Step out on the two balconies for an unobstructed view of mountain peaks, mountain streams, Maggie Pond and ski area. The absolute best view in Breckenridge and every window or balcony has an amazing view! The Village at Breckenridge Bright Haus Lakeview is in town next to Historic Breckenridge and Peak 9 ski area, the Quicksilver Lift. If that isn't enough, the 4 outdoor hot tubs with waterfalls and indoor/outdoor pool overlook the ski area and children's ski school are icing on the cake. We have been premier hosts for years. We love hosting our guests. Our goal is to provide an awesome vacation by providing clean, updated and comfortable accommodations. This property is perfectly located at the base of peak 9 and steps away from downtown. The host was extremely communicative and the condo was first class. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The condo was great! We were very comfortable and close to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was very clean. It was the perfect size for 4 people. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely stunning condo! We celebrated our honeymoon here and it could not have been a more perfect location, amazing ambiance, extremely clean and the hosts were SO accommodating and kind. We can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommend

All five of us loved our Christmas vacation in Breckenridge in the Village Condo! No car needed and grocery store is a 6 minute walk into downtown. The condo was spacious with two large bathrooms. Washer/Dryer right outside condo door (app is easy to pay for the laundry loads). Bright Haus provided wonderful recommendations and quickly provided answers to any questions! Thank you for the best trip we have had yet!

The property was even better than advertised! Wonderful layout, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes and utensils. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to family circumstances but Sandy and Jeff were extremely gracious! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came to Breckenridge to see the beautiful aspens and to look for a seasonal home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer condo! It was the perfect location and easily accessible to Main Street. The digital keyless entry was a game changer!! It made the checkin process so much easier. Thanks again for the hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully remodeled condo within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were so comfy! Each bedroom had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the scenery. One day we got to watch an Osprey trying to catch a fish in Maggie Pond.The living room had an L-shaped sofa that was probably one of the most comfortable sofas I've ever sat on! There was also a huge flat screen TV to watch movies. The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Very spacious feeling, large primary suite and the kids loved the bunk room. Beautiful views of the mountains, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Didn’t feel crowded or cluttered at all being in town. We utilized the pool and hot tubs which the kids loved. We had to park near the pool due to our rooftop carrier on our suv, it was possibly even more convenient than the parking garage. Owner was responsive during the booking process. Two great balconies for enjoying the view / weather. Laundry located just outside the front door, very convenient. Full kitchen, which we did not use but it had everything you would need including a toaster and a coffee pot. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in town! We enjoyed walking everywhere and trying all the different restaurants Breck has to offer- and there are so many! The condo itself has many hooks, closets and places for organizing your belongings which made keeping things tidy a breeze.

This was a PERFECT location to be able to walk around Main Street. We only used our car once to get to lake Dillon for fishing - otherwise we were able to walk everywhere. Condo was clean, updated, and beds were comfortable. Thank you!

My family of 4 spent a great Spring Break in Breckenridge in this condo. Couldn’t be a better location. We walked everywhere we went. True ski in/out. Condo was clean, comfortable, everything we needed. The equipment drier was a nice touch. Highly recommend this condo.

The location is unbeatable! It’s a few steps away from the lifts, restaurants, and shops at The Village of Breckenridge. It was so nice to walk everywhere and not worry about driving or parking. When we arrived, we were blown away by how cozy and welcoming the condo felt. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and the beds were so comfy that we all slept like babies. An extra perk is the “Village” ski school drop off right in the building. We took the elevator to the lower level and dropped the kids off…so convenient!
The owners were super helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

When we walked into the condo we thought we might have been cat-fished, the pictures made the condo look way better. The condo was dark, smelled of moth balls, popcorn ceilings, the master bathroom was terrible—small and open to the room, the bed was really soft and made noises, pillows were so thin, bathroom towels were small and rough, the refrigerator doesn’t have filtered water and you need to make your own ice, the couches weren’t very comfortable either. The patio was great we hung out there, there is a huge smart TV, heated garage was great, and the location was awesome!! Communication with owners was very easy!

This was a great property! The location was perfect for walking anywhere in town we wanted to get to and just a quick drive to all the trail heads we chose to go. It was clean and had everything we needed. The property owners were great and very quick to respond if I had any questions. I would stay again and recommend to others!

Wonderful property and responsive hosts with walking distance to Main Street and beautiful mountains views. Maggie pond is right outside windows with great water sounds to sleep by! We will definitely come back the next time in Breck!

We stayed for 5 nights and this condo was perfect for our family. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably. We also had access to the health club with the pool, hot tubs and games that our kids loved. The location was perfect, easy to access shops and restaurants! The view from the balcony was amazing! Jeff and Sandy were very responsive and easy to work with! Next time we are in Breckenridge we will definitely be back!

We stayed on the 4th floor of the Antero building. It was a 2 bedroom condo with a small outdoor area - beautiful views from all directions! The condo was clean, well organized and perfect for our family of 3 adults. More space then we needed, really. I'd highly recommend! One small glitch, it seems the condo came with parking, but I didn't realize this. The front desk staff advised us we could use the self park lot for free or pay for the covered lot option. We opted for the self park lot which was VERY inconvienent! I realized after the fact that the unit came with parking inlcuded, but I overlooked the email regarding this. My mistake. This was minor. Read your emails! ;) The condo was lovely. I'd return.

We very much enjoyed our five night stay! The location was perfect for summer or winter and the deck views speak for themselves as shown in the listing photos. The condo was very clean, furnished nicely, and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty to enjoy within walking distance. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Our group had an amazing stay at Sandy and Jeff’s condo! It was clean and spacious with comfy beds, a stocked kitchen, and an incredible view! We enjoyed having our own little happy hour on the deck, overlooking Maggie Pond and Peak 9. The unit was just steps to Main Street and right at the base of the peak 9 lifts which allowed us to walk everywhere. Next time we will skip the rental car and take a shuttle, we didn’t need our car once we arrived. The new pool and big hot tubs were awesome. We will definitely be back in winter, can’t wait to experience this view with snow!!

The property was beautiful and the location was the best. Truly a room with a view! Minor issue was parking was a little hard to find at first if you are using the back lot, but not an issue once you get things figured out.

Wow, what an amazing trip!! We went right out on to the balconies and couldn’t believe the incredible view. We could watch our kids paddle boarding and fishing on the Maggie Pond from the balcony.
The view at night was also beautiful with the lights flickering on the water. We couldn’t have picked a better condo or location.
The condo was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space and the beds were super comfy.
The Mountain Top Children’s Day care was awesome for a night out fun for the kids. The Children’s ski school is also in the building as well as the Sauce on the Maggie Restaurant and Rocket Fizz Candy Shop.
The Indoor/Outdoor pool and outdoor hot tubs with the waterfalls were so cool. We also loved the saunas and playing a game of pool and Pac-Man with the kids. Our kids had a blast. Renting bikes is next door and Historic Main Street is seconds for the condo.
We have stayed many places in Breck, but this is by far the best location we have ever stayed. We will be back!!!
