The location was fabulous! We walked downtown nearly every day and great hikes weren’t far away. But there were problems with the unit. One of the bathrooms had a clogged sink and the light above the toilet was very weak. You might as well be sitting in the dark. Another bathroom was missing a lightbulb and the caulk around the tub fixtures was broken away from the tub so water could get behind it into the wall. (Wouldn’t you think the cleaning staff would have noticed these things?) Also the fireplace looked like a hazard. The seal around it appeared to be broken and the glass was completely opaque (which you can see in the pictures on the website but we didn’t notice and never expected to see a fireplace that needs to be replaced!) We have stayed at two other Vacasa units (one in Colorado Springs and one in Steamboat Springs) and they were excellent. We’ve never had the kind of issues we had as this one in Breckenridge. We will never stay in this unit again.

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. We did have a bit of trouble finding it, but once we were there, we found it was clean and very roomy. The balcony chairs could have used a wipe-down, though. It was walking distance to the main part of town and really close to practically anything you could need. As much as I liked the property and its location, I was very disappointed with the property management. We were not provided with a parking pass and were very concerned that our car was going to be towed overnight. After visiting the office 4 times, we were never able to talk with anyone on site. Further, when we called the agency, we were told that they were too shorthanded to bring one to us but that we could go pick one up. This was at 7:00 p.m. My party had already been drinking, so this was not the best option. The very nice lady on the phone told us she would check around to see if any maintenance people could drop one by and that she would call me right back. As it was getting later, I ended up calling her back. She said she was unable to find anyone but that she would bring the pass by after her shift, around 10:30 p.m. We never received the parking pass and were very lucky not to have been towed. We have stayed at many different VRBO's and have never had any trouble with the properties or contacting the owner. I would have given this place a 5 star rating had it not been for the lack of attention from the management agency.

We stayed here over Spring Break with our kids. The condo itself is a little dated, but that is common in this area. The microwave and dryer don't work. It's difficult to sleep since you can hear everything from the condo above this one. One of the showers doesn't contain water and you have to mop up the floor after each use. It's next to impossible to get a hold of the property manager since they only reply via text. If you call, you wait for a long time and the person on the other line isn't able to help you, they tell you to text. This is by far the worst host/property manager I've experienced on VRBO. The location is great. The bus system is convenient and Main Street is a two block walk. For the price we paid, there are much better options to consider. This condo is not worth the price.

Location was absolutely great! We rented ski’s from Christy’s which was right across the street. Absolutely loved being able to ski in! Only thing to note was that aspects of the apartment that needed repair. The bathroom fixtures were pretty loose and could use repair. Otherwise great place!

Decent place to stay; very convenient ski in property. You do have to catch the bus or walk to a lift to start the day which is fine and well located. Property was not in good condition. The shower knob in the master was broken off when we arrived and it was not able to be used the entirety of the trip. Washer and dryer were convenient but dryer did not dry clothes. Had to use 3-5 cycles to get clothes dried. Storage is ok. The dressers, closets, and ski locker and full with personal items which is fine but it severely limits space availability for guest clothes and items. Property manager, Vacasa, had no idea how to give us a parking pass for the property despite the rental instructions on VRBO to go to their main office in downtown Breckenridge. They did not have a property contact to get this fixed and told us all they could do was write a note for our car. The property is very strict on parking passes for each unit so this was subpar and tan the risk of getting us towed. I would recommend working this out.

Easy access to lift (never more than a 5 minute wait for the shuttle, which was one stop to the lifts), can ski right to the property at the end of the day and one block to all the shops and restaurants! You won’t be disappointed.
