out. What follows are my experiences:
1) The staff is excellent. All are friendly and helpful, and willing to go out of their way to help if need be. No issues with them (personally) at all.
2) Our room (with a fireplace) was very nicely appointed. I really do wish the fireplace would have been gas, but I guess codes are codes... If what you're wanting is something that _looks_ like a fireplace, then it'll do, but otherwise I don't think the extra expense is worth it.
3) The room had a bug or two. For some reason the lights in the bathroom would shut off about three minutes into my shower. This might be an issue with me more than the light switches, though, so make of it what you will.
One of the switches on the bedside lamps also seemed to be loose.
The issues above were, of course, minor, and didn't detract at all from our stay in what was a very nice new room. We would, given unlimited time and money, very happily stay there again.
Oh and -- the hotel is right across the street from the building that was used for the exterior shots of the Continental Hotel in the John Wick movies. Cool. :-)

I loved the heated floors in the bathroom and room was very nice and generously sized. Nice location close to the Metro and the hotel restaurant is quite good!

This hotel lives up to their top reviews. From the moment I entered, the front desk receptionist was very welcoming and explained everything to me. The room was clean and comfortable. Enough space for my sister and I and the beds are very comfortable. We did in-house breakfast dining which was delicious. Freshly squeezed orange juice and French toast. Highly recommend to stay and will definitely be back!

Accommodation was fine. There was a yappy dog barking all day and night which disrupted us. The rooftop didn't seem to be in use. Comfortable bed. Being on such a low floor for the week meant some street noise.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surprisingly quiet for a place that's right in the middle of Wall Street. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the rooms are spacious and bright. The bathrooms are beautiful and the Acqua di Parma toiletries are a nice touch. The bar is beautiful, cozy, and not too loud. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel smells amazing, has fresh flowers all around and everything is in great shape in terms of facilities and tasteful decoration. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at The Wall Street Hotel for a week and absolutely loved it. Beautiful decor, luxurious rooms and the most comfortable bed ever.
The team was very welcoming and helpful too. Special shout out to Jennifer who helped prepare a beautiful surprise engagement for us.
We’ll definitely be back for our next New York visit.

This property is excellent by all standards. It's recently renovated -- we were told it's only about a year old. And it was done in excellent taste. The "La Marchande" restaurant is an elegant space and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is reasonably priced -- considering the upscale venue -- but lunch is more expensive. Still, the food was superb, and we did both breakfast and lunch.
We had a double room that had a seating nook and well-stocked bar. The bathroom was gray/white marble and the shower was one of the best we've ever experience in a hotel. Absolutely a delight!
For the record, I am well traveled and don't gush over a hotel unless it is really quality, with service to match. This one has it all, including a sophisticated bar/lounge that had a jazz combo on a Thursday night!
Top kudos go to the staff. From the moment we got out of the taxi to the moment we left, staff was courteous, eager to assist, attentive and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their work. Don't know how long this A service will last, as the hotel is quite new, but it is most refreshing.
So glad I chose the Wall Street Hotel over one of the chains. It was a joy to stay there.
