The loft has two twins and is accessed by a circular stairway. This Breckenridge vacation home is IN the town of Breckenridge only one block off Main Street. Close to shops and great restaurants. It is perfect for groups who like to sleep in and ski later or would like to take a day off to shop. Breckenridge has one of the finest ski resorts in Colorado. Rated best ski resort in SKIING MAGAZINE. Sleeps 8-10. LOCATION: North Ridge Street. Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. The shuttle is out the back door and turn right and is a very convenient way to access the mountain. The gondola is a short walk across Main Street. You will love this Breckenridge vacation house! Our house is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and Main Street. Parking in the back, 2-4 spaces depending on snowfall. This location was perfect for my group of 8. The place was very comfortable and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and gondolas. Our host was very kind and responsive whenever we had questions. I would gladly recommend this location and host to others and hope to stay there again in the future.

Older property with charm! Fully equipped and convenient location to downtown. Short stroll to gondolas up to Peak 8. Great for skiers and non-skiers alike. Close to shops, restaurants. Highly recommend this house.

The location of the property is unbeatable- a 5 min walk to the Gondola and Main St. The house is spacious and open for cooking and chatting. The hot tub is an added bonus.

We so enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge! The home was within walking distance of everything! The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Having our own parking space was wonderful! He home was comfortable and cozy.

The location couldn't be better for accessing Main St. Within walking distance to everything. The house offers a small backyard with just enough lawn for our two pups. This was my first VRBO experience and Cheryl was always available and responded quickly to any questions/concerns. Sitting in the front room looking out you can see all the ski runs so it must be even more fabulous in ski season. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The house was great location to town and all shopping. We walked everywhere. Hot tub was fantastic as was the yard and grill. Owner was very responsive. We were not able to get the wifi working but with the location it wasnt missed

Great location, walk to everything in town, and a beautiful view right out the living room window. What a neat place! There’s a little wear and tear around the home, but everything is clean, and functions just fine! We did have a little trouble getting the heat to “kick on” the first night, but otherwise, it was perfect! Off street parking and plenty of room, the spiral staircase, stained glass, gas fireplace, and the antique front door are a nice touch, too, great little place to hang out in the front of the house. Thanks Cheryl!

My husband and I stayed at Cheryl’s house for a week-long ski trip. It was clean and comfortable and close to everything! We walked everywhere and had no issues whatsoever. It’s also pet friendly which is a huge plus. We even cooked a couple of nights and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental property was fabulous. Short walk to the gondola and downtown. Cheryl was in contact throughout the entire stay. The house itself was great size for a group of friends on a ski trip. The pictures do not do the house justice!

The VRBO did not have toilet paper or paper towels to last longer than 2-days. Had to spend extra money to get the extra supplies.

The house is a great - it is very close to town, has great amount of space and Cheryl was very attentive. Also the jacuzzi is so easy to use and wish I could have used the downstairs living room more times

First of all, location! A+ in downtown, close to everything. Excellent choice for our group of 7 + our dog, who loved to walks through town and nearby trails. Skiers & non-skiers had plenty to do. The property has a lot of charm, and everything works well. It's not a new property but we're old house fans so it was very appealing for us. Layout is a little unusual but it worked really well for us! Cheryl was terrific to work with before, during and even after our stay. We'll use this place again next time we head to Breck!

This is a great place and location but getting into the property was a fiasco. We were given the wrong code, couldn't get a hold of the owners for 3 1/2 hours after check in. The electric key pad was broke. The locksmith came and worked on it from 5-7:30 pm the next night with the door open. The owner was very apologetic and did give me another night for a reduced price. I would absolutely stay at this place again! The owners just need to make sure codes work and be available during check in.
