Oh what fun we had! Property was perfect, layout of unit was perfect, clean, easy! Everything we needed was available. Pool/hot tub/game room were awesome. We walked to dinner every night, never used the rental car once parked! We'll be rebooking for next year for sure!!

Phenomenal location - 50 yards from the Quicksilver lift. Walking distance to downtown. Bernie was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We spent a week here and loved it! It was our summer vacation and the location can't be beat. Gorgeous views, easy walk to everything, great pool and game area - our kids swam every day! Communication was great and easily got us what we needed.

It is just as advertised. Beautiful views and great location. I would recommend getting the parking pass they have available for the extra charge as that is so convenient. We will be back as we enjoyed it so much!

Bernie was amazing to work with and the location of the property couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk everywhere- and we did! The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!!

This property was exactly as advertised and has to be one of the most convenient places to stay if your family would like to ski in/out and also walk around downtown. The condo fit 6 of us (4 kids ages 10-20 and 2 parents) just fine and Bernie was fabulous to work with and answered questions in a timely manner. We loved it and will be back!

The location of this condo is the absolute best. The owners were always willing to help even though I never needed them. Condo is clean and exactly as shown in the pics. Can’t wait to come back and stay again next year!!!

Location was excellent, convenient walk to anything you could need and great views. Bernie was excellent at communicating and checking in if we needed anything. The place is stocked with games and videos. The primary bedroom bed was very firm, too firm for us. An option of a bed topper would be nice. The unit is not as updated as other places we have stayed, but would stay here again for the views, location, and responsiveness of host.

Great property. Easy access in/out, and a very short distance to ski lifts, ski school, and downtown. Property had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful Easter vacation. Would gladly stay at this property again!

This condo was the perfect location and great for our family of 4 with 2 young boys. The condo had everything that we needed and plenty of space. The location could not be better. Everything you need is right there, including a ski rental shop in the building. We loved the views and enjoyed the heated hot tub and pool! Just a few steps to the lift when you walk out the door.

This is an amazing location for families with kids in ski school. The ski school is right next to the building. Easy access for adults to Quicksilver lift as well. The condo is clean and comfortable. Great view of the mountains from all the rooms.

We traveled with family and friends, all of whom have varying skiing abilities. The location of this condo is perfect for people to come and go as they please. The ski lift is just an elevator ride down and less than 100 yard walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and plates and bowls. The owner was also easy to get ahold of if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place!

The balconies have great views of the Breckenridge ski runs. The units location is perfect for walking to downtown and loved the skiing in and out from unit! We also enjoyed the split bedroom plan and fireplace in the evenings! The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! Thanks for an awesome stay!

The best location for both mountain and town access, only steps to both. Been to Breck many times and no other area gives you both. The condo is well appointed and the wood fireplace a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic views, quiet, comfy beds, cozy fireplace- a well appointed condo. It was helpful to look out the windows to see the lift status then be able to walk out the door to join in the fun. Renting equipment downstairs was super easy. We opted to park in the garage underneath, also a plus. A short minute walk to shops & restaurants, a very welcoming town- everyone is so darn nice! You must find The Breckenridge Troll! Our hosts were exemplary- quickly answered any questions and were just flat out wonderful. Can’t wait to return!
Once the hot tub/pool area is finished it will be perfect.

Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and location to Main Street. We were bummed the fitness center was under reconstruction, but Bernie let us know about that prior to arrival. Definitely planning on returning!

Bernie was a spectacular host, to say the least! Great communication and so kind. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Stocked with everything you can think of. Make sure you check all of the cabinets and closets before you go to the grocery store. The VIEW!!! The pictures do not do it justice. Morning coffee on the balcony was magical! The beds are very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The location is perfect. We love that we woke up to the Mountains but still able to walk to town to eat and shop. I highly recommend this condo and cannot wait to come back!

We had a great time at Breckenridge, the property location can't be beat and the property had everything needed.Pros: short walk to the quicksilver lift, beautiful view and balcony overlooking the mountain, full kitchen and 2 bedrooms-ideal for 4 person family; underground parking, short walk into townCons: Only 1 elevator in the building(a little slow but no big deal); temperature control in the unit- sometimes hot, sometimes cold- (Could have been due to the time of year.....April)Overall a 5 star stay and would recommend to anyone.
