A310 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath oceanview condo at Maui Sunset Resort which is the perfect vacation home. The resort is oceanfront and has two tennis courts, a large swimming pool, hot tub, a shuffleboard court, putting green, and gorgeous gardens and grounds. There are also gas BBQ grills and an exercise room. The resort consists of two buildings with the pool and beautiful courtyard in the middle. Each building has two elevators. Enjoy the pool with a shallow end for small children or relax on a lounge by the pool or in the jet spa. Our beautiful 1 bedroom condo features 2 baths both with walk in showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a sofa sleeper and a twin sized daybed in the living room. All towels (including beach towels) and linens are provided. Complete laundry facilities in our condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. We have air conditioning in the living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fans. There is a wide-screen TV and we offer free internet. The large 112 square foot private lanai has a great view overlooking the pool and beautiful grounds to the ocean. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets or watch whales in the winter months. We also provide beach mats and chairs. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location to access the rest of the Island as well as food and shopping nearby. View from the lanai at sunset is amazing. Grounds are kept up well. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a wonderful condo and property that met our needs perfectly. Lovely spot right on the beach with gorgeous views, beautifully maintained grounds, and a really fun multi-generational family environment. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed for our Maui vacation. Every time I looked for something to use in the kitchen, there it was!! It felt like a home away from home. This was our first time to Maui and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing vacation spot.

Great location. Some remodeling done, more needed. Carpet stained. Side chair near couch needs new cushion. The bedroom mattress is NOT good, needs replacing. Pool closed for last 2 days of our stay, needs to be posted when others book so they know. We worked around it. That said, those are some improvements needed to make this a top shelf rental.

We live in Kula and due to the fires we have water advisory and I been stress and also wanted to be close to my grandkids. We love Maui Sunset and this condo was great for us. Would love to stay here again. The host has been very accommodating. Mahalo Irma

The pictures were very accurate for the condo. Very nice location & comfy beds. The only issue was the dust was a bit thick & the vacuum was very full so we had to clean it out to vacuum when we arrived. Otherwise very nice.

We would rent this place again for sure!! The only problem with the location is it takes a while to get to most of the things we wanted to do, but the property offers so many things, tennis, shuffle board, there are paddle board and boat rentals. There is flat lush greens to play soccer, bocce ball and so much more. Small beach to relax. The actual place was quaint, worked perfect for our family of 4 and provided full kitchen to make the cost of meals a little better, as food costs on the island are higher than the mainland. Costco, target, or longs drugs were the best places to get groceries. Have fun! Aloha!

Condo is very clean. You have everything needed to just arrive, buy groceries, and feel right at home with a gorgeous view! You can see the sunset on the ocean side and mountains on the other side, both visible from the same balcony. Thank you and look forward to doing this again one day! Jorge and Carolina

We had such a great experience here! The location in Kihei is great, minutes from everything. The grounds at the property are nice and it’s nice to have access to the beach and pool. And was great to have beach towels and beach accessories to borrow! There was 4 of us and we all slept comfortably. The place comes with some food condiments so check out what’s available before you do your grocery shopping! I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Property was exactly as described. Nice to have beach chairs and towels to use. Very centrally located. Communication with the owner was good. Condo is also more spacious than the pictures look. We did find that some of the glassware, pans and utensils were not clean. I think that the cleaning crew need to spend a little more time getting things ready for the next occupant. Overall, good value for money.

We stayed in unit A310. The unit was very clean and just as described online on Vrbo. It was centrally located so we could be almost anywhere on the island in a half hour to an hour drive. Hot tub was nice as was the pool. Beautiful sunsets every evening.

The check in process was seamless, especially since we arrived late on a Friday night. Everyone was friendly around the property and it was a larger condo than the pictures showed! Definitely recommend this, good price for a great property.

We loved staying at this property, we were glad to find such an affordable condo at a great location. The condo was a little dated, but that is what makes it affordable..The pool area, grounds, large balcony, and ocean view were so nice. We also appreciate having the use of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Perfect spot for my little family. Thanks!

This was our first visit to Maui and it was great. The condo was like home. I found it to be very clean and everything newly remodeled. It was perfect with the 2 restrooms and my family slept comfortably. The property is beautifully kept up. I love how we are along the coast and the sea turtles come ashore. I definitely recommend this condo and the property. The visitors and staff are friendly. Great island, great experience.

The condo itself was the most sound-proof place we'd ever stayed! NO SOUNDS at all from above/below/or either side! Location within the complex very nice. Close to garbage shute and elevator, yet not across from them. Easy access to pool and beach. We didn't like the dirty mattress pad on the pull-out couch I washed it really good), nor the bathroom (off the bedroom) shower curtain and liner-they should be replaced. Other than that, the condo had everything we needed inside! The snorkeling gear wasn't working properly so we rented some good gear locally. We loved the balcony, the super nicely cared for grounds, and the bbq grills outside being cleaned daily. Also, having two bathrooms, and ease of parking near our unit was good. Overall, we had a great time (despite the extremely difficult birth of my niece's first baby, but all is well now). Thank you for letting us stay in your condo! Hope to be back sooner than later, and will try to contact you with regard to a future rental. Have a very nice evening!

My wife and I stayed 6 days and this was perfect for our first full trip to Maui. Owners had great communication. Clean. Had chairs/umbrella/cooler that was really nice. 2 bathrooms was nice even for the two of us. Patio mornings and evening views were great. The cost/benefit ratio is high.

The owner is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. We had beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us when we arrived. There were problems with the original room we were supposed to stay in, so we had to move rooms. The owner was very apologetic and helpful. Although the Maui Sunset is big, it is quiet. People who live their are mostly retired and really follow the quiet hours. The pool is very big and while we stayed there it was not busy at all. You can watch sunset while in the pool. The view from the room is not direct ocean view. Look at the satellite photos of the property. It is angled, but you can still see the ocean. The beach is ok, but the water is murky. If you want to snorkel, you will need to drive to other beaches. When you move in, check the staircase. There are large shopping carts there. Great for moving your things in and bringing groceries up. Overall - a relaxed stay.
