Clean, modern, security, location, the helpful friendly and attentive staff. Very profesional.

Overall it was ok, good location and transport links and quiet, we asked for an extra pillow, I think if you’re trying to be eco friendly in washing then a better quality pillow is needed also a larger towel. The hot drinks machine was broken, I think if your not going to have facilities in the room then you always need to ensure the machine in the reception is working, I think for us the saving in price was not worth the compromise in comfort.

Great checkin and perfect for a short stay, i liked the location as it was an easy walk into the city centre. The room is very small okay for solo travellers but would not recommend for a couple (there is very little floor space to even open a suitcase). Staff are very helpful.

Reception staff were very helpful and polite at all times , we couldn’t fault them .

Having stayed at easyHotels before, I knew what to expect in terms of it being a good, no-frills budget hotel.
Staff at check in were excellent, super polite and helpful. The room was small, which is to be expected and not factored into the score I have given.
I was disappointed at the lack of sound insulation, especially for a new, eco hotel. You could hear all the noise of both the corridor and the tram line that runs outside the hotel.
The price was fine by Dublin standards, but not super cheap. I wouldn’t stay again.

Very helpful staff. This is a no frills hotel, but very clean and modern rooms. Well located. Helpful, friendly staff. No sounds from adjacent rooms, only from people in hallway. Would stay again.

Super clean and quiet. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. If you are looking for large rooms you will need to spend more elsewhere.

Cood clean room, comfortable bed & everything works. Room is quite compact and basic but then I didn't pay for what I didn't need. Good place if what you're looking is a quiet and comfortable room to sleep.

Nice clean and reliable hotel. No frills but good service

Tiny but clean and modern room. I wouldn't stay here for more than a day or two. No place to put your luggage. Very cheap for Dublin.

Walking distance to city centre. In reach of atractions and pubs. Clean and friendly staff.

It's a simple place. Good internet, enough to work. Don't expect mega comfort. It's fine, exactly what I expected.

Great location and very friendly staff. Room is small, not a lot of space to put luggage.

Clean room, comfy bed, excellent shower and bathroom. Lack of storage space is the only negative thing I can say about the room. It is quite annoying to put all your clothes and possessions on the floor, because the two tiny shelves are already filled with the few things we had. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is a small and compact room, perfect for being somewhere to sleep and wash, it was modern and comfy. I can't really knock it, receptionists were very friendly and happy to help with anything.

I understand the room needs to be small but this one was extremely small without any space to move.

Very clean hotel
Room very compact
Mattress horific, far too hard

Rooms are too small

Room so cramped I couldn't walk around bed but edged sideways. Two hangers on tiny rail with coat hook on end are NOT sufficient for two people for three days - had to live out of bags pushed under bed (nowhere else to put them), hang coats on door handles, etc. Don't believe photo 6 showing hooks on walls - there weren't any in Room 602 - and photo 4 is impossible. Nowhere to dry a wet coat. One hook for two towels in bathroom is OK? Vending machine in foyer means NO kettle or coffee in room so do you want to have to go down six floors to get wake-up drink? And pay 2.20 for privilege. TV "welcome" screen did nothing, on-screen TV guide didn't show anything, few channels worked (totally absent or unwatchable due to poor reception) and no info on current programme (start/end times, synopsis, etc.) Mattress on chipboard base does not make a bed - very hard on hips. Staff friendly & helpful but this hotel is deeply flawed.

We were given a very friendly greeting upon arrival, checking in was easy and fast. The rooms are small but very modern and clean for the price. Would definitely stay again

Noisey trams outside the window, beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are flat.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was good and we were impressed by the standard of the hotel. It was a small room but we knew it would be basic when we booked it.
Would recommend!

My stay was alright, the only thing is the hotel its too small,no space at all...No shelves for clothes

Very small rooms, barely room for two adults to move around the bed. TV works intermittently with only a few channels. Towels barely big enough to dry your face let anlone your body. Only one pillow per person (in which pancakes have been thicker than this), made for very uncomfortable sleeping. No sanitary bins or bags provided. Good customer service and good price. Good location to explore Dublin, not too close but walking distance to all attractions.

Was very convenient. Only negative was lack of pillows

Whilst it was close to what we needed within a 15m walk, the room was so small nothing could really prepare you for this, the staff were nice and very helpful but I don’t appreciate being blackmailed to leaving a positive review for holding our suitcase until our flight time! This is where their positive reviews are coming from. The member of staff said she won’t charge us €5 per item if we left a review there and then.

Rooms very cramped and small not as shown on photos

No cleaning service available like I had to stay in a dirty environment for three days when asked to come clean staff said “we don’t clean every day “

Really happy with our stay! Me and my partner were visiting Dublin for a few days and
The room is definitely on the small side, not a lot of walking space to the side of the bed closest to the window and the bathroom is neatly tucked away. You also had just about enough room to fit two cabin sized suitcases under the bed. The room was pretty much spotless and still felt we had all the facilities we needed / got exactly what we paid for so overall really happy. You’re also within walking distance of the Storehouse

Room was exactly to our needs.
Like the eco-friendliness too

I staid here with my friend for 3 nights. We booked the hotel with the intent of spending more time outside the room which we did. The room was smaller side which we didn’t mind as we were mainly out exploring Dublin and the sites. We could’ve had some glasses in the bathroom and a place to recycle. The only complaint I have is the alley next to the hotel had loads of rubbish everywhere but the hotel itself was very clean

Superb hotel in a fantastic spot. Staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay at this hotel again or one of their other hotels.

For the money you pay it’s so clean

It is the smallest room, we’ve ever stayed the most uncomfortable bed. No storage at all. better to pay a bit more and get a proper room somewhere else

Staff was wonderful, location convenient!
