I can’t say enough good about this property. Everything was great from start to finish. I wouldn’t think of renting another property in this area.

We had a great vacation and the property was very well kept. We would definitely recommend it! Ari was very nice.

Our family met with some family friends for a quick get away. Had a wonderful time and the house is exactly as shown. Ari was a great host and the house was clean and had all necessities. Thanks for a great get away!

Location and accommodations were great for our family of 5

We stayed in the area for my niece’s wedding. The house was just perfect. All of the girls in the wedding party could get ready together in one place. The following is a list of positives along with a little feedback at the end: - very clean - good amount of seating - sturdy furniture - well equipped kitchen - good sheets, towels, blankets - good amenities (box fan, playpen sleeper, iron, etc.) - quiet and nice location - great back yard - good window coverings - excellent HVAC system - good water pressure & hot water Feedback : - water temperature could get extremely hot so be careful - wall art fell off wall easily - paper towel holder was flimsy - mattresses should be updated - owner stopped by unannounced twice Overall, excellent home and would stay again.

The owner was incredibly accommodating and kind- highly recommend. Finding a backyard in Vegas that has more than concrete and a swimming pool is nearly impossible- Ari’s place is paradise! My pups and I soaked up the sun everyday, enjoyed the peaceful outdoor setting (to include plenty of comfy seating and a lovely hot tub), and really loved that I was the only upstairs balcony in the neighborhood- very special.

We came as a family during the holiday season. Ari was phenomenal to work with. Went above and beyond for us, specially with the heated pool in late December, a huge win for our 4 year old son. The house was a little "worn" but absolutely perfect for our stay.

House was in a perfect location for us with shopping and restaurants close by. The house was very clean and so comfortable. Kitchen had just about everything we needed to make Xmas Eve dinner. We had plenty of space for my brother and his family to come over. Beds were comfortable :) Very relaxing home. Ari was fantastic, very friendly and available if we needed him.

Renting this home took me back to the many times I used vacation rentals through VRBO when I first discovered it many years ago. Vacation Rentals By OWNER. I appreciated the pride of ownership that was clearly shown in this home.

We enjoyed this beautiful home and especially the pool! The house was clean and the check in/out process was easy.

Our Stay was very nice. The back yard was great to relax in the evening.

Loved it and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Positives: * Owner was very responsive and attentive * Provided a new Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer combo before we arrived at our request * Great location - close to everything you could possibly want/need * Air conditioning works very well Negatives: * Gets a lot of use by renters and is not well-maintained for this type of heavy usage * Washing machine was filthy (see pics) * House had strong air freshener scent that was attempting to mask the mildew/mold smell that seemed to be emanating from the laundry room (although MBR and MBR closet also had a mildew/moldy smell). All of our belongings picked up this smell and we had to air them all out and/or wash everything upon return home. * Floors were swept but clearly not mopped, as any socks we wore in the house got dirty very quickly * Half of the buttons on the microwave did not work * Drawers next to kitchen sink could not be opened or shut without falling off their tracks * Hot tub wasn’t clean, even after chemicals were added in an attempt to fix it (fortunately not a huge deal since it was so hot while we were there) * Pool walls acquired yellow gunk very quickly after being cleaned (2-3 days after pool maintenance team was out) - see pics * Had to have the handyman out twice to fix a hook in the bathroom that a prior renter had taken off, tighten the legs to the kitchen table, unclog the MBR shower drain, fix the lock on the back patio door * Although it appears from prior renters’ comments that the owner remodeled the house in 2020, there is still a lot of construction debris in the garage (whose door to the house doesn’t close all the way so can’t be locked from renters’) and side yard (see pics) * Minimal niceties such as nightstands, bedside lamps, nice hangers in the closets or a safe to store valuables * No communication from the owner on when gardeners or pool cleaners come by * First weekday we were here, gardener came with chainsaw at 7:00 am to cut down dead palm branches * Another day the pool people came unannounced and I did not have any advance notice to bring in some valuables I had outside at the time while I was inside making lunch * Back yard backs up to a main street so there is a lot of road noise (although, in fairness, it seems finding something quieter in Summerlin doesn’t really exist with all the developments)

Staying at this property was the smartest movie we made. The location was wonderfully close to everything. The casinos, the stores, restaurants, we even went to an aviator season opener game within 2 miles! We had so much fun and any questions we had , the property owner answered us immediately! It was such a rewarding and wonderful experience. The house was beautiful with plenty of room, plenty of towels ,extra paper plates, coffee ,everything we needed extra was there! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun family experience. Super easy communicating with the property owner !!!!

Great house, the furniture was a little sparse.

Nice house in a good neighborhood, with lots of stores and food options nearby.

Upon arrival host/owner was there to greet/tour/explain features etc - Most of these were self explanatory except pool heating mechanism. Paid extra for the pool to be heated for 2 days yet did not feel much difference & was still too 'cool' to sit/swim in. Rooms/restrooms were clean & neat. Also, were ample towels & bedding that came in helpful. Noticed a slight mildewey smell up staircase/laundry area. 2nd story master bdrm's outdoor area would have been nice to have seating to enjoy as the views were very nice. Overall, the home was an ease to be in & would stay in again. Great neighborhood too- clean & quiet.

Ari was super, he was really responsive when I had questions. He came over on Christmas Day to fix a toilet issue. I recommend the property for family who spent their leisure time outside. The yard was exceptional.

House was wonderful, everything was great except a musty/mildew smell that we think is coming from the laundry room. Might be the front load washer. Other than that all was great and would stay at the house again! Oh and could use some wash cloths in the rest rooms!

You can tell the house has been updated recently to be more modern in style. Beautiful spacious living area and huge backyard and pool. We all enjoyed time outside during the day as there was plenty of seating outside to relax in the sun. The neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen pantry was stocked with utensils and basic cooking items. Everything was clean for the most part, only ding on this was that we found an old pair of undergarments in the hot tub (easy enough to fish out with the hose), we did inform property manager. Bed in the main suite also sank a lot in the middle, not sure if it was an issue with box spring or mattress. Property owner was quick to answer phone calls. Overall a nice stay and would stay at this property again.

We had a very nice time at this property. Everything was clean, the check in and out process was easy, and the owner was great with communication. The neighborhood was super nice along with any shops you could need close by. We spent most of our time laying outside and enjoying the pool. We will stay here again!

Good experience

House located in great area close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Home was perfect for family of 8 and dogs! Backyard is like a park it is landscaped so nice and was very relaxing to enjoy our morning coffee. Ari the homeowner met us at property first day for check in and walked us through house and amenities so friendly and made sure we knew how to operate everything. Best place to stay for a family vacation to Las Vegas. Thank you so much Ari for a great stay!!

Our family of 8 slept comfortably in the house. Great safe location in Summerlin, spacious and safe. We were in town for my brother’s wedding at the JW Marriott and the location of the house was so convenient to Angel Park Golf club and Suncoast. Check in process was easy and Ari responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. The backyard is great, pool is clean and plenty of space to spread out. Lots of stores nearby- Costco is only 3 miles away, great restaurants and grocery stores very close and convenient. This is a great property for a family to stay. Thank you, Ari!

We had a problem getting in because the owner gave us the wrong code. He quickly corrected the problem. We felt the place was very clean but we soon realised that the floor was dirty because our feet were black. We brought it to his attention. The fans won’t work on low when lights are off. He said he would get his contractor to correct the wiring. No one fixed it before we left. The mattresses are all a little strange. Very plush but we all felt like we were going to fall off. The pool was great and the house beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

House was clean and well stocked - Had everything we needed for great home base for our activities. Back yard is so relaxing and beautiful!!

This house is beautiful, the amenities are great. But the harrassment we dealt with from the host was overwhelming. From sneaking onto the property to physically spy on us(instead of using his cameras), to repeatedly texting my personal phone while simultaneously messaging me on the VRBO app. Accusing us of throwing a party with when he saw himself there was no party (just a dinner by the pool). Threatening to cancel our reservation because of noise, prior to the quiet hours agreement stated on the listing. Following our guest as they left the house in his personal vehicle. These are things we did not sign up for when we wanted to enjoy Las Vegas, ageism and racism are definitely two factors at hand, because we were nothing but respectful yet still got treated like villains.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for spring break and we enjoyed every minute of it. Check-in was easy, the pool and backyard were fabulous, and the large TV was so much fun for movie nights after a long day of swimming. Location of the house was in a nice neighborhood and close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. I will be staying in this house again! The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to add nightstands in the bedrooms.

I can't say enough about how great this property is. Very spacious and clean with a gorgeous pool and backyard. Ari, the property manager / owner is an extremely nice guy who went out of his way to make us comfortable. He was very responsive to all of our needs from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again.
